Good day all. We\u2019re in the final stages of the Democrats Lawfare campaign against President Trump. The complete collapse of the federal charges has already occurred, and President Trump\u2019s team is working to put an end to that bogus New York case. This leaves the attempt by Fulton County DA, Fat ass Fani Willis<\/p>\n


\n<\/p>\n

Willis brought a RICO case against President Trump that is laughable. Willis forced President Trump to have a mug shot taken, obviously thinking it would humiliate him. Like so much else Democrats have tried against President Trump, it failed miserably and is now being used as a meme against the Democrats.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

During the court case against one of President Trump\u2019s co-defendants, information was discovered that Willis was using tax funds to pay for her boy toy to service her. She even hired him as a special prosecutor for stupid amounts of money. That blew up in her face and part of the fallout was the defendants demanding that the whole case be taken from her office. The case has been winding through the Georgia court system and the appeals court has issued a ruling. Here are the details from Fox News<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n

A Georgia court of appeals disqualified Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis and her team from prosecuting President-elect Donald Trump in his election interference case on Thursday. <\/b><\/p>\n

The court did not toss Trump’s indictment entirely, but Willis and the assistant DAs working in her office now have “no authority to proceed.” <\/b><\/p>\n

I didn\u2019t follow this case as closely as others have, but was aware of the fact that there was a request or demand to have the entire case either thrown out or taken away from the Fulton County District Attorney\u2019s office. This is what just happened.<\/p>\n

“After carefully considering the trial court\u2019s findings in its order, we conclude that it erred by failing to disqualify DA Willis and her office,” the filing states. “The remedy crafted by the trial court to prevent an ongoing appearance of impropriety did nothing to address the appearance of impropriety that existed at times when DA Willis was exercising her broad pretrial discretion about who to prosecute and what charges to bring.” <\/b><\/p>\n

The court said while it recognizes that “an appearance of impropriety generally is not enough to support disqualification, this is the rare case in which disqualification is mandated and no other remedy will suffice to restore public confidence in the integrity of these proceedings.”\u00a0 <\/b><\/p>\n

“Accordingly, we reverse the trial court\u2019s denial of the appellants\u2019 motion to disqualify DA Willis and her office,” the filing states. “As we conclude that the elected district attorney is wholly disqualified from this case, \u2018the assistant district attorneys \u2014 whose only power to prosecute a case is derived from the constitutional authority of the district attorney who appointed them \u2014 have no authority to proceed,'” the filing states.\u00a0 <\/b><\/p>\n

This probably means that sometime in the next few months, the entire case is going to be dropped. Fat Ass Fani brought the case solely for political reasons and there are reports that the Garland DoJ was instrumental in assisting Willis. Most of the other District Attorneys in Georgia are not corrupt Progressive Liberal Democrat Soros DA\u2019s and they will review the case and probably drop it as quickly as they can.<\/p>\n

When that happens, the next thing that should happen is a full investigation of the Fulton County District Attorney\u2019s office and Fat Ass Fani Willis. There have been reports of misconduct, misuse of funds and civil rights violations. I\u2019m not to sure if this will rise to a federal investigation, but if it\u2019s warranted, I suspect that the new Attorney General, Pam Bondi will proceed in an above board and transparent manner. Something the current AG has never done. We shall see what happens.<\/p>\n
