There is no need to go over what a complete scumbitch Felonia is. Frankly, she should have been prosecuted for violating the Espionage Act, (Among other things), years ago. Recently, she gave an interview where she stated that Socialist Media companies need to \u201cModerate,\u201d (Censor), content. Here are the details from Fox News<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton<\/a> said Saturday that social media companies must moderate content on their platforms or else “we lose total control.” <\/b><\/p>\n Clinton told CNN host Michael Smerconish that while there have been some steps taken at the state level to regulate social media, she wants to see more done by the federal government<\/a> to moderate content. <\/b><\/p>\n “We can look at the state of California, the state of New York, I think some other states have also taken action,” Clinton said. <\/b><\/p>\n “But we need national action, and sadly, our Congress has been dysfunctional when it comes to addressing these threats to our children,” she added. <\/b><\/p>\n What Felonia is referring to on the State Level was Kalifornistan\u2019s recent outlawing of things like creating memes. That has already been shut down by the courts for a clear violation of the 1st<\/sup> Amendment. Of course, Felonia doesn\u2019t care about the 1st<\/sup> Amendment, or the Constitution for that matter. She would be right at home in any authoritarian or totalitarian regime as long as she was one of the people calling the shots.<\/p>\n Clinton said she believes the issue should be “at the top of every legislative political agenda” and called for the repealing of Section 230 of the Communications Act, which protects online platforms from being held liable for third-party content, such as user content on social media. This immunity applies to the content itself and the removal of content in certain circumstances. <\/b><\/p>\n Felonia flat out doesn\u2019t understand what Section 230 does. (Apparently a lot of Socialist Media companies don\u2019t either) It defines publishers from content creators. Basically, unless an actual law is broken, such as posting kiddie porn, a social media company, such as Facebook or TwitterX, is protected from lawsuits as long as they don\u2019t edit the content. (This is a very simplified version of the law. Think of a billboard. It just sits there and people put things on it)<\/p>\n One of the problems with most of the Socialist Media companies is they do moderate and ban lawful content, which should open them up to lawsuits. There have been a number of court cases, (I think they\u2019re still a few going on), regarding companies like Meta\/Facebook and the old Twitter that actively censored content that the people running the companies didn\u2019t like.<\/p>\n “We should be, in my view, repealing something called Section 230, which gave, you know, platforms on the internet immunity because they were thought to be just pass-throughs, that they shouldn’t be judged for the content that is posted,” Clinton said. <\/b><\/p>\n “But we now know that that was an overly simple view, that if the platforms, whether it’s Facebook or Twitter\/X or Instagram or TikTok, whatever they are, if they don’t moderate and monitor the content, we lose total control,” she continued. “And it’s not just the social and psychological affects, it’s real life.” <\/b><\/p>\n What\u2019s really frosting her nuts is Elon Musk and TwitterX. Before Musk took over Twitter and renamed it X, the government, (FBI and the Biden Maladministration), was constantly ordering Twitter\u2019s management to pull down tweets and ban certain users from the platform. Almost all of these people were either center\/right or were posting information that went against the narratives that the Washington Elite were pushing.<\/p>\n This annoyed Elon Musk, especially when Twitter banned the humor site, the Babylon Bee. Musk is friendly with the people there and was very angry at what happened. Originally, he bought a 9% stake, but when Twitter\u2019s management wanted to hamstring him, he decided to go all in. After he took control, he started looking at things and was furious with what he found. This led to the Twitter Files.<\/p>\n Clinton said the social media companies should have their immunity stripped so “guardrails” could be implemented. <\/b><\/p>\n Those \u201cguardrails\u201d will be governmental censorship. Never mind that it is a flat out violation of the 1st<\/sup> Amendment.<\/p>\n She said that cellphones should be restricted in schools, an effort that has been approved by several states in the U.S., including Florida and California. Individual school districts in various states across the country have also adopted policies banning or limiting cellphone use during school hours. <\/b><\/p>\n “Take phones out of schools,” she said. “I’m so happy to see schools beginning to do that, where the kids turn their phone in when they walk in the door.” <\/b><\/p>\n Phones aren\u2019t being banned in schools. They are being limited. Basically, the phones need to be turned off while in class to minimize disruptions. If you were to outright banning the possession, parents would have a few words about it. Far to many times, kids with phones are the ones who called 911 when something bad happened. There have also been times when students surreptitiously filmed teachers and school administrators who were doing really inappropriate things.<\/p>\n Last month, Clinton suggested during an appearance on MSNBC that Americans accused of interfering in U.S. elections by spreading “propaganda” promoting former President Trump should be civilly or even criminally charged<\/a>, as she cited the 2016 election in which she lost to Trump. <\/b><\/p>\n That last remark shows just how evil Felonia von Pantsuit is. It also shows just how big a bullet we dodged when Donald Trump crushed Felonia\u2019s hopes and dreams like a bug. I have little doubt, considering Felonia\u2019s past history, that she would have moved to go full on tyrant. She is basically a psychopath. She probably understands the difference between right and wrong, but she doesn\u2019t let that interfere with getting what she wants.<\/p>\n Thankfully, she has no influence on anyone any longer. She has been making noises about getting a post in the Harris Administration, (Assuming Harris sleazes her way into the Oval Office), but I don\u2019t think even Harris is dumb enough to let Felonia von Pantsuit anywhere near the Oval Office.
