Good day all. It still hasn\u2019t sunk in to the Progressive Liberal Democrats that Trump 47 is going to be even tougher then Trump 45. One of the major changes is President Trump\u2019s plans to round up the millions of illegal aliens and ship them out of the United States.<\/p>\n

In that vein, President Trump has appointed Tom Homan as his \u201cBorder Czar.\u201d He\u2019s also going him, once President Trump is sworn back in, all the legal authority to get things done. This has set off all the Blue city mayors and city councilors, along with Blue State governors. They are saying they won\u2019t assist with the round up and, in some cases, have said they will prevent ICE and the Border patrol from doing their jobs. Tom Homan has flat out threatened these moonbats if they do. Here are the details from the Daily Wire<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n President-elect Donald Trump<\/a>\u2018s border czar, Tom Homan<\/a>, warned local officials against obstructing federal agents who are working to deport illegal immigrants<\/a> out of the United States<\/a>. <\/b><\/p>\n During a Tuesday interview<\/a> on Fox News, host Lawrence Jones asked Homan how he would deal with mayors or police chiefs under Democrat leadership who refuse to help or even get in the way of federal deportation efforts. <\/b><\/p>\n Mr. Homan\u2019s response was short, sweet and leaves know doubt what will happen to these moonbats if they get in the way.<\/p>\n \u201cWell first of all, if they don\u2019t want to help us, get the hell out of the way, we\u2019re going to do it,\u201d Homan said.<\/strong><\/p>\n I have a sneaking suspicion that getting out of the way is not what these Leftards are planning on doing.<\/p>\n \u201cIf I got to send twice the amount of resources to that city, that\u2019s what we are going to do. If they give us access to the jail, that\u2019ll mean less agents in their community,\u201d Homan said. \u201cFor them pushing back and not letting us in the jail, it just means more agents are going to be in the community, so they\u2019re hurting themselves.\u201d <\/b><\/p>\n I\u2019m not sure on the legality of this, but could Federal Agents simply go into the local jails and grab the illegals? Otherwise, they\u2019re going to have to stake out the jails and grab them when they\u2019re released. I don\u2019t doubt that Mr. Homan is planning on the latter. As for those who might want to block ICE and the Border Patrol to protect the Illegals?<\/p>\n \u201cFinally I will say this: They need to educate themselves. They need to review this: Title 8, United States Code \u00a7 1324 (III)<\/a>, read about that, and don\u2019t cross that line, because it is a felony to harbor and conceal illegal aliens from ICE. Read the statute. Don\u2019t cross that line.\u201d <\/b><\/p>\n Pity that there are Democrat office holders who aren\u2019t paying any attention to the results of the election and to what Mr. Homan is saying. It looks like we might actually have an honest to goodness conspiracy among Democrat Governors and Mayors to protect illegal aliens, up to and including having local police stand in the way. More on that in another post.<\/p>\n Homan also\u00a0said<\/a> there would be \u201cthree rails of business\u201d when he takes over securing the nation\u2019s borders in the second Trump administration. <\/b><\/p>\n \u201cFirst of all, we have to secure the border. We know how to do that, we\u2019ve done it before,\u201d Homan said. <\/b><\/p>\n \u201cSecond of all, we need to run [Trump\u2019s] deportation operations,\u201d he continued. \u201cThe president has been clear, out of the gate we are going to focus on public safety threats and national security threats first, and fugitives, those who crossed the border illegally, had great due process at great taxpayer expense, were ordered removed by immigration judge and didn\u2019t leave. They are also a priority.\u201d <\/b><\/p>\n Homan added: \u201cAnd third rail, we have to find over 300,000 children that were released into this country to so-called sponsors that the government can\u2019t find. We also have to find the children and try to save them.\u201d <\/b><\/p>\n The third one, finding all the children that the Biden-Harris maladministration basically handed over to human traffickers. Some were actually handed to family members. Most? Decent people are terrified of what has become of these kids, especially girls. There is little question that many of them are now being used as sex slaves.<\/p>\n Mr. Homan, as ICE and the Border Patrol find these children will need to work closely with the new Attorney General, (As of this post, Matt Gaetz has stepped aside and Pam Bondi is the new AG Designate), to jail all those who harmed or trafficked the children. I have little doubt that there will be evidence that leads to some politicians. Any of those who are found? Indicted, Tried, Convicted, Sentenced and then fed into a wood chipper.<\/p>\n I wonder just how many Democrat office holders are going to find themselves in a court room facing a jury? How many of those will be convicted and of what crimes? Under Biden and Garland, the DoJ was weaponized. Any current or former office holders who are caught interfering with the plans to remove illegal aliens needs to have real, solid, by the book evidence processes followed. None of this Garland crap.
