The United States has an agency that is, allegedly, in place to assist local areas when they are overwhelmed. This is the Federal Emergency Management Agency or FEMA. FEMA does not have the greatest track record and their response to Hurricane Helene is no exception. What is an exception is that they are using DEI to determine who gets help. Here are the details from Fox News<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n The Biden-Harris administration’s disaster relief agency is facing backlash after its unearthed emergency management blueprint went viral amid the destructive hurricane<\/a> that recently ravaged the southern U.S. <\/b><\/p>\n The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) website lists a set of three goals<\/a> as part of their strategic plan to “address key challenges” in emergency management. The number one goal listed in the agency’s priorities is to “instill equity as a foundation of emergency management.”\u00a0 <\/b><\/p>\n Equity? No, the priority is who needs the most help now. It\u2019s called triage. Take care of those that need it right now, and then move down to the next most in need.<\/p>\n The second goal is “Lead Whole of Community in Climate Resilience” and the third goal is “Promote & Sustain a Ready FEMA & Prepared Nation.” <\/b><\/p>\n According to FEMA’s plan, “Diversity, equity, and inclusion cannot be optional.”\u00a0 <\/b><\/p>\n “This requires that FEMA\u2019s leadership and workforce demonstrate an increased commitment to integrating diversity, equity, and inclusion in delivering the agency\u2019s mission. FEMA must draw upon its staff\u2019s diversity and range of experiences to consistently inform programming, policy, and decision-making,” the FEMA plan continued. “Through investment in diversity and inclusion efforts \u2013 including Employee Resource Groups and multicultural training \u2013 FEMA can increase its employees\u2019 involvement and participation in cultivating a culture of inclusion.” <\/b><\/p>\n I see a number of people who need to be fired right now and blacklisted form any chance of employment in the Federal Government. I\u2019m also thinking that there may be the potential for criminal charges if, because of this crap, someone dies who may have been saved.<\/p>\n After Hurricane Helene broke out, leaving over 100 dead across six states and millions without power, social media users began criticizing FEMA\u2019s strategic plan in the midst of the damage. <\/b><\/p>\n “I\u2019m sure people who\u2019ve lost loved ones, lost their homes and now see their town underwater feel really great knowing that FEMA\u2019s #1 goal is to be woke. Everything about their terrible response makes sense now. What an embarrassment,” conservative activist Robby Starbuck said in a post on X. <\/b><\/p>\n “Our government is broken,” wrote author and scientist Robert Malone, M.D., of the agency’s plan. “I heartily disagree \u2013 the first priority of FEMA should be emergency response management.” <\/b><\/p>\n What we are seeing is almost 15 years of Progressive Democrat control of the United States government. There was an interruption when the greatest President of the 21st<\/sup> Century, Donald Trump shocked the Deep State and defeated Felonia von Pantsuit. They continued doing what they could to undermine President Trump. Now we\u2019re seeing the results. If you are not one of the \u201cProtected classes\u201d you go to the bottom of the list.<\/p>\n FEMA, however, denies that the agency’s strategic plan has interfered with hurricane disaster relief<\/a>. <\/b><\/p>\n “That is a lie. We help all people regardless of background as fast as possible before, during and after disasters. That is our mission and that is our focus,” director of public affairs Jaclyn Rothenberg told Fox News Digital. “We care about people, all people. We take our responsibility very seriously to help all communities regardless of background, so that we understand where people are coming from and what their need is so we can provide life-saving and life-sustaining support.” <\/b><\/p>\n The problem with this denial is that no one believes it. We\u2019re now finding out just how deeply these Progressive Anti-west and Anti-American Marxist thugs have burrowed into the Federal government and the damage they\u2019ve been doing. For instance, take the United States Air Force. We have recently learned that they are deliberately ignoring highly qualified white men and bringing in people who aren\u2019t as good, all to fulfill DEI quotas. I don\u2019t need to tell you just how dangerous this is to the defense of the United States.<\/p>\n Now we have FEMA, who is meant to do one thing, help local and state governments deal with disasters, either natural, (Hurricanes, earthquakes, etc), or man made. (such as a nuclear attack) Instead, they are going to re-prioritize who gets needed assistance using DEI and Green New Deal nonsense.
