Good day all. For the last 2 years, we have seen the all out lawfare against the Greatest President of the 21st<\/sup> Century, Donald Trump, try and fail to \u201cGet Trump!\u201d Today, Monday November 25th<\/sup>, all charges were dismissed by the corrupt Obama judge, Tanya Chutkan.<\/p>\n

I won\u2019t bother going over all the fraud and blatantly illegal actions of Merrick Garland, The DoJ, the FBI and, of course, Jack Smith. It\u2019s been done. Now that President Trump is President-Elect Trump again, Smith and the rest of that corrupt cabal have finally seen the writing on the wall and know they have lost. Smith has run up the white flag and surrendered. Here are some of the details from Fox News<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n

A judge has dropped the charges against President-elect Donald Trump<\/a> in the D.C. case against him, following a request that Special Counsel Jack Smith made on Monday. <\/b><\/p>\n

The decision concerns the investigation into the Jan. 6 U.S. Capitol breach. Fox News Digital previously learned of Smith’s request earlier on Monday. <\/b><\/p>\n

The fake indictment in Florida was already tossed by the Judge when she found that Smith\u2019s appointment was illegal and he had no authority at all. (Thank you Justice Thomas) Judge Shitcan<\/i><\/span> Chutkan should have issued the same ruling months ago, but she is one of the more corrupt Obama judges.<\/p>\n

“The Government has moved to dismiss the Superseding Indictment without prejudice,” U.S. District Judge Tanya Chutkan wrote in a decision. “Defendant does not oppose the Motion\u2026and the court will grant it.” <\/b><\/p>\n

And that takes care of all the federal charges that the weaponized DoJ had brought against President Trump. That leaves the fake charges in New York and Georgia but those were falling apart already and may soon be ended.<\/p>\n

Smith also filed a motion to drop his appeal in his classified records case against Trump \u2013 a case that was tossed in July by federal Judge Aileen Cannon. Cannon ruled Smith was unlawfully appointed as special counsel.\u00a0 <\/b><\/p>\n

That was basically a housekeeping move. I suspect that if that had continued and reached the Supreme Court, Smith would have been found to have been illegally appointed and that would have opened a whole new can of worms.<\/p>\n

Smith is expected to resign as special counsel before Trump takes office.<\/b><\/p>\n

He doesn\u2019t want to be fired by President Trump 2 minutes after he completes taking the Oath of office. He also needs time to pack up the office, (Shred everything), and make his escape back to the ICC.<\/p>\n

Trump posted to his Truth Social Monday afternoon that the cases against him “are empty and lawless and should never have been brought.” <\/b><\/p>\n

“These cases, like all of the other cases I have been forced to go through, are empty and lawless, and should never have been brought. Over $100 Million Dollars of Taxpayer Dollars has been wasted in the Democrat Party\u2019s fight against their Political Opponent, ME,” Trump posted. “Nothing like this has ever happened in our Country before.”\u00a0 <\/b><\/p>\n

This is why President Trump needs to unleash the constitutional dogs of war against the Deep State, Uniparty and the Democrats. The damage done to the institutions of the United States by Obama and now Biden is so extensive that it\u2019s going to take a full tear down and rebuild. Remodeling isn\u2019t going to work. The rot is to deep. (Do you like all my Real Estate talk there? Should fit right in with President Trump\u2019s business background.<\/p>\n

While I would love to see Joe Biden brought to justice, (In his case we have actual crimes going back decades), it really can\u2019t be done, and not because of the recent Supreme Court decision on presidential immunity. (As I said, Biden has been a crook for decades) Biden is not mentally fit to stand trial. However, all those people who were actually running things are and they should be looked into very carefully. Unlike Biden and Garland however, actual evidence and actual laws violated would need to be proven.<\/p>\n

Now it\u2019s time to celebrate. President Trump is already putting his team together and many of them are just what is needed. Very competent wrecking balls. Now as to whether or not Smith and his pack of jackals can be charged? That I can\u2019t say. Let him run back to the Hague. He\u2019s a better fit there anyway. They like prosecutors who make things up to get people they don\u2019t like.<\/p>\n
