Good day all. A few years ago, Chicago voted out one of the worst, most incompetent mayors in the city\u2019s history, Lori Lightfoot. However, the replacement they put into office makes Lightfoot look competent.<\/p>\n

Over the last few years, thanks to the Biden-Harris maladministration throwing open the border, tans of millions of illegal aliens have invaded the United States. This was one of the reasons that President Trump was just re-elected to office, after a four year hiatus. One of the things he announced was a mass roundup and deportation of the illegal aliens. This has set off the Govno\u2019s and some mayors in blue cities and states. One of them is the current mayor of Chicago Brandon Johnson. He\u2019s flat our refusing to comply. Here are the details from The Blaze<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n

D<\/b>uring a speech <\/b>reaffirming<\/b><\/u><\/a> his commitment to keep Chicago a sanctuary city, Mayor Brandon Johnson labeled President-elect Donald Trump a \u201cthreat\u201d to \u201cblack families.\u201d <\/b><\/p>\n

The biggest threat to Black and all other families in Chicago is the Democrat Party and Mayor Johnson. Chicago is suffering from out of control crime and the answer from Johnson? Cut police staffing. Then came the \u201cWorst Case scenario\u201d for Johnson and the Democrats. The landslide victory by the Greatest President of the 21st<\/sup> Century, Donald Trump. This set off Johnson.<\/p>\n

On Tuesday, in his first statement addressing Trump’s victory, Johnson vowed to protect illegal aliens from the incoming administration’s mass deportation plans. <\/b><\/p>\n

“We will not bend or break,” Johnson declared. “Our values will remain strong and firm. We will face likely hurdles in our work over the next four years, but we will not be stopped and we will not go back.” <\/b><\/p>\n

Nice of this idiot to announce his plans to violate a number of federal laws. I wonder if this blithering idiot has been paying any attention to President Trump\u2019s recent cabinet choices, especially those who will be dealing with illegal aliens and those who protect them instead of American citizens and LEGAL resident aliens.<\/p>\n

Johnson made a perplexing claim that Trump’s commitment to deport illegal immigrants is somehow a threat to black families in America. <\/b><\/p>\n

“The president-elect, former President Trump, his threat is not just toward new arrivals and undocumented families. His threats are also against black families,” he stated. “We’re going to stand up and protect undocumented individuals.” <\/b><\/p>\n

I wonder if Johnson has figured out that he is probably going to be a one term mayor? If he actually tries to interfere with ICE and any other federal officers, especially if he uses the Chicago Police, he will be scooped up so fast it will make his head spin.<\/p>\n

The mayor made the commitment to keep Chicago a sanctuary despite a significant rise in criminal activities associated with the transnational crime group Tren de Aragua. According to locals, the South Side of Chicago has become overrun with Venezuelan migrants, including TDA members. <\/b><\/p>\n

From what I\u2019ve read, there have been shootouts between gangs, and not a few citizens who had to defend themselves. That this walking piece of human debris is putting one of the most violent gangs around ahead of his own citizens tells me that he needs to be removed from office for cause. What cause? How about starting with insanity?<\/p>\n

Records obtained by the New York Post<\/a> revealed that at least 30 of the gang’s members have been arrested by the Chicago Police Department from January 2023 through September 2024. <\/b>Despite this, Johnson stated that the CPD would be prohibited from cooperating with federal immigration officials. <\/b><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Yeah, that\u2019s going to work real well. As I said, I don\u2019t think that Johnson has been paying attention on who President Trump has been nominating for his administration. These are not Deep State operatives that were secreted into his first administration.<\/p>\n

Trump tapped former ICE director Tom Homan<\/a> as his administration’s “border czar.” <\/b><\/p>\n

Homan had a harsh warning for sanctuary jurisdictions that aim to protect illegal aliens from federal law enforcement officials. <\/b><\/p>\n

“Sanctuary cities are sanctuaries for criminals,” Homan declared. <\/b><\/p>\n

“If you are not going to help us, get the hell out of the way because we’re gonna do it,” Homan said on Monday. “So if we can’t get assistance in New York City, we may have to double the number of agents we send in New York City.” <\/b><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

I can see local police being told to actively interfere with the Federal agents by this moron. I suspect that they will refuse to do so. A few might, but they could end up in federal handcuffs quickly followed by their chain of command, leading right up to the Mayor himself.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Johnson is only one of the Progressive Liberal Democrat office holders to announce that he will protect enemies of the United States. Like most of the Democrats currently in office, he\u2019s either stupid or so blinded by ideology that he can\u2019t see that the country has turned against him and the other Democrats. It\u2019s going to be a very interesting four years, and for the Democrats like Johnson, it will be interesting like the Chinese curse. (May you live in interesting times)<\/p>\n
