Good day all. Representative Jerry Nadler was one of the leaders in Congress in the attempt coup against the Greatest President of the 21st<\/sup> Century, Donald Trump. He came up short and ended up looking like the clown he is. He\u2019s also been a big part of the \u201cProtect the Bidens!\u201d project.<\/p>\n

As part of this, it looks like NoNads Nadler is demanding that the Garland DoJ go after the U.S. Attorney who recommended that the DoJ investigate Hunter Biden back in 2020. Here are the details from the Daily Caller<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n

Democratic New York Rep. Jerry Nadler wants to unleash the Department of Justice (DOJ) on a former U.S. attorney who recommended in 2020 that the department further investigate claims made by an FBI source alleging that a Ukrainian energy company bribed Hunter and Joe Biden. <\/b><\/p>\n

Now you would wonder why NoNads wants to go after a former U.S. attorney who thought there might be something to the Biden Crime Family and that the DoJ should look into it. This is what you do when you see something that might be illegal. You investigate and determine that it either was, or wasn\u2019t. But this is Jerry NoNads Nadler, and he is a corrupt, abusive pile of rotting mule droppings.<\/p>\n

Nadler, the ranking member of the House Judiciary Committee, wrote to Attorney General Merrick Garland and Inspector General Michael Horowitz on Thursday requesting that the DOJ open an investigation into former U.S. Attorney for the Western District of Pennsylvania Scott Brady. In October 2023, Brady testified<\/a> to lawmakers that he found the FBI source\u2019s claims about Burisma executives discussing massive bribe payments to the Biden family to be potentially credible enough to warrant further investigation by the U.S. Attorney\u2019s Office for the District of Delaware \u2014 run at the time by now-special counsel David Weiss \u2014 \u00a0in 2020. <\/b><\/p>\n

\u201cI write to ask that you investigate former U.S. Attorney Scott Brady for what appears to be misleading testimony provided to the House Judiciary Committee. I also ask that you launch an inquiry into the circumstances surrounding Mr. Brady\u2019s investigation of matters related to Ukraine and Hunter Biden,\u201d Nadler\u2019s letter reads. <\/b><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

This all seems to be part of the recent questionable arrest of Alexander Smirnov for allegedly lying to the FBI.<\/p>\n

Alexander Smirnov, the source who provided information to the FBI that became the basis for a June 2020 FD-1023 form<\/a>, was arrested<\/a> on Feb. 14 for allegedly lying<\/a> to federal agents about the two Bidens and Burisma. A subsequent legal filing<\/a>\u00a0spelled out Smirnov\u2019s self-admitted contacts<\/a> with individuals tied to Russian intelligence, prompting several Democrats<\/a> to suggest that Smirnov is a Russian asset and question the legitimacy<\/a> of the ongoing congressional investigation into Joe Biden. <\/b><\/p>\n

The issue here is that the FBI and the Garland DoJ have absolutely no credibility these days. They have accused people who answered what they thought were just simple questions with lying to them. Since the FBI does NOT record these interviews, it comes down to the Agent\u2019s word against the person they\u2019re going after. This is why, if the FBI asks you anything, you refuse to answer and demand a lawyer. It doesn\u2019t matter if they\u2019re asking you what time it is or what day of the week it may be. Do not talk to an agent of the Federal Bureau of Investigation without a lawyer present.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

\u201cGiven what we now know about Mr. Smirnov, it seems unlikely that Mr. Brady actually verified any of the information Mr. Smirnov provided to the FBI. Mr. Brady\u2019s testimony to the contrary does not appear to be a mere misstatement\u2014his comments were deliberate, repeated, and detailed,\u201d Nadler\u2019s letter states, adding that Brady \u201cappears to have been part of a deliberate attempt to launder foreign disinformation through the Department of Justice.\u201d <\/b><\/p>\n

And speaking of lying, NoNads is lying through his teeth. He has been screaming \u201cRUSSIA! RUSSIA! RUSSIA\u201d for years. No one outside of the brain dead Democrats and retarded Never Trumpers, pays any attention to what he says.<\/p>\n

Nadler\u2019s characterization of Brady and his October 2023 testimony is not supported by the transcript of that interview or other matters of fact regarding how the FD-1023 was handled by the DOJ and the FBI. <\/b><\/p>\n

Oh gee, NoNads is lying? I\u2019m shocked, Shocked! that Nadler is misrepresenting the facts.<\/p>\n

Former Attorney General Bill Barr instructed Brady and his team to take stock of matters and potential evidence related to the Bidens and Ukraine ahead of the 2020 election, which included the FD-1023 and its underlying claims, Brady testified. Their job was not to make a final determination as to whether something was true or false, but instead to diligently vet information to the extent they could and determine whether it was potentially credible or had even \u201can indicia of credibility.\u201d <\/b><\/p>\n

In other words, look into this and see if there is anything to it. That is what an investigation does. Of course, NoNads Nadler doesn\u2019t bother with little things like investigations, the facts or due process. He goes right straight to jailing anyone who dares go against the narratives.<\/p>\n

Brady\u2019s office notified the U.S. Attorney\u2019s Office for the District of Delaware about the FD-1023 and suggested that they dig into it using the investigative tools at their disposal since that was the office spearheading<\/a> the investigation into Hunter Biden\u2019s alleged breaches of tax and gun laws. <\/b><\/p>\n

There was a small problem with that of course. The U.S. Attorney in question was David Weiss, he of the \u201cSweetheart Deal\u201d for Hoovernose Biden. As we now know, Weiss had no plans to actually investigate anything and was working to try and bury the whole thing. Thanks to an honest judge, his plans blew up in his face. Now Weiss is scrambling to protect himself and has indicted Hoovernose.<\/p>\n

\u201cIf the FBI and the Delaware U.S. Attorney\u2019s had been doing their jobs, Smirnov would have been re-interviewed and his claims scrutinized much earlier,\u201d Jason Foster, the founder of Empower Oversight and former chief investigative counsel to the Senate Judiciary Committee, previously told<\/a> the Daily Caller News Foundation. Foster also represents Internal Revenue Service whistleblower Gary Shapley. <\/b><\/p>\n

They were doing their jobs. Their job boiled down to \u201cProtect the Bidens!\u201d and \u201cGet Trump!\u201d Since NoNads Nadler is a paid up member of \u201cDemocrat Party Uber Alles!\u201d and by extension \u201cProtect the Bidens!\u201d I can see why he wants to go after Scott Brady. Mr. Brady dared to look into the actions of the Biden Crime Family and must be punished. If there were true justice in this country. NoNads would be the one being investigated. Who knows? After the election, if things go the way we hope, he and others will be.<\/p>\n
