Back during the Tainted Election of 2020, Georgia, specifically Fulton County, had a lot of issues with the ballots and the counting thereof. There were reports that there may have been more votes then there were actual voters.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/angry.net\/blog2\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/shocked-face.png?ssl=1\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-20636\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/angry.net\/blog2\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/shocked-face.png?resize=300%2C225&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/angry.net\/blog2\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/shocked-face.png?resize=300%2C225&amp;ssl=1 300w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/angry.net\/blog2\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/shocked-face.png?w=400&amp;ssl=1 400w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><br \/>\n<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>With the constant slamming of Georgia, especially of Govno Kemp and Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger over what happened back then and all the things that have come out since the Tainted Election, Georgia is considering doing something that I\u2019m surprised wasn\u2019t already being done. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailysignal.com\/2024\/08\/15\/kindergarten-math-georgia-considers-rule-to-match-counted-votes-with-counted-voters\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><b>Here are the details from the Daily Signal<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><b>The Georgia State Election Board is mulling a proposed rule to ensure that the number of votes considered for counting equals the number of votes cast by voters. <\/b><\/p>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/i.pinimg.com\/originals\/79\/cf\/97\/79cf97a8a1dda3462047cc50a33ffbe8.jpg?resize=400%2C400&#038;ssl=1\" width=\"400\" height=\"400\" \/><\/p>\n<p>I would have thought this was a standard procedure everywhere. Are you telling me and the rest of the world that you don\u2019t compare the number of cast votes with the number of people who cast them? Apparently not.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><b>That might seem to be a minor administrative matter under normal circumstances. But less than three months away from the Nov. 5 presidential election in one of the nation\u2019s hottest battleground states, the proposal in Georgia has emerged as a major point of contention.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>I can see why Democrats would hate it. It takes away one of their primary methods of cheating. Stuffing the ballot box with fake votes that no one actually cast.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><b>On Monday, Georgia\u2019s five-member election board will vote on a so-called reconciliation rule to set a uniform standard for county election boards to ensure that the number of votes cast and tabulated matches the number of voters who voted. The board is taking <a href=\"https:\/\/sos.ga.gov\/page\/proposed-state-election-board-rules-and-rule-amendments\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">public comments<\/a> through Sunday.\u00a0 <\/b><\/p>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/i.pinimg.com\/originals\/54\/6f\/1b\/546f1b787caf73c861b2f682c9559931.jpg?resize=480%2C299&#038;ssl=1\" width=\"480\" height=\"299\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><strong>Janice Johnston, a Republican appointee on the Georgia State Election Board, said she plans to vote for the proposed rule and expects it will be approved.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><strong>Not having the rule in place, Johnston said, \u201cis like having the math student write their own math exam, grade their own math exam, and not allow the teacher to review the math exam or see the student\u2019s work.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/angry.net\/blog2\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/26ab2e98580745272e9d121ce1f5d2fb.jpg?ssl=1\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-40186\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/angry.net\/blog2\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/26ab2e98580745272e9d121ce1f5d2fb.jpg?resize=228%2C300&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" width=\"228\" height=\"300\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><strong>Several left-leaning organizations have expressed opposition to any proposal that would empower local election boards beyond what such groups claim is a proper \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/MaxFlugrath\/status\/1823782033862123844\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ministerial role<\/a>\u201d to certify elections.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>As I said above, I\u2019m not surprised that the Progressives are opposed to anything that aids in securing the vote and making sure we have one person, one vote. Democrats have long been in support of One person, as many votes as we need to win the election.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><b>Meanwhile, Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger, Republican, said Thursday that any new rules added at the \u201c11th hour\u201d could slow down certification of the state\u2019s election results. Raffensperger didn\u2019t specify his opposition to the proposed reconciliation rule, and the State Election Board is considering several different proposals. <\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">\u201c<b>Activists seeking to impose last-minute changes in election procedures outside of the legislative process undermine voter confidence and burden election workers,\u201d <a href=\"https:\/\/sos.ga.gov\/news\/raffensperger-defends-georgias-election-integrity-act-last-minute-changes-delaying-election\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Raffensperger said<\/a> in a public statement.