Good day all. Tuesday, June 12th<\/sup>, Hunter \u201cHoovernose\u201d Biden was convicted of three federal gun charges. The reactions have been interesting. Some are saying that this means the law is being applied evenly to everyone, (Meaning this is equal to the kangaroo case against President Trump), and others were surprised.<\/p>\n


\n<\/p>\n

There is a third group of which I\u2019m a part of. The actual charges are probably unconstitutional because the question that Hoovernose lied about on the Federal gun form shouldn\u2019t even be on the form in the first place. I believe another court has ruled in a similar case that this is unconstitutional, which made me wonder why the prosecutors brought it up in the first place.<\/p>\n

Next we have \u201cThe Big Guy\u201d Dementia Joe Biden. He has announced that there will be no pardon for Hoovernose, and that he must suffer the consequences.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

No one believes that for a second. As soon as the election is over, no matter which way it goes, Joe Biden is going to pardon his boy and senior bag man, Hoovernose. Right now it wouldn\u2019t be \u201cPolitically convenient\u201d to sign a pardon for Hunter Biden. In any case, Hoovernose will appeal this, and will probably use the other case I mentioned.<\/p>\n

As for those who are using this as the equivalent of what the Greatest President of the 21st<\/sup> Century, Donald Trump, is undergoing, think again. The New York case was demonstrably a politically motivated trial. The charges were pretty much made up based on a crime that didn\u2019t happen and was Federal in any case. Juan Merchan literally prevented Trump\u2019s defense team from actually presenting evidence and then issued instructions so bad that lawyers have found a literal filing cabinet of reversible errors.<\/p>\n

Now will come the sentencing and appeals. It\u2019s doubtful Hoovernose will spend a day in jail on this conviction. What comes next is a bit more serious. It will be the various tax evasion charges, which could lead to Dementia Joe himself. This is one reason people suspect that Hoovernose will be pardoned. Joe Biden needs to protect himself, even if he doesn\u2019t remember what day it is. Stay tuned. There will always be more to come.<\/p>\n
