Good day all. Recently, Judge Cannon, who is overseeing the political case against the Greatest President of the 21st<\/sup> Century, Donald Trump, regarding classified information in his possession. When Judge Cannon did this, people started digging into everything that Jack Smith and his merry band of thugs had been trying to hide.<\/p>\n

There has been a lot coming out regarding Smith and his team\u2019s abuse of power, witness intimidation, threats against defense attorneys and general lawless actions, all to \u201cGet Trump!\u201d Another thing that was discovered was how closely the Garland DoJ and the National Archives had been working when the classified files that Biden had been stealing for decades were found. It now looks like the DoJ colluded with the National Archives to hide what Biden had done by going after President Trump. Here are the details from Just The News<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n

J<\/b>ust weeks after learning Joe Biden had improperly retained government documents<\/a>, his administration began working with federal bureaucrats in spring and fall 2021 to increase pressure on Donald Trump for similar issues and eventually prompt a criminal prosecution of the 45th president, according to government memos newly unsealed by a federal judge. <\/b><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

The correspondence, released this week<\/a> by U.S. District Judge Eileen Cannon in Florida, provide the the most extensive accounting so far of how the Biden White House worked with federal bureaucrats to escalate pressure on Trump to return documents to the National Archives even as it slow-walked similar issues involving its own boss. <\/b><\/p>\n

One of the things that was going on were discussions between President Trump\u2019s people and the Archives over what should be shipped back and what would be staying with President Trump. They had been sending back documents for a while, but the National Archives, which was run by Democrats who hated President Trump, didn\u2019t like the delays.<\/p>\n

Then came the news that Joe Biden had been essentially committing espionage for decades and had a huge amount of secret information that he had no authority to have at all. While President Trump had some files that were once classified, as president, and remember those documents were shipped out while President Trump was still the president, he had absolute authority to declassify them. That is part of the arguments against Jack Smith\u2019s politically motivated indictment.<\/p>\n

One email dated May 5, 2021, shows the\u00a0National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) had already consulted the Biden White House about missing Trump records, more than a year before the public would learn that the former president president had kept some classified memos. <\/b><\/p>\n

\u201cI have had several conversations with [Person 40] since the end of the Trump Administration about various paper records that he believes were not transferred to us,\u201d NARA General Counsel Gary Stern wrote to his colleagues in one May email. <\/b><\/p>\n

“Person 40” was not identified by name in the document but was listed as working for the Biden White House in the Records Management Office, according to a motion filed by Trump\u2019s lawyers in the case, which was previously redacted. <\/b><\/p>\n

That was probably one of the Obama holdovers who should have been purged when President Trump took office. These people worked to sabotage President Trump from day one. Soon after, the Archivist started issuing threats against President Trump.<\/p>\n

On August 30, 2021, NARA Archivist David Ferriero began to press Trump records representatives more explicitly about the documents, vowing to make referrals to \u201cthe Hill, DOJ, and the White House\u201d if the documents had been destroyed or where not turned over soon. <\/b><\/p>\n

\u201cAs you have seen in the press, the House has requested records,\u201d Ferriero writes in one email chain. \u201cOur ability to respond requires access to the 24 boxes which have yet to be accounted for. At this point, I am assuming that they have been destroyed. In which case, I am obligated to report it to the Hill, DOJ, and the White House.\u201d <\/b><\/p>\n

To my knowledge, no National Archivist has ever threatened a former President. Obama walked off with all his papers and as far as I know, few, if any have been sent to the archives. From what I have read in the past, David Ferriero absolutely hated President Trump. The story also lays out a time line on the DoJ\u2019s decisions to protect Biden and Get Trump! In September, Gary Stern decided to escalate.<\/p>\n

\u201cStern approached [Per. 53] to formally draft a letter to DOJ raising concerns about PRA materials from the TRUMP administration which remained unaccounted for by NARA,\u201d the FBI memo stated. <\/b><\/p>\n

In his interview with the FBI, Person 53 noted in his \u201cyears of experience,\u201d he \u201cunderstood NARA never had to make such a referral to DOJ\u2026to accomplish such an ask.\u201d <\/b><\/p>\n

Now a few little details I\u2019ve found out about this Stern guy. He is a barking moonbat and has worked with the ACLU. He was with the Archives when the Felonia von Pantsuit, aka Hillary Clinton email server stories broke along with her mishandling of classified and other government documents. Care to guess how many letters this tool sent to the DoJ regarding her activities?<\/p>\n

While NARA and the White House were engaging DOJ on Trump, Biden aides were trying to figure out what to do with memos Biden kept at his University of Pennsylvania Biden Center office in Washington, some which turned out to be classified<\/a>. <\/b><\/p>\n

