Good day all. A few weeks ago, rumors started coming out that the International Criminal Court was going to do something exceptionally stupid and issue warrants<\/a> for the arrest of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and several others in his administration. Well, the idiots have gone and done it.<\/p>\n

Some progressive, pro-terrorist prosecutor at the International Criminal Court has announced that he is filing applications for arrest warrants against Prime Minister Netanyahu and a few others. Here are the details on this stupid idea from Fox News<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n

An International Criminal Court prosecutor announced Monday that he has filed applications for arrest warrants against Israel Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu,<\/a> Defense Minister Yoav Gallant and Hamas leaders for allegedly committing “war crimes” during the conflict in Gaza.\u00a0 <\/b><\/p>\n

Prosecutor Karim Khan said in a statement that based on evidence collected and examined by his office, he has “reasonable grounds” to believe Netanyahu and Gallant “bear criminal responsibility for … war crimes and crimes against humanity committed on the territory of the State of Palestine.”\u00a0 <\/b><\/p>\n

He said those alleged crimes include “starvation of civilians as a method of warfare” and “intentionally directing attacks against a civilian population.”\u00a0 <\/b><\/p>\n

This is, of course, a flat out lie. Israel has done the best it can to avoid collateral damage, and they are not using starvation as a weapon against the Palestinians. Hamas, on the other hand, has been stealing any relief supplies for their own use. Seeing this, Israel has cut off any further aid since why should they resupply the enemy?<\/p>\n

Khan also said he is seeking arrest warrants for Hamas leader Yahya Sinwar, its top political leader Ismail Haniyeh and its military commander Mohammed Dief.\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n

Good luck getting your hands on them. Israel has a, basically, shoot on sight, shoot to kill order on them. Hey, they might actually surrender to you. Doing a few years in some Eurotrash prison, safe and sound from the IDF might seem like a good trade.<\/p>\n

He alleged that since the Oct. 7 massacre in Israel,<\/a> the three are criminally responsible for “extermination” and “murder as a crime against humanity,” taking hostages as a war crime and rape and other acts of sexual violence. <\/b><\/p>\n

Well, he\u2019s right on this. However, you\u2019re going to have to get in line. Israel is going after them and their idea of justice involves lots of KABOOMS.<\/p>\n

“During my own visit to Kibbutz Be\u2019eri and Kibbutz Kfar Aza, as well as to the site of Supernova Music Festival in Re\u2019im, I saw the devastating scenes of these attacks<\/a> and the profound impact of the unconscionable crimes charged in the applications filed today,” Khan said.\u00a0 <\/b><\/p>\n

“Speaking with survivors, I heard how the love within a family, the deepest bonds between a parent and a child, were contorted to inflict unfathomable pain through calculated cruelty and extreme callousness,” he added. “These acts demand accountability.”\u00a0 <\/b><\/p>\n

Yes, it does, and that accountability doesn\u2019t involve a few years in a comfy prison cell getting free medical and three squares a day. Israel\u2019s plan is to kill them.<\/p>\n

Khan also said his office has found “reasonable grounds to believe that hostages taken from Israel have been kept in inhumane conditions, and that some have been subject to sexual violence, including rape, while being held in captivity.”\u00a0 <\/b><\/p>\n

In the mean time, Israel is in the process of responding to this load of manure from the ICC.<\/p>\n

“While Israel fights with one of the strictest moral codes in history, while complying with international law and boasting a robust independent judiciary \u2013 drawing parallels between the leaders of a democratic country determined to defend itself from despicable terror to leaders of a blood-thirsty terror organization is a deep distortion of justice and blatant moral bankruptcy,” he added.\u00a0 <\/b><\/p>\n

As I recall, Israel, like the United States, does not recognize the International Criminal Court for the very reason that those Progressive, Antisemitic tyrants could try and pull something like this. I don\u2019t know about Israel, but one of the reasons that the ICC hasn\u2019t tried this crap against the United States is the American Service-Members’ Protection Act<\/a>, aka the Invade the Hague Act. We flat out told them that if they tried this against any Americans, especially any American military personnel, the United States would take any and all actions needed to free them, up to and including sending in United States troops.<\/p>\n

If Israel doesn\u2019t have something similar on the books, they should. As it is, someone should unofficially pay this moron a visit and explain to him, and the rest of those over-privileged jerks at the ICC that proceeding down this path may not be conducive to continued breathing. Perhaps going all Godfather on them and leaving a horses head in their beds might drive home the point.<\/p>\n

One thing Israel has a long history of, is making life much shorter for those they see as a threat. They might want to speak with Gerald Bull<\/a> about this. Oh wait, you can\u2019t. Perhaps you might want to speak with the Black September terrorists<\/a> who murdered the Israeli athletes in Munich during the Olympics. Oh yeah, they\u2019re not around either. Take the hint you meathead and withdraw your application. Resigning your position might not be a bad idea either.<\/p>\n