\u00a0 <\/b><\/p>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter \" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/i.pinimg.com\/originals\/81\/34\/39\/81343916182fd75bdf17da57cb4fd45d.png?resize=500%2C281&#038;ssl=1\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Since the Tainted Election of 2020, where Raffensperger announced that there were no issue and that this was the most perfect election ever, a lot of very interesting things have come out. The problem here is that Raffensperger has shown himself to be a RINO under the Bush wing of the Republican party and he opposes the Greatest President of the 21<sup>st<\/sup> Century. I\u2019m not surprised that he\u2019s not happy with this proposal.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><b>Raffensperger also referred to Georgia\u2019s election law reform legislation, Senate Bill 202, enacted in 2021 and including, among other things, applying a voter ID requirement to mail-in ballots. <\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">\u201c<b>The [Georgia] General Assembly knew that quick reporting of results and certification is paramount to voter confidence and passed SB 202, but misguided attempts by the State Election Board will delay election results and undermine chain of custody safeguards,\u201d Raffensperger said. \u201cGeorgia voters reject this 11th-hour chaos, and so should the unelected members of the State Election Board.\u201d <\/b><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/angry.net\/blog2\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/steaming_pile_of_horseshit.jpg?ssl=1\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-20194 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/angry.net\/blog2\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/steaming_pile_of_horseshit.jpg?resize=500%2C372&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" width=\"500\" height=\"372\" srcset=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/angry.net\/blog2\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/steaming_pile_of_horseshit.jpg?w=500&amp;ssl=1 500w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/angry.net\/blog2\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/steaming_pile_of_horseshit.jpg?resize=300%2C223&amp;ssl=1 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Voter ID is a good thing of course, but making sure that the number of cast ballots matches up with the actual number of people who voted is an additional safeguard. Frankly, that RINO turd should have been voted out of office in 2022. As far as I\u2019m concerned, he can\u2019t be trusted.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><b>Cleta Mitchell, founder and chair of the Election Integrity Network, a conservative-leaning group, has encouraged individuals to make public comments to the board in favor of the reconciliation rule.\u00a0 <\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">\u201c<b>It is basic kindergarten math. I don\u2019t know why anyone would oppose it,\u201d Mitchell told The Daily Signal. \u201cDemocrats don\u2019t want reconciliation, but most people are surprised it\u2019s not already happening. Georgia law already requires it.\u201d <\/b><\/p>\n<p>I wasn\u2019t aware that this was a state law. I have no doubt that Raffensperger knew. I guess he just doesn\u2019t care.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><b><a href=\"https:\/\/law.justia.com\/codes\/georgia\/title-21\/chapter-2\/article-12\/section-21-2-493\/\">Georgia Code \u00a7 2I-2-493(b)<\/a> states that a county\u2019s superintendent of elections \u201cshall compare the registration figure with the certificates returned by the poll officers showing the number of persons who voted in each precinct or the number of ballots cast.\u201d <\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><b>The state law adds that if the number of votes \u201cexceeds the total number of persons who voted in such precinct or the total number of ballots cast therein, such excess shall be deemed a discrepancy and palpable error and shall be investigated by the superintendent; and no votes shall be recorded from such precinct until an investigation shall be had.\u201d <\/b><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/angry.net\/blog2\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/keepcalmshoe.jpg?ssl=1\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-36869\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/angry.net\/blog2\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/keepcalmshoe.jpg?resize=300%2C233&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"233\" srcset=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/angry.net\/blog2\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/keepcalmshoe.jpg?resize=300%2C233&amp;ssl=1 300w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/angry.net\/blog2\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/keepcalmshoe.jpg?w=400&amp;ssl=1 400w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The proposed rule is pretty simple. If the numbers don\u2019t match, there will be an investigation to find out what happened. I suspect if we\u2019re looking at a very small discrepancy, say 10 or so, it will mean a recount and recheck. More than likely, someone made a mistake. If we\u2019re talking hundreds, then we might be talking about ballot box stuffing.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><b>This is not unlike how many businesses operate, Mitchell noted.\u00a0 <\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">\u201c<b>At the end of the day, bank tellers and grocery store clerks have to make sure the numbers match,\u201d the lawyer told The Daily Signal. \u201cAll this rule would do is have a consistent standard across the state.\u201d <\/b><\/p>\n<p>It makes perfect sense and any rational person wouldn\u2019t have a problem with this. Of course, we have the Democrats and they are the poster children for irrational behavior.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><b>However, the rule gained opposition from the Left. <\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><b>Noah Bookbinder, president of the watchdog group Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington, posted Wednesday on X about what he called \u201cthe risk of county officials refusing to certify this fall\u2019s election, with the biggest risk in Georgia.