She added that McDaniel would provide “an insider\u2019s perspective on national politics and the future of the Republican Party.” <\/b><\/p>\n Yeah. I think we can all guess what the future of the Republican Party is going to be. It\u2019s pushing the last of the RINO\u2019s, TransRepublicans and NeoCon warmongers out the door, and replace them with people who want to Make America Great Again.<\/p>\n McDaniel announced in late February that she would be stepping down as RNC leader in early March.<\/b><\/p>\n “I have decided to step aside at our Spring Training on March 8 in Houston to allow our nominee to select a Chair of their choosing. The RNC has historically undergone change once we have a nominee and it has always been my intention to honor that tradition,” McDaniel wrote<\/a>. <\/b><\/p>\n Like you had a choice? The entire Republican Base had turned against you for your utter incompetence.<\/p>\n McDaniel’s resignation came as the RNC faced\u00a0heavy criticism for\u00a0large expenses<\/a>\u00a0that the committee hasd taken on, such as expensive floral arrangements and many other expenditures. In November it was revealed that\u00a0the RNC\u00a0dropped<\/a> to a low of $9.1 million in cash on hand, the lowest in any Federal Election Commission report since February of 2015 for the committee. <\/b><\/p>\n Ronna McDaniel appears to have studied at the feet of the master of setting money on fire, Jeb! Please Clap Bush. Money that should have gone to help GOP candidates for the Senate and House, as well as lower offices, appears to have gone for things like furniture and trips and overhead. Certainly not for things like getting out the vote and registering new Republican voters.<\/p>\n Instead she backed whatever the Romney\/McConnell wing of the party wanted to do, and that was to keep those Deplorable Ultra MAGA Trump supporters as far away as possible. The news comes after NBC News hired former Republican National Committee chair McDaniel<\/a> as an on-air contributor, leading to rage among members of the MSNBC staff that spilled over onto social media.<\/strong><\/p>\n There have been questions internally around whether McDaniel would appear on MSNBC. Several\u00a0staffers spoke out<\/a>, including MSNBC columnist Marisa Kabas. She posted an email she\u2019d sent to NBC News management on social media which questioned McDaniel\u2019s hire.<\/strong><\/p>\n \u201cI want to understand what kind of message this is supposed to send to us?\u201d Kabas wrote in the email. \u201cAs columnists we are held to strict standards of factuality and truth, and are expected to have a fundamental understanding of our democracy. McDaniel has proven time and again she adheres to none of those values, and lacks that very basic understanding.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n I also like how they use the term “Our Democracy.” That enlightened statement, and I’m using some serious sarcasm here, shows what these morons really think. For them, the only true form of democracy is one that supports their world view. All others are evil and must be suppressed with maximum force. (It also neglects the fact that the United States isn’t a democracy, but a Republic)<\/p>\n I have no doubt that an actual offer was extended to Ronna McDaniel, and that the management, cowering in front of their own employees, has rescinded it. I’m actually surprised it was even extended in the first place.
