Good day all. Now that the entire world knows what some of us have always known, that Joe Biden is mentally incompetent, people are wondering why he is still in office? There are three ways to remove a sitting President. He resigns, He is impeached in the House and convicted in the Senate, or he is removed under the 25th<\/sup> Amendment.<\/p>\n


\n<\/p>\n

Jill \u201cCall me Doctor Damn It!\u201d Biden has no intention of allowing Joe to resign. To Impeach Biden requires charges of high crimes and misdemeanors, of which there is ample evidence, but the Democrats, being power mad criminals themselves, won\u2019t permit Biden\u2019s removal under those circumstances. This leaves section 4 of the 25th<\/sup> Amendment to the Constitution of the United States. This reads:<\/p>\n

Section 4: Declaration by vice president and cabinet members of president’s inability<\/b><\/p>\n

Section 4. Whenever the Vice President and a majority of either the principal officers of the executive departments or of such other body as Congress may by law provide, transmit to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives their written declaration that the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office, the Vice President shall immediately assume the powers and duties of the office as Acting President.<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n

Thereafter, when the President transmits to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives his written declaration that no inability exists, he shall resume the powers and duties of his office unless the Vice President and a majority of either the principal officers of the executive department or of such other body as Congress may by law provide, transmit within four days to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives their written declaration that the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office. Thereupon Congress shall decide the issue, assembling within forty-eight hours for that purpose if not in session. If the Congress, within twenty-one days after receipt of the latter written declaration, or, if Congress is not in session, within twenty-one days after Congress is required to assemble, determines by two-thirds vote of both Houses that the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office, the Vice President shall continue to discharge the same as Acting President; otherwise, the President shall resume the powers and duties of his office.<\/b><\/i><\/p>\n

Basically, the Vice President and the Cabinet write a letter to Congress informing them that, in their opinion, the President is not fit to carry out his or her duties and must be removed. It is not an easy process, especially if Jill \u201cCall me Doctor Damn It!\u201d Biden fights it. (Which she will)<\/p>\n

Dementia Joe\u2019s recent performance during and after the debate, along with his actions during the D-Day memorial in France last month have made it clear to even many Democrats that Biden is Non compos mentis and needs to go. The problem is other Democrats, who see Biden as a useful tool for their own personal power, won\u2019t push him out in favor of the retired prostitute, Kamala Harris. This has led Representative Chip Roy to file a resolution in the House of Representatives calling on Harris and the cabinet to activate the 25th<\/sup> Amendment and remove Biden from office. Here are the details from the Daily Caller<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n

Republican Texas Rep. Chip Roy introduced a Friday resolution geared toward removing President Joe Biden from office following Thursday night\u2019s presidential debate. <\/b><\/p>\n

Roy\u2019s 25th amendment resolution would mobilize Biden\u2019s cabinet officials to formally declare that the president is incapable of fulfilling his official duties. Biden\u2019s performance during Thursday night\u2019s debate against former President Donald Trump has been broadly characterized as a complete disaster, even by Democratic insiders<\/a> and media<\/a> outlets<\/a> that have largely covered Biden\u2019s presidency and campaign favorably. <\/b><\/p>\n

Here we have one major issue and why the Cabinet and the Democrats won\u2019t remove Biden. They\u2019ve known for years that he was mentally incompetent and should never have run in the first place. Back in 2020 the Democrats saw Bernie Sanders as a threat and needed a way to crush him so, Dementia Joe Biden.<\/p>\n

The resolution calls on Harris \u201cto immediately use her powers under section 4 of the 25th Amendment to convene and mobilize principal officers of the executive departments in the Cabinet to declare that President Joseph R. Biden is unable to discharge the duties and powers of the office\u201d and to inform the pro tempore president of the Senate and Speaker of the House Mike Johnson \u201cthat she will be immediately assuming the powers and duties of the office as Acting President,\u201d according to its text. <\/b><\/p>\n

\u201cI intend to put forth a resolution calling upon the [vice president] to immediately use her powers under section 4 of the 25th Amendment to convene & mobilize the principal officers of the Cabinet to declare the [president] is unable to successfully discharge the duties and powers of his office,\u201d Roy wrote in a Friday morning post<\/a> to X before introducing his resolution. <\/b><\/p>\n

The text of the resolution is available in the Daily Caller story<\/a>. It\u2019s also just political showmanship. It has and can never have any force of law. What I think Representative Roy\u2019s idea is, is to force the Democrats hand. Those who vote against the resolution, and you can bet most will, are going to be Republican advertising fodder for the 2024 election. Even if the resolution passed both the House and Senate, with large majorities, it means nothing. Still, it\u2019s nice to see a Republican play hardball for a change.<\/p>\n
