Good day all. Last month I wrote a post regarding the Chairman<\/a> of the January 6 committee looking for a pardon. Since then, the most incompetent, corrupt and senile president in American history, Joe Biden, has issued hundreds of pardons and clemencies to some of the worst criminals currently rotting in federal prison. This includes almost 50 death row convicts.<\/p>\n

\n<\/p>\n

Now it looks like that all of the members of that Kangaroo Committee are very quietly begging Dementia Joe, or his handlers to issue them presumptive pardons. Here are those details from Newsmax<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n

The now-long-defunct Jan. 6 House select committee’s members are reportedly privately talking potential pardons with President Joe Biden in the final hours of his administration, hoping to protect themselves from legal accountability from the incoming administration under President-elect Donald Trump. <\/b><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Former Chair Bennie Thompson, D-Miss., is among the leading House members fearing accountability from Trump, who has been talking about criminal destruction of evidence, including that which would exonerate Trump against former special counsel Jack Smith’s ceased cases, Punchbowl News<\/a> reported Tuesday morning. <\/b><\/p>\n

“I believe Donald Trump when he says he’s going to inflict retribution on this,” Thompson said on Monday night. “I believe when he says my name and Liz Cheney and the others. I believe him.” <\/b><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

I\u2019m sure that the recently released oversight report by the Representative Loudermilk\u2019s committee flat out accusing Cheney of destroying evidence and suborning perjury isn\u2019t helping Thompson\u2019s state of mind. Frankly, it sounds like he has a very guilty conscience.<\/p>\n

Biden has wide pardon power before he officially leaves office Monday, and Thompson is talking with White House legal counsel about preemptive pardons to shield him from criminal charges, like Trump has alleged with the destruction of evidence and the House Oversight report<\/a> has alleged with witness tampering on behalf of former Wyoming Republican Rep. Liz Cheney. <\/b><\/p>\n

I wonder if this chowder head understands that if Dementia Joe does issue pardons who it will look to both Congress and the country? While the committee members do have some immunity under the Speech or Debate Clause, it doesn\u2019t cover actual criminal activity. Destruction of evidence and suborning perjury aren\u2019t protected, and that is something Cheney is definitely can be charged with. (And should be)<\/p>\n

Cheney was alleged by Rep. Barry Loudermilk, R-Ga., in the House Oversight report to warrant a criminal investigation for witness tampering with former Trump White House aide Cassidy Hutchinson. <\/b><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

For those who may not recall, Cassidy Hutchinson testified that on January 6th<\/sup>, as President Trump was leaving the area where he had just held his rally, (And asked people to peacefully and lawfully protest the election), announced that he wanted to go to Capitol Hill and the Secret Service refused to take him, citing security problems. Hutchinson claimed that President Trump was outraged and tried to grab the wheel of the Presidential Limo.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

This was shown to be a flat out lie when the Secret Service agents who were actually there said that not only that President Trump didn\u2019t try and commandeer the limo, he physically wasn\u2019t able to even if he wanted to. There was no way he could have reached the steering wheel. Hutchinson should have been charged with lying under oath to Congress. Obviously, she doesn\u2019t think this is the case.<\/p>\n

“The report is a politically motivated attempt to rewrite history using fabricated allegations regarding Ms. Hutchinson and the circumstances that led her to courageously tell the truth to the Select Committee,” Hutchinson’s lawyer wrote in a letter<\/a> to Loudermilk. <\/b><\/p>\n

I wonder if Hutchinson\u2019s lawyer is also sucking around for a Biden Pardon for his client? Despite the above quote, the Loudermilk oversight committee found a lot of very interesting things, the kind of things that get people locked up.<\/p>\n

Biden said Friday he was still considering whether to give pardons to people who sought to convict Trump for contesting the 2020 presidential election. <\/b><\/p>\n

I\u2019m sure his people are just waiting for the checks to clear, then they will pull Biden away from the reruns of Murder She Wrote and then tell him to sign all these papers with the promise of another bowl of ice cream when he\u2019s done.<\/p>\n

Biden has less than a week left in his pardon power, but issuing preemptive pardons \u2014 for actual or imagined offenses by Trump’s critics that could be investigated or prosecuted by the incoming administration \u2014 would stretch the powers of the presidency in untested ways. <\/b><\/p>\n

Biden, among all his other issues, doesn\u2019t give a rats ass about the Constitution, the Rule of Law or the separation of powers. All he\u2019s ever cared about is himself, money and power. Handing out a few hundred presumptive pardons, something that, to my knowledge, has never been done before, would be part and parcel for that corrupt POS. Of course, he would probably forget he issued the pardons 5 minutes later and ask for more ice cream.<\/p>\n

Former Illinois Republican Rep. Adam Kinzinger rejected the prospect of a pardon from Biden earlier this week in an appearance on CNN.<\/b><\/p>\n

“I understand the theory behind it because Donald Trump has clearly said he’s going to go after everybody,” Kinzinger said. “But the second you take a pardon and it looks like you’re guilty of something \u2014 I’m guilty of nothing besides bringing the truth to the American people and, in the process, embarrassing Donald Trump.” <\/b><\/p>\n

Kinzinger wouldn\u2019t know the truth if it clubbed him in the back of the head. He \u201cRetired\u201d in 2022 from office due to ill health. The voters were sick of him. Besides being a slimy Deep State Uniparty weasel, he was also a classic RINO. He routinely ignored his constituents concerns and if he had run again in 2022, he would have lost his primary just as Liz Cheney did, and probably by close to the same margin.<\/p>\n

One of the things that Thompson isn\u2019t considering is what happens if he and all the others are given the presumptive and probably blanket pardons that they are sucking around for. It will almost instantly show people that President Trump and his people were right and that the Biden Maladministration and the Democrat Party were using the DoJ and the FBI to go after their political opponents.<\/p>\n

That will be used by the Republicans to hammer the Democrats. They will also start calling all these people that received the pardons into various oversight committees and start asking them some very pointed questions. Since these people will have pardons for any criminal acts undertaken to \u201cGet Trump,\u201d they will have essentially lost their 5th<\/sup> Amendment rights to remain silent and not incriminate themselves since it will be impossible to use their testimony against them.<\/p>\n

That may lead to others that didn\u2019t get the pardons, (Probably couldn\u2019t afford them), who can and should be prosecuted. Then there are those who are current members of the House and Senate who get the pardons. While they can\u2019t be prosecuted, the could be expelled from Congress since they\u2019re basically proven to be criminals.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Basically, it looks like the members of the J6 committee and any number of others that worked to \u201cGet Trump!\u201d are going to be screwed, blued and tattooed in the coming months. They will either be seen as corrupt tyrants that the founders of the United States were worried about, or they might just be criminally charged for civil rights crimes along with a few other things. (I\u2019ll leave the charges to use to the people who went to law school) For the rest of us?<\/p>\n
