Now the other shoe has dropped. Rachael Rollins has lost her law license and apparently, for a really stupid reason. Here are the details from Fox News<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n Rachael Rollins, the disgraced former U.S. Attorney for Massachusetts nominated by President Biden<\/a>, has had her law license suspended less than a year after resigning from her position amid a lengthy DOJ investigation, court documents show. <\/b><\/p>\n According to Massachusetts Appellate Court records<\/a>, Rollins \u2014 who was paraded as a rising “national leader” after Biden nominated her for U.S. attorney \u2014 had her license to practice law in the state suspended effective Feb. 20 due to the nonpayment of registration fees.\u00a0 <\/b><\/p>\n I don\u2019t know what the price of the fee is or how often you have to pay it, but to not pay it is the height of both stupidity and incompetence. I have a suspicion that there may be something else going on and it ties into Rollin\u2019s ethics problems. Rollins was forced to resign last year for trying to use her position to influence, (Rig), a local election, then lying about it. Here are a few details on that from the Associated \u201cWith Hamas\u201d Press<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n Massachusetts U.S. Attorney Rachael Rollins formally resigned Friday, <\/b>(May 19<\/b>th<\/b><\/sup>, 2023),<\/b> after wide-ranging investigations by two federal watchdog agencies<\/a> found she sought to use her position to influence a local election and lied to investigators. <\/b><\/p>\n Her resignation comes two days after the release of scathing reports from the Justice Department\u2019s inspector general and another watchdog outlined a litany of alleged misconduct by the top federal law enforcement officer in Massachusetts. <\/b><\/p>\n You think that the Senate would have taken the hint that Rollins was going to be a big problem for the Democrats. I wrote about her back in 2021<\/a> and her problems with the 1st<\/sup> Amendment and Freedom of Speech. (She\u2019s against it) Returning to the Fox News story<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n Prior to the DOJ investigation that centered on her alleged unethical misconduct relating to political activities in favor of the Democrat Party, Rollins \u2014 the then-Suffolk County district attorney \u2014 was praised by liberal media outlets and Democrats in Congress over her approach to crime in the Boston area. <\/b><\/p>\n “Rollins has been among President Biden\u2019s smartest appointments, and if her nomination is finally approved in the Senate she would become the top federal prosecutor in Massachusetts, handling cases involving national security, white-collar crime, public corruption, cybercrime, gang violence and civil rights violations,” the Los Angeles Times’ editorial board<\/a> wrote as it defended her from Republican criticism at the time. <\/b><\/p>\n Yeah, how did that work out for the Democrat Propaganda Corps? The slimy cow with delusions of competence was also pumped up by the Fake Indian and the Ice Cream man, (Elizabeth \u201cFauxahontas\u201d Warren and Ed \u201cMy last real job was driving an Ice Cream truck\u201d Markey), and since the Senate was under the control of the Democratic Communazis, they promptly approved her. Rollins soon proved that she is a typical Progressive Liberal Democrat.<\/p>\n Rollins was ultimately confirmed by the Democrat-controlled Senate, but was later found by the DOJ<\/a> to have unethically attended a partisan Biden fundraiser last summer and “falsely testified under oath” about leaking “sensitive DOJ” information to the press in an effort to help a Democrat win elected office. <\/b><\/p>\n I glanced at the report and it looks like this SCoaMF, (Stuttering Clusterfuck of a Miserable Failure), was trying to rig the election for the Suffolk County District Attorney\u2019s office, which is an elected office.<\/p>\n Rollins, according to the report, went so far as to offer Arroyo advice on how to handle the sexual assault allegations levied against him during his campaign and also provided media outlets with “negative information” about his challenger, Kevin Hayden. <\/b><\/p>\n Rollins then did the standard Democrat response when confronted. She lied under oath. (See Fat Ass Fani Willis<\/a>)<\/p>\n The DOJ also concluded that Rollins “falsely testified under oath during her OIG interview when she denied that she was the federal law enforcement source that provided nonpublic, sensitive DOJ information to the Herald reporter about a possible Hayden criminal investigation.” <\/b><\/p>\n All this should have had Rollins indicted. However, her actions are generally part and parcel for the average member of the most incompetent and corrupt administration in American History. This is why I think there is more to this then a simple \u201cOh damn! I forgot to pay my license fee!\u201d I suspect, and this is just an opinion, that she was quietly told to not bother renewing her law license and that if she did, certain pointed questions would be asked.
