Good day all. Last week, news came out that Nancy Pelosi had fallen. At the time, there wasn\u2019t a lot of information, bu the rumor was she had broken her hip. This has been confirmed. Now if you were expecting me to be all sympathetic to Pelosi\u2019s injury, then you are are going to be badly disappointed.<\/p>\n


\n<\/p>\n

I won\u2019t beat around the bush. Nancy Pelosi has been a major problem for the people of the United States for decades. She is one of the poster children for term limits. She has also abused her position as a representative to enrich herself with insider information, and as Speaker of the House, for her abuse of the Constitution, the Rule of Law and the rights of the minority party. Frankly, she should be in prison.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Now, as to what happened, (And you can count on my to be snarky and extremely mean spirited), it looks like tripped and fell while in Europe commemorating the Battle of the Bulge in WW II. As to which side she supported, that has yet to be fully determined.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

She recently underwent surgery to repair her hip and is now in recovery. Here are the details from Fox News<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n

Former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi<\/a>, D-Calif., underwent surgery for a hip replacement overseas Saturday after she fell earlier this week in Luxembourg, a spokesperson said. <\/b><\/p>\n

“Earlier this morning, Speaker Emerita Pelosi underwent a successful hip replacement and is well on the mend,” Pelosi spokesperson Ian Krager said in a statement.\u00a0 <\/b><\/p>\n

“Speaker Pelosi is grateful to U.S. military staff at Landstuhl Regional Medical Center at Landstuhl Army Base and medical staff at Hospital Kirchberg in Luxembourg for their excellent care and kindness. <\/b><\/p>\n

This sounds like the socket that the ball joint from her leg fits into. I\u2019ll leave that to people with medical training to comment on. I also have no doubt at all she got the best doctors and care available since she is one of the \u201cSpecial People.\u201d (No Obamacare for her!)<\/p>\n

“Speaker Pelosi is enjoying the overwhelming outpouring of prayers and well wishes and is ever determined to ensure access to quality health care for all Americans.”\u00a0 <\/b><\/p>\n

Yeah right. Obviously, she hasn\u2019t read this post yet.<\/p>\n

Pelosi, 84, tripped and fell following a group photo with other lawmakers and officials during a visit to Luxembourg for the Battle of the Bulge<\/a> remembrances, the Wall Street Journal reported. <\/b><\/p>\n

I have heard unsubstantiated reports one what actually might have happened. An image has been found of San Fran Nan sitting at a bar and imbibing an adult beverage. She may have simply fallen off the bar stool.<\/p>\n

“While traveling with a bipartisan Congressional delegation in Luxembourg to mark the 80th anniversary of the <\/b>Battle of the Bulge,<\/b><\/u><\/a> Speaker Emerita Nancy Pelosi sustained an injury during an official engagement and was admitted to the hospital for evaluation,” Ian Krager, her spokesperson, said in a statement Friday.\u00a0 <\/b><\/p>\n

While I despise San Fran Pelosi, a broken hip is not a joke. People her age don\u2019t do well, and her bones aren\u2019t in the best of shape. (I understand that heavy drinking weakens the bones) What I can say is that San Fran Nan won\u2019t be doing a lot of congressional work in the foreseeable future. She just won her 100th<\/sup> election to the House of Representatives. It\u2019s going to take months for that injury to heal and then there is going to be a lot of physical therapy.<\/p>\n

My late father, who was in the Battle of the Bulge, fell and broke his hip. He never really recovered and passed away a few months later. He was about the same age as San Fran Nan is now when it happened to him.<\/p>\n

I suspect that Pelosi may be encouraged to resign her seat and let Kalifornistan hold a new election. It\u2019s highly unlikely that she will be returning to the floor of the house any time soon. (Not that anyone is really going to miss her) One thing is certain, she\u2019s managed to avoid being hauled up in front of a congressional committee regarding her creation of the star chamber K6 committee. They won\u2019t bother trying to question her now.<\/p>\n
