Good day all. I have written much about the Senior Senator from New York, Charles A. \u201cUpChuck\u201d Schumer. He is about as loathsome a creature as you will find in the Washington D.C. swamp. He is a classic Deep State Fascist, interested only in his personal power and wealth. If anything threatens that, he will do everything he can do destroy that threat.<\/p>\n


\n<\/p>\n

Not long ago, UpChuck demonstrated his unhappiness with a number of Supreme Court rulings by issuing threats against some of the Justices. He isn’t the most recent of the moonbats making these threats, but he is, by far, the most politically powerful. He also should know better since a threat against a SCOTUS justice is rather not legal. Now that little turd is being investigated. Here are the details from Trending Politics<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n

Interim D.C. U.S. Attorney Ed Martin opened a preliminary investigation into Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) over threatening comments he made to Supreme Court justices in 2020. <\/b><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

While speaking on the steps of the U.S. Supreme Court in March of that year, Schumer told Justices Brett Kavanaugh and Neil Gorscuch that they will \u201cpay a price\u201d if they voted to overturn <\/b>Roe V. Wade<\/b><\/em>, which they ultimately did in 2022. <\/b><\/p>\n

\u201cOver the last three years, women\u2019s reproductive rights have come under attack in a way we haven\u2019t seen in modern history. From Louisiana, to Missouri, to Texas, Republican legislatures are waging a war on women, all women, and they\u2019re taking away fundamental rights,\u201d Schumer declared.\u00a0\u201cI want to tell you, Gorsuch, I want to tell you, Kavanaugh, you have released the whirlwind and you will pay the price. You won\u2019t know what hit you, if you go forward with these awful decisions.\u201d <\/b><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Schumer is a moron. He\u2019s not as stupid as Joe Biden before his brain turned to tapioca pudding, but he isn\u2019t all that bright. What he is, is a lying, vicious, backstabbing snake. He has done a great deal of damage to the country, and now that his side has lost, he\u2019s gotten even worse. All this happened just before SCOTUS ruled, correctly, that Roe v Wade was unconstitutional, (Even Ruth Bader-Ginsberg has said it was a bad decision, although she refused to correct things), and returned the whole mess to the States.<\/p>\n

This is when UpChuck decided to shoot off his big mouth. The problem was, he didn\u2019t do it on the floor of the Senate where he would have some protections. He did it outside of the building. Shortly after, either he figured out he\u2019d gone a bit to far or one of his staffers told him he had crossed a line. He then tried to walk it back.<\/p>\n

Schumer quickly walked his comments back while speaking from the Senate floor a few days later, stating that he was not threatening Supreme Court justices. In a non-apology, the top Senate Democrat stated that he \u201cshouldn\u2019t have used the words I did\u201d while claiming that conservatives were attempting to \u201cgenerate outrage\u201d over his comments. <\/b><\/p>\n

He was later hit with an ethics complaint that went nowhere. <\/b><\/p>\n

I\u2019m not surprised about the ethics complaint being shut down. The Democrats controlled the Senate at the time and they have a long history of protecting their own. This is why Dementia Joe Biden was not removed from office under the 25th<\/sup> Amendment. The problem for UpChuck is that the Republicans are back in charge and President Trump is not playing games this time.<\/p>\n

In a January 21 letter that was obtained by the Washington Post, interim D.C. U.S. Attorney Ed Martin confirmed that he is opening a \u201cpreliminary inquiry\u201d into Schumer\u2019s threatening comments. \u201cWe take threats against public officials very seriously. I look forward to your cooperation,\u201d Martin wrote in the letter, which was addressed to Schumer. <\/b><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

I have a sneaking suspicion that when UpChuck received that target letter, he found that he needed a sudden change of underwear. He\u2019s been pulling this garbage for years and now someone is looking to hold him accountable for his big mouth.<\/p>\n

The nation\u2019s top elected Democrat has a history of making ominous, threatening comments towards his political opponents. During the opening stages of the bogus Russian collusion investigation, Schumer stated that President Trump was \u201creally dumb\u201d for \u201ctaking on\u201d U.S. intelligence agencies before suggesting that there would be retribution. <\/b><\/p>\n

\u201cLet me tell you, you take on the intelligence community, they have six ways from Sunday at getting back at you,\u201d Schumer told MSNBC\u2019s Rachel Maddow.\u00a0\u201cSo even for a practical, supposedly hard-nosed businessman, he\u2019s being really dumb to do this.\u201d <\/b><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

While the intelligence community and others in the FBI did try to mount a coup, in the end, it\u2019s backfired badly for the Democrats, Schumer and the Deep State. Now the proverbial chickens are coming home to roost.<\/p>\n

In a separate memorandum issued Friday, acting deputy attorney general Emil Bove ordered the termination of dozens of prosecutors who worked on the politicized investigations into President Donald Trump and his allies. Bove stated that \u201csubversive\u201d prosecutors must be removed before they can hinder Martin\u2019s work in the nation\u2019s capital.\u00a0\u201cI will not tolerate subversive personnel actions by the previous Administration at any U.S. attorney\u2019s office,\u201d Bove wrote. <\/b><\/p>\n

It wasn\u2019t just those prosecutors, a number of senior FBI officials were also shown the door. While this is all being down under acting directors, I expect things are going to be really ramping up once Pam Bondi and Kash Patel are confirmed.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

As for UpChuck Schumer, I don\u2019t know if anything will come of this. I would like to think that Schumer will finally be held to account for everything he\u2019s done over the decades, but I won\u2019t be holding my breath. If they do find something they can use against Schumer, it\u2019s not beyond the realm of possibility that they offer him a choice.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

No, not that, no matter how appropriate. That gutless weasel would never take \u201cThe honorable\u201d way out. No, UpChuck Schumer could be told that he can resign, and if he doesn\u2019t, he will be prosecuted. I wonder if he would take that deal? Losing all his power would be the same as a death sentence to him. Oh well, we shall see how things progress.<\/p>\n
