Good day all. I was working on a post regarding the inauguration of the Greatest President of the 21st<\/sup> Century, Donald Trump, when I saw that the Worst President* in American history, Joe Biden, had just issued yet another wave of \u201cPresumptive Pardons.\u201d<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

One of the things that many people were looking at were investigations into Anthony Fauci, General Mark Miley and the members of the January 6 Committee. There have been rumors that the Deep State handlers managing the Senile idiot, Joe Biden, might have him sign pardons for these people. News just came out that he did just that. Here are the details from Fox News<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n

President Biden pardoned Dr. Anthony Fauci, Gen. Mark Milley, and others who some speculated may have faced investigations under the incoming Trump administration on Monday. <\/b>Biden’s pardons<\/a> come just hours before he is set to depart the White House and President-elect Trump takes the oath of office once again. The pardon also applies to a litany of people involved in the January 6 select committee investigation. <\/b><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

There are several reasons why Biden\u2019s handlers had him sign these pardons. We know that with regards to the January 6 committee, they broke document handling and retention laws, tampered with evidence, denied due process, suborned perjury, witness tampering, all meant to \u201cGet Trump!\u201d One person who was definitely in legal jeopardy was Liz Cheney.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Another was retired general Mark Miley. In his case, he was looking at being recalled and face a court martial for mutiny and potentially treason. (As defined by the constitution) His actions at the end of President Trump\u2019s first term alone need to be looked into. He contacted the Chinese Government and told them he would prevent President Trump from doing anything to China.<\/p>\n

Then there is the former head of the NIH, Anthony Fauci. There is no need to go over all the crimes he potentially committed. We are looking at violating the Bioweapons treaties, human rights violations, crimes against humanity and civil rights violations. Now there is no way he can finally be brought to justice.<\/p>\n

In addition to the named individuals, the pardon applies to, “Members of Congress and staff who served on\u00a0the Select Committee, and the\u00a0U.S. Capitol and D.C.\u00a0Metropolitan\u00a0police officers\u00a0who testified before the Select Committee.” <\/b><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

I\u2019m not sure that is allowed under the presidential powers of the pardon. I believe that people need to be named. If this is the case, it might invalidate all the pardons. I\u2019ll have to leave this to people who are schooled in the law and the pardon process.<\/p>\n

Notably, Special Counsel Jack Smith, former FBI Director Christopher Wray and Attorney General Merrick Garland are not included in the pardon, despite speculation that they may face backlash from the incoming administration. <\/b><\/p>\n

And there is the typical vindictiveness of Joe Biden. These three failed in the one job that the Deep State and Joe Biden set out for them. To put President Donald Trump in jail or get him killed.<\/p>\n

Fauci accepted the pardon in a statement shortly after Biden announced the move, claiming he was subject to “politically motivated threats of investigation and prosecution.” <\/b><\/p>\n

I\u2019m not surprised at this. Fauci is a criminal. I can say that because he accepted the Pardon. On the flip side, he has lost his 5th<\/sup> Amendment right to refuse to testify on anything that might incriminate him under the terms of the pardon.<\/p>\n

Milley thanked Biden in a similar statement on Monday. <\/b><\/p>\n

“My family and I are deeply grateful for the President\u2019s action today,” he wrote. “After forty-three years of faithful service in uniform to our Nation, protecting and defending the Constitution, I do not wish to spend whatever remaining time the Lord grants me fighting those who unjustly might seek retribution for perceived slights. <\/b><\/p>\n

I have no idea how this could effect Miley\u2019s retirement or his rank. Could he be recalled to active duty and stripped of his rank and benefits? I honestly do not know. Again, this is something I\u2019ll leave to those who know about these things.<\/p>\n

Condemnation of the move began to pour in almost immediately on Monday. Sen. Eric Schmitt, R-Mo., blasted Biden’s legacy minutes after the order dropped. <\/b><\/p>\n

“The guy who claimed he would \u2018protect norms\u2019 continues to bulldoze them and the Constitution until the bitter end. Biden truly is one of the worst Presidents in American history and will only be remembered as the guy between Trump\u2019s two terms,” Schmitt wrote on X. <\/b><\/p>\n

And now there may be some serious constitutional issues regarding these pardons. There has been an ongoing question on Biden\u2019s mental capacity even before the 2020 election. His known criminal activities can\u2019t be prosecuted, thanks to Robert Hur\u2019s remarks that Biden was not mentally competent to stand trial.<\/p>\n

We also have Speaker of the House Mike Johnson speaking about Biden\u2019s executive order<\/a> \u201cPausing\u201d exports of Natural Gas. He needed to talk to Biden about this and a number of other things and was initially blocked from meeting him. When he was finally able to, All of Biden\u2019s handlers were in the room with them. Biden told them to leave and this is when Johnson found out that Biden had no idea what he had signed.<\/p>\n

If this is all accurate, then we had an actual cabal that was running the country and that Joe Biden was nothing more then a figurehead with a pen. He was simply told to sign whatever they put in front of him. We may no longer be able to deal with Fauci, Cheney, Miley and others, but we can go after those who basically usurped the authority of the office of the President of the United States.
