Good day all. With the release of the Hur Report on Joe Biden\u2019s criminal activities regarding classified information, the Democrats have been tying themselves into knots on how to deal with it. Basically, Robert Hur said that Biden violated the Espionage act, but that he didn\u2019t think he would be able to get a conviction due to Biden\u2019s mental incapacity.<\/p>\n

Of course, Biden\u2019s defenders are saying that Hur was wrong and that Biden is perfectly fine and sharp as a tack. The problem with this is people can see that Biden is not all there. Finally we have reports<\/a> that she is, God help us all, ready to serve if Biden is no longer able to.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

This brings us to how we get that senile old goat out of office. By rights, considering all the crimes he\u2019s committed, he should have been removed years ago. Still, we have the problem of the Democrats refusing to punish their own. (Mostly since they\u2019re just as guilty of criminal actions and the Biden Crime Family. This leaves us with using the 25th<\/sup> Amendment, specifically Section 4, which reads:<\/p>\n

Whenever the Vice President and a majority of either the principal officers of the executive departments or of such other body as Congress may by law provide, transmit to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives their written declaration that the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office, the Vice President shall immediately assume the powers and duties of the office as Acting President.<\/b><\/p>\n

This is the part of Section 4 of the 25th<\/sup> Amendment that most people think of. However, and you knew there was going to be one, there are caveats.<\/p>\n

Thereafter, when the President transmits to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives his written declaration that no inability exists, he shall resume the powers and duties of his office unless the Vice President and a majority of either the principal officers of the executive department [sic][note 2][7] or of such other body as Congress may by law provide, transmit within four days to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives their written declaration that the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office. <\/b><\/p>\n

Thereupon Congress shall decide the issue, assembling within forty-eight hours for that purpose if not in session. If the Congress, within twenty-one days after receipt of the latter written declaration, or, if Congress is not in session, within twenty-one days after Congress is required to assemble, determines by two-thirds vote of both Houses that the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office, the Vice President shall continue to discharge the same as Acting President; otherwise, the President shall resume the powers and duties of his office<\/b>.<\/p>\n

Basically, if Jill \u201cCall, me DOCTOR Damn It!\u201d<\/i><\/span> Joe Biden decides to fight the declaration that he is a basket case, he is back in office for another 4 days. At that point the Vice President and Cabinet, who, I believe, are the ones who initiate all this, write another letter, then Biden is removed again for another four days. At this point, Congress has to act to remove Biden until such time as he is declared fit to return to office. (Which he never will be)<\/p>\n

I have little doubt that if Heels Up Harris were to initiate this, and actually get Biden removed at first, Joe Biden would write a letter saying \u201cI\u2019m competent and I\u2019m returning to my duties, and could I have a cup of butterflies with waffles please?\u201d Once back, and here\u2019s the kicker, he fires all the cabinet secretaries who went against him. Then who will there be to write the second letter saying \u201cHey! This clown has no idea what day it is or how to tie his own shoes, he needs to go!\u201d<\/p>\n

Saying all this, it looks like the first calls to remove Joe Biden under the 25th<\/sup> Amendment as mentally incompetent are now being made. Here are the details from Fox News<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n

Republican West Virginia Attorney General Patrick Morrisey is officially calling on Vice President Harris<\/a> to invoke the 25th Amendment and seek to remove President Biden from office. <\/b><\/p>\n

In a Tuesday letter to Harris, Morrisey cites the release of Special Counsel Robert Hur’s report<\/a> last week, which detailed numerous memory lapses by Biden, and other frequent gaffes that Biden has committed during his time in office as reasons for such drastic constitutional action to be taken. <\/b><\/p>\n

“For too long, Americans have had to stand by and watch as their President has experienced a profound cognitive decline. Over the last few months alone, President Biden has mixed up world leaders and political figures, strained to address basic issues in public speeches, and wandered out of events in a disoriented state,” Morrisey wrote in the letter. <\/b><\/p>\n

“These serious mental missteps have equally serious consequences,” he added before detailing multiple instances in which Biden’s advanced age and apparent cognitive decline appeared to surface in his interactions with foreign leaders. <\/b><\/p>\n

“I am writing to urge you to invoke your powers under Section 4 of the Twenty-Fifth Amendment and declare that President Biden is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office,” Morrisey added. <\/b><\/p>\n

Of course, the Democrats, being the utterly corrupt scum that they are, will simply chalk this up to another Ultra MAGA Deplorable Republican and that he can be ignored. But, and you knew there was going to be one, the Democrat Party is coming to the conclusion that installing Biden was a disaster of epic proportions and that he needs to go. There are already rumors that the DNC is trying to find a way to get rid of the Bidens in such a way that it won\u2019t destroy the party.<\/p>\n

Now it must be said that the State Attorney General is a Republican from a Deep Republican state, and the Democrats will basically ignore him. The problem with this is what happens if a few Democrats start asking for the 25th<\/sup> to be invoked? At that point, there will be some serious pressure being applied to the DNC \u201cElders\u201d and to the Cabinet. Still, all said and done, even if they actually start this, it\u2019s doubtful they will get Dementia Joe Biden out of the White House before the Democrat Convention. As to whether or not the Democrats boot Biden? Who knows?<\/p>\n
