Good day all. One of the major concerns with the open borders and the invasion of millions of illegal aliens into the United States is the criminal aliens voting. Many states are working to stop this from happening while the Democrats are conducting lawfare to block the states from securing the ballots.<\/p>\n

Recently the Biden-Harris maladministration decided to \u201cReassure\u201d American that there was no reason to worry about illegal aliens voting in our elections. Here are the details from the Federalist<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n

White House Press Sec. Karine Jean-Pierre reassured reporters Tuesday that \u201cit is already illegal for non-citizens to vote in federal elections.\u201d Cue the nationwide sigh of relief: At last, we can sleep easy knowing noncitizens won\u2019t vote, because \u2014 surprise! \u2014 it\u2019s against the law. <\/b><\/p>\n

I don\u2019t know if this was KJP speaking on her own or if this was something cooked up by others. The level of blind stupidity makes me think that this was something KJP came up on her own. The Federalist columnist then listed a few other things that are illegal, but still occur. Things like driving under the influence, steal cars, robbery, etc. It\u2019s also illegal to enter the United States without the proper paperwork. (Passport, visa, etc)<\/p>\n

Jean-Pierre \u2014 who works for the administration that has seen millions<\/a> of people illegally enter the United States \u2014 should know better than anyone that just because something is \u201cillegal\u201d doesn\u2019t mean it\u2019s not happening. <\/b><\/p>\n

Actually, I\u2019m not to sure that moron would actually know that just because something is illegal that people won\u2019t do it anyway. We already have hard proof that illegal aliens have been caught voting.<\/p>\n

How else did 41 noncitizens cast a ballot<\/a> in North Carolina in 2016? Or how did 11,198<\/a> noncitizens reportedly end up on Pennsylvania\u2019s voter rolls? We have been reliably informed that it can\u2019t happen because casting a ballot as a noncitizen or registering to vote as a noncitizen is \u201calready illegal!\u201d <\/b><\/p>\n

One of the issues with noncitizens on the voter rolls is that a lot of them don\u2019t know that they are. (Noncitizens are people I am assuming are legal resident aliens, not criminals who entered the United State illegally) Many were enrolled under Motor Voter laws when they lawfully applied for their drivers licenses.<\/p>\n

They might have checked a box on a form not realizing it automatically enrolled them to vote. Other never even did that and found out that third parties had enrolled them without their consent. Now if a noncitizen votes, then they have knowingly broken the law and are subject to deportation. Now there is a bill before congress to do something about noncitizens registering to vote.<\/p>\n

That\u2019s why Speaker Mike Johnson<\/a> is reportedly<\/a> tying the Republican-led Safeguarding American Voter Eligibility (SAVE) Act to a continuing resolution that would fund the government through March. <\/b><\/p>\n

The SAVE Act<\/a> would amend the 1993 National Voter Registration Act and require documentary proof of citizenship in order to register to vote. That means individuals who cannot prove their citizenship would not end up on the voter rolls. <\/b><\/p>\n

The last thing the Democrats want to do is secure the ballots so that only American citizens, native born or naturalized, vote in elections. The reason is simple. Democrats are a part of corrupt power mad thugs who will do anything and everything to make sure they win elections. Back in July there was a vote in the house to require proof of citizenship in order to vote. 198 Democrats, pretty much all of them<\/a>, voted no. The excuses must be coming out of the updated Democrat playbook on responses to common sense questions and bills. For instance:<\/p>\n

\u201cIt is against the law for noncitizens to register to vote and to vote in federal elections,\u201d Rep. Joseph Morelle, D-N.Y., previously\u00a0sa<\/a>id<\/a>\u00a0in opposition to the bill. <\/b><\/p>\n

\u201cWe know that it is already illegal for noncitizens to vote in federal elections,\u201d Rep. Terri Sewell, D-Ala., said. \u201cUnder current law, noncitizens would face up to five years in prison for attempting to vote in federal elections and even risk being deported.\u201d <\/b><\/p>\n

So why do you have a problem with asking people to provide proof of citizenship? These days, many states are issuing drivers licenses and state ID\u2019s that comply with the Real ID Act<\/a>, including my state. It was a bit of a hassle for me since I didn\u2019t have all the documents I thought I needed when I renewed my license the last time. (I forgot my passport or Birth Certificate) As I understand it, you need a Real ID to get into federal buildings now.<\/p>\n

The idiocy of these comments by the Democrats, \u201cWell it\u2019s illegal so they won\u2019t do it!\u201d has opened them up to some well deserved ridicule.<\/p>\n

It’s illegal to speed, which is why no one ever speeds.<\/p>\n

Federal law states that it’s illegal for illegals to vote, and it also bans states from confirming citizenship when votes are cast. Which would be like having a law that bans speeding…and then bans any method for\u2026 https:\/\/t.co\/PijVoJcyDn<\/a><\/p>\n
