Now the Democrats are preparing to sue, prosecute and threaten election officials in swing states. Here are the details from the Federalist<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n After Donald Trump won the 2016 presidential election, a handful of congressional Democrats objected to certifying his electoral victory. But, after some local election officials withheld votes to certify the 2020 presidential election for Joe Biden over concerns about that election\u2019s administration, Democrats launched an intimidation campaign to force those officials to fall in line. Wielding prosecutions and threats of lawsuits, their message is clear: rubber-stamp election results or else. <\/b><\/p>\n Last week, for example, election meddler Marc Elias<\/a> threatened Republican officials in a post on X, implying that, should they not certify election results, he will sue them. <\/b><\/p>\n \u201cIn 2020, Trump tried to overturn the election. My team and I beat him in court 60+ times,\u201d Elias posted on X. \u201cIn 2022, Republicans in several counties refused to certify. We sued and won. Here is my message to the GOP: If you try to subvert the election in 2024, you will be sued and you will lose.\u201d <\/b><\/p>\n First, those counties refused for good reason. There were serious issues that needed to be resolved. As for that thug, Marc Elias claiming that \u201cHe beat Trump 60+ times?\u201d No, he didn\u2019t. The judges did everything they could to avoid actually doing their jobs. Not one shred of evidence was actually heard.<\/p>\n Now, four years later, we\u2019re finding out that there was serious levels of fraud, and that these discrepancies might have been enough to swing the election to the worst president* in American history, Joe \u201cMashed potato brains\u201d Biden. It looks like the Democrats are the ones who subverted the election and are planning to do so again.<\/p>\n But it\u2019s not just Elias who has weaponized the law to target election officials who dare to question the process or outcome of an election. Some of the most egregious examples are happening in key swing states. <\/b><\/p>\n The article lists Georgia, Nevada and Arizona, all states that have had serious problems with their handling of then 2020 and 2022 elections. In Georgia, the state election board ruled that county election officials are entitled to a reasonable inquiry into any discrepancies prior to certifying an election. Considering the problems we saw in Fulton County. After the primaries, the Democrats issued threats.<\/p>\n But for Fulton County board member Julie Adams<\/a>, her decision not to certify the election results for the state\u2019s March presidential preference primary led to threats from the Democrat Party of Georgia.<\/strong><\/p>\n Now you may be asking why she did this. She had some questions and wanted answers.<\/p>\n Adams claims she requested election data such as the qualified voter list, the voter check-in list, and drop-box ballot recap sheets, among other things, prior to the certification of the presidential preference primary. Adams alleges<\/a> the elections director refused to provide the information, and therefore Adams did not certify the results. But ten days later the Democrat Party of Georgia sent a letter to the entire Fulton County board effectively threatening<\/a> criminal charges should members, like Adams, not certify the results. <\/b><\/p>\n Apparently Ms. Adams stood her ground and filed a complaint. As of now there doesn\u2019t appear to have been any ruling on this, one way or the other. Still, this is par for the course for the Democrat Party. Threats and intimidation of they don\u2019t get their way. Next we have Nevada.<\/p>\n Nevada\u2019s secretary of state and attorney general want to use the state\u2019s Supreme Court to force election officials to certify the election results<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n Apparently, three members of the Washoe County Board of Commissioners had some issues with the primary races in their county and voted not to certify the election. They said that allegations of suspicious behavior were made during the public comment portion of a hearing and that this wasn\u2019t the first time and wanted to investigate the issues. What happened?<\/p>\n Despite the concerns, Secretary of State Francisco Aguilar and Attorney General Aaron D. Ford in July filed a petition<\/a> with the state Supreme Court to force the county to certify the results, arguing Nevada Administrative Code<\/a> requires counties to certify recount results \u201cwithin 5 working days after the completion of the recount.\u201d <\/b> <\/b><\/p>\n Both the Secretary of State and the Attorney General are Democrats. I do not have any information on what has happened with this, but I\u2019m not at all surprised that these two Democrats, rather then helping put any fears of voter or election fraud to rest, just moved to suppress it. Then we have our old friends in Arizona.<\/p>\n In Arizona\u2019s Cochise County, supervisors Terry Thomas Crosby and Peggy Judd were each charged<\/a> with two felonies \u2014 conspiracy and interfering with an election officer \u2014 in 2023 by Arizona Attorney General Kristin Mayes after they stalled on certifying the 2022 county election results. A federal district judge recently denied<\/a> the duo\u2019s motions for dismissal and remandment. <\/b><\/p>\n Arizona is run by a pair of Democrats. There were some serious questions with the 2022 vote. (I don’t need to revisit the mess that was the 2020 election) The issue back then was that the Democrat gubernatorial candidate was also the Secretary of State of Arizona. There was a major conflict of interest. I suspect there was a very good chance that she didn\u2019t win the election. The Attorney General\u2019s prosecution is nothing more then Democrat intimidation tactic. Hopefully a jury will see through this, and the Defense team starts digging into the election results.<\/p>\n These examples show just what the Democrats think of the democratic process. They don\u2019t give a damn about it and will subvert it to achieve their goals of power and wealth. When President Trump destroyed Felonia von Pantsuit and then moved to keep his promises, the Democrats went berserk. With the panicdemic lock-downs, they used that to basically play games with election laws in states they controlled. This is why the 2020 election will forever be known as the \u201cTainted Election.\u201d<\/p>\n Before now, we had RINO\u2019s, globalists and Uniparty types running the RNC. Oh how things have changed. It took a few years, but President Trump has managed to flush the RINO turds down into the sewers they came from.<\/p>\n Additionally, a consent decree of very questionable legality and constitutionality finally expired in 2018 that allows Republicans to actually challenge and demand investigations into potential election fraud. The Democrats like Marc Elias may think they are going to have it their way again, but this time the Republicans look top be ready. In fact, he might find himself being targeted for some of his activities. This is going to be a fight and the Democrats have already tried everything, potentially including attempted murder.
