Good day all. I\u2019ve already written about an organized crime gang from Venezuela known as Tren de Aragua<\/a>. (TdA for short) They have been terrorizing several cities in Colorado, taking over entire apartment complexes. These thugs are some of the worst out there and will go after police.<\/p>\n


\n<\/p>\n

They were able to establish a foothold in the United States thanks to the Biden-Harris open borders that allowed 10\u2019s of millions of illegal aliens into the United States. Now this group appears to be expanding into New York. Here are the details from the New York Post<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n

A brutal crew of baby-faced Tren de Aragua migrant gangbangers at a city-funded Manhattan shelter are pulling off armed robberies in Times Square \u2014 and they\u2019re getting away with it, officials and sources said. <\/b><\/p>\n

Of course they\u2019re getting away with it. You have a Soros DA in Alan Bragg who will not go after actual criminals, but will abuse his office to go after people defending themselves and others as well as former presidents for made up crimes.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Nearly two dozen young migrant thugs, some as young as 11 years old, are part of a dangerous asylum-seeking brat pack that has graduated from purse snatchings to gunpoint heists targeting New Yorkers and tourists alike, a top NYPD official told The Post. <\/b><\/p>\n

That isn\u2019t possible. New York is essentially a gun free zone and no one has guns. Just as Mayor Adams and Govno Hochul.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

But they\u2019re managing to stay out of jail because of their ages and the Empire State\u2019s lenient criminal justice laws, Detective Bureau Assistant Chief Jason Savino said. <\/b><\/p>\n

They also don\u2019t have to worry about their victims being able to fight back thanks to New York\u2019s anti-Second Amendment policies.<\/p>\n

\u201cYou have individuals that are brazen,\u201d Savino said. \u201cWe know they have access to guns, evident by the fact that they\u2019ve done gunpoint robberies and they\u2019ve been brazen enough to showcase pistols in and around their social media. <\/b><\/p>\n

\u201cThis is the first formulated group that we found where this group of about 20 individuals that, in pack format, hang out every day, they post on social media, they boast about their crew,\u201d the chief said. \u201cYou see little pockets in and around Times Square and in and around the shelters. <\/b><\/p>\n

\u201cBut as far as a true threshold, it\u2019s been limited to shelters.\u201d <\/b><\/p>\n

For now of course. I do wonder why they haven\u2019t already been rolled up. Being morons, they\u2019ve been posting their law breaking where anyone, including law enforcement, can see it. It shouldn\u2019t be that hard to build a criminal case against them. Oh, wait! I forgot. This is New York and prosecutors only go after people who defend themselves and others. Going after real criminals is to much work for them.<\/p>\n

Calling themselves \u201cLos Diablos de la 42\u201d \u2014 Spanish for \u201cLittle Devils of 42nd Street\u201d \u2014 the crew of about 21 gang members has been busted for 50 separate incidents, and yet not one is behind bars, Savino said. <\/b><\/p>\n

\u201cThey committed the robberies [in] all the sexy places, in and around Central Park, in and around Times Square, in and around transit,\u201d he said. \u201cAnd targeting tourists. <\/b><\/p>\n

\u201cThey kind of had a graduation of sorts, and a progression where originally it started as snatches and then went to strong-armed robberies, and then started brandishing knives in a pack format.\u201d <\/b><\/p>\n

And the powers that be in New York are wondering why people and businesses are leaving the city and the state. This is one of the reasons. The \u201cState\u201d refuses to do the one job they are expected to do. Protect society from predators like these vermin. (Notice I am not saying the individual. The Supreme Court has already ruled multiple times that the individual is expendable and can\u2019t expect the police to protect them. That\u2019s what the 2nd<\/sup> Amendment was meant for)<\/p>\n

Also worrisome for New York\u2019s Finest is the possibility that an all-out gang war could erupt between TdA and one of the Big Apple\u2019s most notorious gangs, the Latin Kings. <\/b><\/p>\n

And the problem with this is what again? Oh, yeah. I forgot. These punks can\u2019t shoot straight and tend to hit everything but the target\u2019s their going after. They also won\u2019t hesitate to fire on Police, or so I\u2019m told.<\/p>\n

The NY Post article goes into the details of how these criminal gangs recruit kids. They know that juveniles, (Those generally under 18), can literally get away with murder. Instead of being tried as adults, (Depending on the crime of course), they\u2019re tried as juveniles. Even if they\u2019re convicted, the worst that will happen is being locked up in a juvenile system until they\u2019re 18, then kicked loose and their records sealed.<\/p>\n

Once in custody, the boy was given a juvenile card and released. <\/b><\/p>\n

And rarely seen again unless they\u2019re caught committing yet another crime.<\/p>\n

In addition to the young age of some of the gang members, the state\u2019s criminal justice reforms prohibited bail for misdemeanors and most felonies, which means TdA suspects are often released, according to some in law enforcement. <\/b><\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s a product of bail reform,\u201d Savino told The Post. \u201cWe tried to try some in criminal court, somewhat unsuccessfully.\u201d <\/b><\/p>\n

This is exactly what George Soros wants. No punishment for criminals. Most of these punks are, bluntly, lost causes. You might be able to salvage one or two out of a hundred, but the rest, even if provided opportunities, won\u2019t take them.<\/p>\n

Eventually, things will get so out of hand that gang wars will be the least of the problems facing New York and other blue cities. You may see regular citizens deciding that they have no other choice but to take matters into their own hands. Vigilance Committees were supposed to be a thing of the past, and primarily out west, not in modern times in a major city. This is Progressive Government at it\u2019s \u201cFinest.\u201d<\/p>\n
