Now we have a Govno who may actually be the first one to be arrested under 8 U.S. Code \u00a7 1325<\/a>. New Jersey Govno Phil Murphy has announced that he has a \u201cMigrant\u201d in his house. Here are the details from Fox News<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n New Jersey Gov. Phil Murphy appeared to suggest he was housing a migrant at his home, and dared the Trump administration to do something about it. \u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n Murphy made the statement during an interview<\/a> this past weekend with Blue Wave New Jersey, a progressive grassroots organization.\u00a0 <\/b><\/p>\n “Tammy [Murphy] and I were talking about \u2013 I don\u2019t want to get into too much detail, but there is someone in our broader universe whose immigration status is not yet at the point that they are trying to get it to. And we said, you know what? Let’s have her live at our house above our garage,” the Democrat governor said.\u00a0<\/a> <\/b><\/p>\n “And good luck to the feds coming in to try to get her,” Murphy added, seemingly hinting that the person may be an illegal immigrant. Fox News Digital reached out to Murphy’s office for more information, but they did not immediately respond. <\/b><\/p>\n I can see why his spokesman hasn\u2019t responded. He or she may have been caught off guard with Murphy\u2019s comments. If so, I suspect the first thoughts through Murphy\u2019s press office was something long the lines of \u201cWhat the Hell did he just say?\u201d However, they did respond later once they had a chance to cook up some sort of a response that will keep both Murphy\u2019s out of a federal prison.<\/p>\n A source close to the governor later told Fox News Digital, “No one ever actually moved into his home, so not for a month, not for a week, not for an hour, not for a day.” <\/b><\/p>\n The source added: “He was just talking about someone in his broader orbit who was on edge over the broader climate and was concerned. He mentioned, not even to the person, he mentioned to someone else that they could move in if they want, so I think that\u2019s where some of the misunderstanding was.” <\/b><\/p>\n I think what may be happening here is Murphy trying to set up ICE and make them look bad. I tend to believe the spokes idiots when they say there are no illegals living at the Governor\u2019s house. I think what would have happened, if ICE decided to look into this, would be an investigation to find out if there is a foreign national on site, and if that person was a legal resident alien or an illegal. I also would expect the investigators to be very subtle about it.<\/p>\n I can\u2019t see Murphy being so stupid as to actually hiding an illegal on his property. If he is, not only has he just thrown that person under the bus, but he\u2019s also put himself and his wife at risk for a federal indictment and potential conviction under 8 U.S. Code \u00a7 1325<\/a>. If all this happened and the Murphy\u2019s were actually tried and convicted, they would be sentenced to federal prison. I have to think that Murphy is so arrogant that he doesn\u2019t think this would happen.<\/p>\n Murphy’s comments came as U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) had been conducting operations in New Jersey, most notably with a raid in Newark<\/a> in late January.\u00a0 <\/b><\/p>\n “Public trust is essential to public safety. Our office has requested more information from the Trump Administration about the recent immigration enforcement action in Newark so we have a clear understanding of the facts of this case,” a spokesperson for Murphy told PIX11<\/a> following that operation. <\/b><\/p>\n I think Tom Homan, Kristy Noem and Ice\u2019s response to Murphy\u2019s \u201cRequest,\u201d (Try demand) is going to be short and sweet.<\/p>\n ICE did not immediately respond Monday to a request for comment from Fox News Digital.\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n They\u2019re probably trying to determine if Murphy is blowing smoke or if he is really that arrogant and stupid. Personally, I do think Murphy is that arrogant and stupid, but then that\u2019s just me.<\/p>\n Trump border czar Tom Homan told Fox News in December<\/a> that knowingly harboring and concealing an illegal immigrant from ICE is a “violation of the law.”\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n I wonder if the Las Vegas bookies are taking bets on which Democrat is going to be the first one to get perp walked into a federal courthouse? At this time, the list if moonbats in office all stating that they will stop ICE from rounding up criminals is huge. At the rate these losers are escalating, it\u2019s only a matter of time before the first arrest of an elected state official happens.<\/p>\n Oh, one last thing. You may have seen me here and in previous posts referring to Democrat governors as “Govno.” I found out that this is a word in Russian and it fits most of the Liberal Democrat Governors perfectly.
