Here are the details from Breitbart<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n Democratic politicians nationwide are trying to put many illegal migrants into apartments and homes that would otherwise go to young Americans.<\/b><\/p>\n In California, Democrats in the state Assembly have passed legislation<\/a> that would create homebuyer tax breaks for illegal migrants who walked through weak border controls.<\/strong><\/p>\n Excuse me? Home buyer tax breaks for actual criminals? This can\u2019t be correct.<\/p>\n \u201cWhen undocumented individuals are excluded from such [house-buying] programs, they miss out on a crucial method of securing financial security and personal stability for themselves and their families,\u201d according to the sponsor, Rep. Joaquin Arambula, a Democrat with a large and poor Latino constituency in Fresno Valley. <\/b><\/p>\n Only in Kalifornistan would they dream up something this stupid. This jerk, as the article states, represents a large and poor Latino community. (I wonder if this fool uses the phrase \u201cLatinx\u201d instead of Latino and Latina?) First, how many of his constituents are American citizens? Almost all of them I suspect. What\u2019s he doing to help them? Obviously, absolutely nothing at all.<\/p>\n The giveaway will drive up Americans\u2019 housing costs \u2014 and make life tougher for the 85 percent of American-born California families who earn less than roughly $80,000 per year and spend more than 30 percent of their income<\/a>\u00a0on housing, according to a pro-migrant advocacy group. <\/b><\/p>\n It isn\u2019t just Kalifornistan that\u2019s doing this. Oregon is also doing something that is in violation of Federal Law.<\/p>\n In Oregon, Democrats funded a contractor<\/a> who is offering $30,000 to home-buying foreigners who are not American citizens, despite a federal law barring discrimination against Americans. <\/b><\/p>\n \u201cUNREAL,\u201d responded Rep. Ed Diehl, a GOP legislator in Oregon. The government contractor \u201cis using taxpayer funds to give $30,000 grants to illegals to buy homes in Oregon. American citizens aren\u2019t even allowed to apply,\u201d he tweeted<\/a>.\u00a0On Facebook, he posted<\/a>: \u201cAmerican citizens in Oregon are struggling to find and buy a home. We have a severe housing shortage in this state. I am appalled that the hard-earned, limited tax dollars of Oregonians are being used to prioritize home ownership for certain non-US citizens.\u201d <\/b><\/p>\n This is just another reason for all the western counties to continue pushing to secede from Oregon and join Idaho<\/a>. The Democrats on the Coast of the state are doing to Oregon what they did to the once golden state of California. Add to that, the utter economic incompetence and stupidity of Comrade Prostitute Kamala Harris.<\/p>\n In presidential politics, Kamala Harris is touting an \u201cOpportunity Economy\u201d where first-time homebuyers would get roughly $25,000 in aid<\/a>. On August 16, she declared<\/a>: <\/b><\/p>\n We also know that as the price of housing has gone up, the size of down payments have gone up as well. Even the aspiring homeowners save for years, it often still is not enough. So in addition, while we work on the housing shortage, my administration will provide first-time home buyers with $25,000 to help with the down payment on a new home.<\/b><\/p>\n And that will cause house prices to increase $25,000. She also doesn\u2019t bother to mention where the money for that is going to come from. (Here\u2019s a hint. Look in a mirror. She wants to raise taxes at least $5 Trillion dollars)<\/p>\n \u201cKamala Harris wants to give $25,000 to illegal aliens to buy American homes,\u201d GOP vice-presidential candidate JD Vance responded in\u00a0an August 16 tweet<\/a>, adding: \u201cThis will only further exacerbate the housing shortage in our country. It\u2019s a disgrace. We should be making it easier and more affordable for American citizens to buy homes.\u201d <\/b><\/p>\n The way to do that is to, wait for it, build more houses! That is not what the Democrats want. What they want is everyone forced into government housing. Basically the new plantations, all so they can better control the slaves.<\/p>\n Since 2021, President Joe Biden\u2019s deputies have pulled in roughly 10 million legal, illegal, and quasi-legal migrants. That huge inflow is roughly three migrants for every four American births. <\/b><\/p>\n The actual number of criminal aliens is closer to 15-20 million. Also, there are no such thing as \u201cQuasi-legal\u201d immigrants. They are either legal, with visas or green cards or criminals.<\/p>\n In many cities<\/a> and states<\/a>, Democrats also are providing rental subsidies to help illegal migrants get settled in the United States. <\/b><\/p>\n This is wrecking the rental markets. Because the Democrats are throwing money at the criminals instead of cuffing them and handing them over to ICE, legal resident aliens and American citizens can\u2019t find anything decent that they can afford.<\/p>\n That welcome for illegals has sharply spiked rental and house-buying costs for the tens of millions of young Americans who, since 2020, must compete for the limited supply of real estate and for good housing against the fast-growing population of illegal migrants. <\/b><\/p>\n<\/a><\/p>\n<\/a><\/p>\n<\/a><\/p>\n<\/p>\n
