I\u2019ve already written about the Dumbass of Denver, Mike Johnston<\/a> and how he has announced he is ready to go to jail in order to protect the criminals in his city. (He\u2019s starting to walk this back) Now we have another bunch of idiots in the city of Boston, Massachusetts. Here are the details from Fox News<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n The Boston City Council unanimously voted this week to double down on a measure designed to obstruct President-elect Trump\u2019s plans for mass deportations.<\/a> <\/b>According to the Boston Herald, Boston council member Gabriela Coletta said the measure is an important step “as we brace for [the] impact” of a second Trump presidency<\/a>. <\/b><\/p>\n Titled the “Trust Act,” the law was first passed in 2014 and was amended during Trump\u2019s first term in 2019. <\/b><\/p>\n I looked up the Trust Act. Basically, it keeps local law enforcement, (The Boston Police Department), from holding an illegal alien until ICE arrives to take them into custody. Technically, local authorities can not be used to aid federal law enforcement. However, entering the United States without the proper paperwork is a crime so, technically, they, the city government, is aiding and abetting illegal aliens. (Lots of technical stuff here and I\u2019ll leave all that to lawyers)<\/p>\n It seeks to protect immigrant communities from “unjust enforcement actions” and restricts Boston police\u2019s ability to cooperate with ICE and bans police from keeping migrants in custody for possible deportation unless there is a criminal warrant. <\/b><\/p>\n We have seen some Masshole government officials actively aiding illegals in escaping ICE. One of these was a Massachusetts judge<\/a> named Shelley M. Richmond. She ordered court officers to escort an illegal alien out of the courthouse when ICE arrived to pick him up. This happened in 2018 and, eventually, the judge skated on everything. I don\u2019t think that\u2019s going to happen this time.<\/p>\n The resolution adopted by the council states that “proposals for mass deportations represent a direct attack on Boston\u2019s immigrant families, and threaten to tear communities apart.” <\/b><\/p>\n “In the face of changing federal leadership, the City of Boston must reaffirm our support for the Boston Trust Act to protect our immigrant residents,” the resolution goes on. “The City of Boston shall continue to monitor and respond to federal immigration policies that may impact its residents, reaffirming its commitment to protect immigrant communities from unjust enforcement actions and to uphold the Trust Act, recognizing that protecting the rights and dignity of all residents, regardless of immigration status, is essential for a safe and welcoming city for all.” <\/b><\/p>\n According to the Boston Globe, all 13 council members voted to reaffirm the Trust Act on Wednesday.<\/strong><\/p>\n Well, Boston is already down one criminal, I mean city councilor. One of them was arrested today<\/a>, (Friday December 6th<\/sup>), on corruption charges. (I\u2019ll probably write something up on that later)<\/p>\n Per the Boston Globe, Council President Ruthzee Louijeune said that “as the national climate grows increasingly hostile towards immigrant communities, we must reaffirm who we are as a city.” <\/b><\/p>\n “As a city built on the strength of its diverse communities,” she went on, “Boston remains steadfast in its commitment to protecting the rights [and] dignity of all its residents, regardless of status.” <\/b><\/p>\n I wonder how many of Boston\u2019s residents, United States Citizens and Legal Resident Aliens agree with her? I suspect it\u2019s a lot fewer then she thinks. Now the issue isn\u2019t those who enter the country lawfully. Very few people have any problem with this. Granted, the current immigration system is a mess, for which we can thank former and now safely dead Senator Ted Kennedy<\/a>. We do need to completely overhaul it, but that is a major undertaking and not something to deal with here.<\/p>\n The issue we\u2019re dealing with is the harboring of illegal aliens, people who couldn\u2019t be bothered to follow the legal process. What the city officials are doing is actively aiding and abetting criminals. They might want to consider a few things. This time, President Trump is ready, he\u2019s appointing the right people and none of them are going to put up with these Marxists idiocy.<\/p>\n Boston Mayor Michelle Wu<\/a>, a Democrat, has also vowed the city would not cooperate with Trump and his incoming border czar Tom Homan\u2019s plans for mass deportations.\u00a0\u00a0 <\/b><\/p>\n “The federal government is responsible for a certain set of actions, and cities, no individual city, can reverse or override some parts of that,” Wu said during a local news interview. “But what we can do is make sure that we are doing our part to protect our residents in every possible way, that we are not cooperating with those efforts that actually threaten the safety of everyone by causing widespread fear and having large-scale economic impact.” <\/b><\/p>\n While the Anger Central offices are about an hour from Boston, I avoid going into the city these days. (Heck, I avoid going into Massachusetts if at all possible) To begin with, Massachusetts does not believe in the right of self defense, and will arrest victims of crimes if they dare to defend themselves. Crime in Boston We\u2019re already seeing illegal committing all sorts of crimes including molesting children. Massachusetts response? A slap on the wrist.<\/p>\n This comes after the Boston area has seen several ICE arrests<\/a> of illegal immigrants who have been charged with crimes, including child sex offenses, released back onto the streets.\u00a0 <\/b><\/p>\n ICE announced in November that it apprehended a Colombian illegal immigrant, who had been arrested on charges of enticing a child under 16, distribution of obscene matter, and lascivious posing and exhibiting a child in the nude. ICE had filed a detainer against him, but it was ignored, according to the agency. <\/b><\/p>\n This hasn\u2019t slowed down the Democrats in Massachusetts. They literally do not care about the safety of Americans in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.<\/p>\n Massachusetts Gov. Maura Healey<\/a> has similarly said she is prepared to use “every tool in the toolbox” to protect residents, vowing that state police would “absolutely not” assist Trump in the mass deportations operation. <\/b><\/p>\n Healey is a classic tyrant. Or is it a classic Karen? She is actively working to tear up the Constitution and has nothing but contempt for people who don\u2019t follow her way of thinking. (If you can call what she does, thinking) Now, as I said earlier, the times, they are a changing. ICE and the Border patrol have a new overall leader, Tom Homan. He isn\u2019t going to be playing games.<\/p>\n In response, Homan has warned resisters<\/a> to “get the hell out of the way” and cautioned he is “not afraid” to jail those who illegally obstruct ICE enforcement. <\/b><\/p>\n He was referring to that idiot in Denver, Johnston. This also applies to the Boston Mayor, the Boston City Council, those not already under arrest, and Governor Healey. President Trump has put together a team that will have several jobs to do. For Attorney General Pam Bondi, it will be cleaning out the DoJ. For FBI Director Kash Patel, it will be cleaning up the FBI.<\/p>\n They have people inside these departments and agencies who are disgusted with the current state of affairs and will be more than willing to help the new leadership. After that, as ICE and the Border Patrol start rounding up illegals for deportation, they will start going after these \u201cElected Officials\u201d who get in the way. Mayor Wu, Govno Healey and the Boston City Council are essentially announcing they will do whatever it takes to stop the roundups. The response?<\/p>\n I so hope they actually do try being stupid.
