Good day all. San Fran Nan Pelosi was probably one of the worst Speaker\u2019s of the House in easily a century or more. The levels of criminality and abuse including two coup attempts against the Greatest President of the 21st<\/sup> century, Donald Trump, should have had her booted from the House and prosecuted. Sadly, we don\u2019t always get what we want.<\/p>\n


\n<\/p>\n

One of the best things that President Trump did was put actual Constitutionalists on the Supreme Court. They have been actually reading the Constitution and determining if the actions of the government violate it. (Here\u2019s a hint Hell YES!) One of the decisions was reversing Roe v Wade. For Progressives like Pelosi this was the last straw. Now Pelosi is accusing SCOTUS of \u201cGoing Rogue.\u201d Here are the details from Fox News<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n

Former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi<\/a>, D-Calif, has lost confidence in the “rogue” Supreme Court amid swirling discussions over ethics controversies and a push among Democrats to make the conservative majority a campaign issue ahead of November’s presidential election. <\/b><\/p>\n

“Do you have confidence in the Supreme Court?” CNN’s Anderson Cooper asked Pelosi on Monday, the 2-year anniversary of the court’s controversial Dobbs v. Jackson ruling that upended Roe v. Wade. <\/b><\/p>\n

“No, I think they’ve gone rogue. It’s most unfortunate,” she replied. “But it’s unfortunate further to see\u2026 what happened to the chief justice [John Roberts]? Did he go weak or did he go rogue? I don’t know.” <\/b><\/p>\n

This comment speaks volumes. Pelosi and the Democrats in general have used the Courts for decades to impose their totalitarian ideas on the American people. When Felonia von Pantsuit, who was supposed to win in 2016, didn\u2019t and we got the Greatest President of the 21st<\/sup> Century, Donald Trump, instead, he began the work of putting jurists on the bench who actually followed the Constitution. That she thinks that Roberts was \u201cOne of them\u201d shows how problematical he\u2019s been as a justice.<\/p>\n

Democrats have homed in on the abortion issue in recent years in an effort to rally pro-choice supporters to the ballot box to protect their interests.\u00a0 <\/b><\/p>\n

That can be easily turned around on the Democrats. All the overturning of Roe v. Wade did was return the whole thing to the states. They can also throw their \u201cSainted\u201d Ruth Bader-Ginsberg right back in their faces. She was on record saying that she thought Roe v. Wade was wrongly decided. That should be used every time some progressives screams that Supreme Court needs to be \u201cReigned in.\u201d<\/p>\n

With the 2024 presidential election just months away, they are doubling their efforts, moving to codify abortion rights<\/a> and point out the conservative justices appointed by Trump were the deciding factor in the Dobbs case. <\/b><\/p>\n

Again, this shows just how evil and corrupt the Democrats are. I\u2019m not going into the abortion debate. I\u2019ve already stated that the way to solve the whole thing is figure a way to make it an obsolete procedure. However, that is only one aspect of what the Democrats want \u201cTheir\u201d judges to do.<\/p>\n

They get the justices on the bench they want and they will rip up the Constitution, putting the power of the government over the rights of the people. (We dodged a bullet when Merrick Garland was kept off the court) Right off the bat, say goodbye to the 2nd<\/sup> Amendment.<\/p>\n

Pelosi, approaching the topic, told Cooper, “I respect their [the Supreme Court’s] point of view. If they have a point of view about a woman\u2019s right to choose, okay, but that\u2019s not what they\u2019re there to do \u2014 to advocate for a point of view. Run for Congress.\u00a0 <\/b><\/p>\n

“They\u2019re there to uphold the Constitution of the United States,” she said, per The Daily Beast<\/a>. <\/b><\/p>\n

Well, she has that right. The justices and the lower court judges are there to uphold the Constitution of the United States AS WRITTEN. The types of judges and justices Pelosi and the Democrats want don\u2019t do that. Just look at the 9th<\/sup> Circus and the recent load of crap out of the Hawaiian state supreme court. (They literally tore up the 2nd<\/sup> Amendment) Pelosi and the Democrats want judges who act as a super-legislature that punishes Americans for being Americans.<\/p>\n

Simultaneously, Democrats are voicing concerns that conservative justices Samuel Alito and Clarence Thomas had taken separate luxury trips without disclosing them, among other ethics concerns. <\/b><\/p>\n

Do you really want to go there? How about Sotomayor\u2019s sweetheart book deals?<\/p>\n

The concerns ignited calls to impose a code of ethics for the high court, a push that was met with vehement opposition from Republicans. <\/b><\/p>\n

Yeaah, good luck with that. The judicial branch is a separate branch of government and independent of the administrative and legislative branches. Your oversight ends once the judge or justice is confirmed. Trying to impose anything on the courts like that will be ignored.<\/p>\n

“It was a constitutional overreach. They’re trying to micromanage the Roberts court. They’re trying to destroy Alito and Thomas because they don’t like the fact they’re conservative judges,” South Carolina Sen. Lindsey Graham said<\/a> of the Supreme Court Ethics, Recusal, and Transparency (SCERT) Act, as he joined Fox News’ Shannon Bream on Sunday. <\/b><\/p>\n

Graham is one of the more useless members of the Republican Party, but once in a while he does actually doe or say something right. Not to worry, he will return to his normal RINO Deep State self in short order.<\/p>\n

Senate Republicans ultimately blocked the bill, which would have altered financial disclosure requirements, ethical standards and recusal requirements that apply to Supreme Court justices, <\/b>according to the bill’s summary<\/b><\/u><\/a>.\u00a0 <\/b><\/p>\n

None of which are enforceable and are blatantly unconstitutional. If the legislative branch has an issue with a justice, there is a tool to deal with it. It\u2019s called the Impeachment Process and it works exactly the same way as it does when used against the President. The issue there is that it would take a super-majority to convict in the Senate and the Democrats barely have a majority as it is. (Thank you Cocaine Mitch McConnell)<\/p>\n

The Republicans should take the Democrats actions and use them against them. Simply point to all the bad decisions by the Obama and Biden judges, throw in a few bad Bush judges, (Yes, there are a few) and simply ask the voters. \u201cDo you want a court that rubber stamps whatever the democrats want, or one that follows the Constitution?<\/p>\n