From what I have seen over the years, an awful lot of those papers were not just classified, they were marked Top Secret Compartmentalized and should have never left the secure rooms they were kept in. While we are still arguing over President Trump\u2019s ability to declassify documents, there was no question that Biden had committed multiple felonies and by rights, should have been impeached, convicted in the senate, removed from office and prosecuted.<\/p>\n

In March 2021, Annie Tomasini, an assistant to Biden, traveled to the Penn Biden Center to take inventory of documents, according to a House Oversight Committee letter<\/a>. The Biden White House previously claimed that classified documents were \u201cunexpected[ly] disover[ed]\u201d on November 2, 2022, more than a year after Tomasini\u2019s first visit to the center. <\/b><\/p>\n

With Judge Cannon\u2019s releasing these previously sealed documents, people are now seeing how the DoJ and the National Archives moved to protect Biden and Get Trump.<\/p>\n

Sen. Ron Johnson, the top Republican on the Senate Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations, told the “<\/b>Just the News, No Noise<\/b><\/em>” television show on Tuesday night that the new memos confirm Trump and Biden were treated differently by federal bureaucrats. <\/b><\/p>\n

Saying that President Trump and Dementia Joe Biden were treated differently is a nit of an understatement.<\/p>\n

Trump was eventually indicted, while Biden escaped criminal charges in part because prosecutors believed he’d be viewed as old and forgetful by a jury. “It’s just another outrageous example of the dual system of justice and just the partisan nature within these agencies,” Johnson said. <\/b><\/p>\n

“President Biden gets let off scot free because I guess it’s because he’s senile. …. President Trump is being prosecuted to the full extent of the law, because he’s Donald Trump,” the Wisconsin senator said. <\/b><\/p>\n

This is where things get interesting. The documents unsealed show that the National Archives was working hand in glove with the Biden Maladministration.<\/p>\n

The court documents make clear that NARA collaborated and shared periodic updates with both Biden White House officials and Department of Justice officials throughout 2021 and 2022 as their efforts to retrieve classified documents from Trump\u2019s Mar-a-Lago property progressed. <\/b><\/p>\n

And again, there is the question on if they were actually classified or not. There is no question on the ones that Joe Biden had. They were. Since the whole idea was to protect the worst president* in American history, they decided to go after President Trump, and the rest is history. What wasn\u2019t known was just how tightly the White House, DoJ and the National Archives were conspiring<\/i><\/span> colluding<\/i><\/span> working together to both get president Trump and to protect Joe Biden.<\/p>\n

In a letter sent on May 10, 2022, sent to Trump\u2019s lawyers, by acting National Archivist Debra Steidel Wall summarized the Biden White House\u2019s involvement in the probe. <\/b><\/p>\n

“On April 11, 2022, the White House Counsel’s Office \u2014 affirming a request from the Department of Justice supported by an FBI letterhead memorandum \u2014 formally transmitted a request that NARA provide the FBI access to the 15 boxes for its review within seven days, with the possibility that the FBI might request copies of specific documents following its review of the boxes,” Wall wrote to Trump defense attorney Evan Corcoran. <\/b><\/p>\n

And then we have this gem.<\/p>\n

The letter also revealed that Biden gave the National Archives to the power to waive any claims of executive privilege Trump may assert against any DOJ attempts to gain access to the documents. <\/b><\/p>\n

\u201cThe Counsel to the President has informed me that, in light of the particular circumstances presented here, President Biden defers to my determination, in consultation with the Assistant Attorney General for the Office of Legal Counsel, regarding whether or not I should uphold the former President’s purported ‘protective assertion of executive privilege,'” Wall wrote. “… I have therefore decided not to honor the former President’s ‘protective’ claim of privilege.\u201d <\/b><\/p>\n

That will come back to bite Biden and other past president firmly in the ass. It also demonstrates the typical short term thinking of the Democrats. They hate President Trump so much that they are willing to deny him executive privilege. Add to that all the actions by the illegally appointed Special Counsel Jack Smith and his team, and I can see the next Administration going after both Biden and Obama. They might also go after both Clintons as well.<\/p>\n

We now have hard evidence of just how far the Democrats, Deep State and the Biden Maladministration were willing to go to keep President Trump from returning to the White House. It doesn\u2019t look like it\u2019s going to work, and in fact, is backfiring badly. (Big surprise there, Democrats after all) With other things now happening in the Supreme Court, there is a good chance that this case will end up being dismissed, with prejudice. I doubt Biden will be so lucky, unless it\u2019s determined he is mentally unfit to stand trial.<\/p>\n