\u201d <\/b><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/angry.net\/blog2\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/11\/totally-shocked.jpg?ssl=1\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-22809 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/angry.net\/blog2\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/11\/totally-shocked.jpg?resize=400%2C266&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" width=\"400\" height=\"266\" srcset=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/angry.net\/blog2\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/11\/totally-shocked.jpg?w=400&amp;ssl=1 400w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/angry.net\/blog2\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/11\/totally-shocked.jpg?resize=300%2C200&amp;ssl=1 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 400px) 100vw, 400px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The Left has been fighting all attempts by the states, usually the \u201cRed\u201d states that have been cleaning up their election systems, starting with cleaning out the deadwood in the voter roles. (Perhaps I should have said \u201cThe dead?\u201d) They are utterly opposed to voters showing their ID to prove they are who they say they are, and of late they are getting worried that towns, cities and counties might refuse to certify their votes if they can\u2019t validate them as authentic.<\/p>\n<p>The usual suspects on <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2024\/08\/15\/democrats-lay-groundwork-in-swing-states-to-prosecute-sue-and-threaten-gop-officials-into-certifying-elections-or-else\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">the Left have been flat out threatening election officials<\/a> if they don\u2019t certify their elections even if they find massive problems. You haven\u2019t been seeing threats like this coming from the Right. Granted, the RNC is ramping up the 1<sup>st<\/sup> Lawyer Division in case there are any discrepancies or if people like <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Marc_Elias\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Marc Elias <\/a>decide to go after anyone who points out any potential issues with the votes and\/or election.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><b>Groups on the left contend that the local election boards are supposed to be less involved, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.citizensforethics.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/Comment-on-rulemaking-to-amend-SEB-Rule-183-1-12-.02-FINAL-2024.06.24.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">pointing<\/a> to a 1947 Georgia Supreme Court ruling in the case of <a href=\"https:\/\/casetext.com\/case\/thompson-v-talmadge\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Thompson v. Talmadge<\/a>. That decision said those boards have \u201cno discretionary power except to determine if the returns are in proper form and executed by the proper officials and to pronounce the mathematical result, unless additional authority is expressed.\u201d <\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">\u201c<b>The GA State Election Board\u2019s election rule changes allow pro-Trump election officials in Georgia\u2019s 159 counties to arbitrarily refuse to certify election results,\u201d Max Flugrath, communications director for the Georgia-based liberal group Fair Fight Action, posted on X. \u201cThis conflicts with Georgia law. Experts and judges say certification is ministerial, rather than discretionary.\u201d <\/b><\/p>\n<p>I think the statute, <a href=\"https:\/\/law.justia.com\/codes\/georgia\/title-21\/chapter-2\/article-12\/section-21-2-493\/\">Georgia Code \u00a7 2I-2-493(b)<\/a>, legislatively overturned that decision and I\u2019m not the only one.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><b>H<\/b><b>owever, GOP state board member Johnston noted that existing Georgia law <a href=\"https:\/\/law.justia.com\/codes\/georgia\/title-21\/chapter-2\/article-2\/part-3\/section-21-2-70\/\">explicitly says<\/a> local election boards shall \u201cinspect systematically and thoroughly\u201d the conduct of elections.\u00a0 <\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">\u201c<b>Georgia law clearly states that boards are instructed to exercise the powers and perform the duties granted by the legislature to ensure that elections are conducted honestly, efficiently, and uniformly,\u201d Johnston told The Daily Signal, adding: <\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">\u201c<b>In recent years, there seems to have been a perceived loss of authority of some county boards, to the extent that some boards were expected to \u2018certify\u2019 elections with no participation in the canvass or review of election documents.\u201d <\/b><\/p>\n<p>Which is exactly what the Democrats want. Anything that blocks them from stealing an election has to be stopped at all costs. The last thing the Democrats want is an honest election and the tools to confirm that it was an honest election. Why? Because they generally can\u2019t win honest elections.<\/p>\n<p>The Democrats love to claim that everything they do is to \u201cProtect Democracy!\u201d and yet everything they do subverts democracy. They just negated 14 million primary votes for Joe Biden and appointed Kackling Kamala Harris, the retired prostitute and Govno Tampon Tim Walz, the stolen valor deserter. Why? Not because Biden has the brain of rotting tapioca pudding, but for the simple reason he was going to lose and lose badly.<\/p>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/i.pinimg.com\/originals\/fb\/7f\/ec\/fb7fec095495f9eb6c23f4137390194c.jpg?resize=450%2C253&#038;ssl=1\" width=\"450\" height=\"253\" \/><\/p>\n<p>They\u2019ve also been going after Jill Stein and Robert F. Kennedy Jr. working to have them kicked off the ballots because they might take votes from, originally, Biden and now may take them from Harris. All this from a party that claims they are protecting democracy?<\/p>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/i.pinimg.com\/originals\/5b\/ff\/99\/5bff997110e9330b2c9d29dd45e8d5f1.gif?resize=498%2C278&#038;ssl=1\" width=\"498\" height=\"278\" \/><\/p>\n<p>I think election night is going to be very interesting this year. I suspect that the Democrats will arrange for ballots, all for Harris, suddenly \u201cBeing found.\u201d If they do this and now have to worry about having the number of ballots match the number of people who voted?
