Good day all. Once upon a time there was a progressive commentator on MSNBC by the name of Chris Matthews. Then he said something stupid and was promptly canceled by the very people he thought supported him. Since then he has been forgotten by most people. This has annoyed him and he is trying to get his \u201cStreet Cred\u201d back with the leftists.<\/p>\n

Recently, this barking moonbat decided to compare Americans in rural areas with terrorists. Here are the details from the Daily Fetched<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n

Former MSNBC host Chris Matthews said that dealing with angry rural Americans is similar to dealing with terrorists. <\/b><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

During an appearance on Tuesday\u2019s \u201cMorning Joe,\u201d Matthews emphasized the importance of anger in mobilizing voters in elections. He claimed that rural Americans have a deep-seated anger toward liberal elites, comparing such anger to terrorists in Afghanistan and Iraq. <\/b><\/p>\n

\u201cThis is rural rage. They are so angry at the liberal establishment, the coastal elite,\u201d he said<\/a>. <\/b><\/p>\n

Gee, I wonder why that might be?<\/p>\n

\u201cThey look at people on television \u2026 \u2018They don\u2019t have to worry about us,’\u201d Matthews said. <\/b><\/p>\n

\u201cAnd the regular guy in the country goes, \u2018There they are snarling and making fun of us again,\u2019 and every time we make fun of Trump, we\u2019re making fun of them \u2026 It\u2019s a weird thing, but in a way, it\u2019s like fighting terrorism.\u201d <\/b><\/p>\n

\u201cWe think we just put the Army in or Israel just puts the IDF in, and they\u2019re going to solve the problem,\u201d Matthews continued. <\/b><\/p>\n

Matthews continues doubling and tripling down on his stupidity.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt never solves the problem because you enrage people.\u201d <\/b><\/p>\n

\u201cAnd we did it with Afghanistan, and we did it with Iraq. We enraged the enemy to the point where they\u2019re more fiery than ever, and they hate us more than ever. Armies don\u2019t make peace.\u201d <\/b><\/p>\n

Actually, yes they do, when left off the leash. We sent in the army to deal with the Nazis. Are we having any more problems with them? How about the Imperial Japanese? Fascist Italy? No hurry on your answer.<\/p>\n

Matthews is your standard Inside the bubble Manhattan Marxist. He has nothing but contempt for the average American and considers them ignorant trash that aren\u2019t intelligent enough to make their own decisions. Only those who are Progressives, living in the better sections of the coastal cities understand the world.<\/p>\n

As far as Matthews is concerned, people living in the country, aka rural areas, should not even be allowed to vote. They should just bend their knees to their betters and follow orders like good little serfs, peons and slaves. When they don\u2019t listen, they select people like Trump to be president and look what happens. Peace, Prosperity, a secure border and a future people were looking forward to.<\/p>\n

Matthews is exactly the reason that people in what his ilk call \u201cFly over country\u201d despise the Progressive Elites. Since most of them live in cities, which are collapsing from the progressive elites policies, it makes sense that they don\u2019t like city people. Of course, being a Woke Moonbat, Matthews, like all the Progressive Elites, forgets where certain things he needs come from.<\/p>\n

People like Matthews think that food comes from the supermarket. He doesn\u2019t understand that it\u2019s farmers and ranchers living in rural America who grow the vegetables and raise the meat that he buys at the market. What happens if those same people decide to not send their produce to the markets? I\u2019m sure Matthews would demand that the Government send troops to the farms and order the farmers to hand over their crops. That is his mindset.<\/p>\n

Well, Matthews has achieved his goal, temporarily, of showing that he isn\u2019t as irrelevant as everyone thinks he is. Actually, no, he hasn\u2019t. He is irrelevant and can return the canceled obscurity that he managed to temporarily escape from.<\/p>\n
