Good day all. As we sit back and admire the smoking crater that used to be the offices of the United States Agency for International Development, (USAID), the Progressive Liberal Democrats are now heading for their one and only hope to save their taxpayer supported slush funds, federal judges.<\/p>\n


\n<\/p>\n

Right after Elon Musk and the Department of Government Efficiency completed their audit of USAID, President Trump shut it down and fired everyone. (Frankly, most should be criminally charged, but that\u2019s a matter for Pam Bondi and the DoJ) Staffer that were overseas were told to pack up and come back to the United States. Then Elon Musk and his team went into the Treasury Department to start tracing all of the payments processed by the United States Treasury Payment System.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

This set off a blind panic as the Democrats began to figure out that Musk and DOGE were going to find and trace all the money that they have been, for lack of a better term, stealing from the Taxpayers for literally generations. Since they lost control of Congress, they went to their standard backup plan, the federal judges they had put in place to protect the Deep State from the American people.<\/p>\n

Almost immediately, these criminals in black robes started issuing temporary restraining orders to block DOGE and President Trump from tracking down the all the waste and fraud in the system. At a glance, every single one of these orders is flat out unconstitutional. While President Trump\u2019s legal team deals with the TRO\u2019s, (Temporary Restraining Order), Elon Musk and several members of Congress have started calling for the impeachment of these activist judges. Here are the details from Newsmax<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n

Elon Musk called for the impeachment of an Obama-era federal judge who ruled that President Donald Trump’s Department of Government Efficiency can’t\u00a0access personal and financial data stored at the Treasury Department. <\/b><\/p>\n

U.S. District Judge Paul A. Engelmayer’s order issued early Saturday morning restricted\u00a0access<\/a> to Treasury Department payment systems and other data to “all political appointees, special government employees, and government employees detailed from an agency outside the Treasury Department.” <\/b><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

There is a report, which is single source and I have not yet been able to verify that Engelmayer\u2019s wife works for a Non-Government Organization called the The New York Association For New Americans. The report claims that the NGO was \u201cSwimming\u201d in USAID cash. If this is accurate, and as of now I am not able to confirm it, then Engelmayer may not have committed just an impeachable offense, he may have committed a criminal offense.<\/p>\n

Assuming that this is NOT accurate, then we can look at the TRO this judicial tyrant issued. It was done in the dead of night with no ability of the Administration to comment. It is also blatantly unconstitutional. The courts have limited to NO authority over the way the Administrative branch runs the government. This pinhead not only issued an order that blocked President Trump\u2019s representatives, (DOGE), from carrying out his administrative orders, this moron actually blocked the Secretary of the Treasury from accessing the information that is HIS JOB to review.<\/p>\n

Engelmayer’s ruling temporarily prevents DOGE from doing some work at the Treasury at least until a Friday hearing. <\/b><\/p>\n

Honestly, this ruling should have been flat out ignored. When you look who made the \u201cRequest\u201d for the TRO, it\u2019s a who\u2019s who of scum, villains, progressives, liberals and Democrats.<\/p>\n

The case was brought against Trump, the Department of the Treasury and Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent by attorneys general from 19 states on Friday. <\/b><\/p>\n

These State Attorneys General have ZERO standing in this. Needless to say, Elon Musk went off on this corrupt judge.<\/p>\n

“A corrupt judge protecting corruption. He needs to be impeached NOW!”\u00a0Musk posted early Sunday on X<\/a> while sharing a post by radio host Glenn Beck. \u00a0 <\/b><\/p>\n

“This is an activist posing as a judge,”\u00a0Musk wrote on a Saturday post<\/a>. <\/b><\/p>\n

“This ruling is absolutely insane! How on Earth are we supposed to stop fraud and waste of taxpayer money without looking at how money is spent? \u00a0That\u2019s literally impossible! Something super shady is going to protect scammers,”\u00a0Musk also posted Saturday.<\/a> <\/b><\/p>\n

Obama and Biden working with first Dingy Harry Reid and later with UpChuck Schumer put a number of manifestly unqualified people on the federal bench for one reason only. To protect the Democrats and suppress the American people. We\u2019re going to be dealing with these political judges for decades, unless something is done about them. (Within the letter of the law and the Constitution)<\/p>\n

Engelmayer also ruled that\u00a0any such person who has accessed data from the Treasury Department’s records since Trump’s Jan. 20 inauguration must “immediately destroy any and all copies of material downloaded.” <\/b><\/p>\n

And that is a blatantly illegal order and one that might rise to criminal charges. There are laws regarding document retention and disposal. I have a vague memory of reading that in the early days of his first administration, President Trump had the habit, brought in from his actions in the private sector, of reading a memo and then tearing it in half and tossing it. His staff would have to go in and recover the documents. President Trump wasn\u2019t aware that he couldn\u2019t do this. Once informed, he stopped doing it.<\/p>\n

In bringing the case, the attorneys general alleged the administration violated the law by expanding access to sensitive Treasury Department data to staff from Musk’s DOGE. <\/b><\/p>\n

Again, this is not something that the states have any authority over. This is a federal matter. They also didn\u2019t, so far as I can determine, actually name a law being violated.<\/p>\n

The lawsuit from states including New York and California alleged that the Trump administration granted “virtually unfettered access” to Bureau of the Fiscal Service payment systems to “at least one 25-year-old DOGE associate” who had the “authority to view or modify numerous critical files.” <\/b><\/p>\n

That didn\u2019t happen. It was a lie put forward by the corrupt AG\u2019s of New York and Kalifornistan. The way these audits work is that they copy the databases and then run searches on the copies. They do this for several reasons. One, of course, it to prevent any changes to the actual data, either intentionally or by accident. Second, to prevent any possibility of tainting potential evidence in a criminal indictment. Finally, of course, so what? The States have no authority over the Federal Treasury.<\/p>\n

DOGE does not enjoy full status as a government department, which would require approval by Congress. <\/b><\/p>\n

Actually, that isn\u2019t entirely accurate. President Trump basically pulled a Senate. (This refers to the senate taking a bill, leaving the name and replacing everything in it) He took an existing agency, The U.S. Digital Service<\/a>, and ripped out everything inside and renamed it DOGE. This basically solved that \u201cNot a government agency\u201d nonsense.<\/p>\n

Now with regards to impeaching these judges, it looks like the House is looking into it. Here are a few details from Axios<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n

House Republicans are planning to introduce long-shot articles of impeachment against at least two of the federal judges<\/a> who have blocked President Trump’s efforts to upend the federal government. <\/b><\/p>\n

It is a long-shot for a few reasons. First and foremost is that if the House does impeach Judge Engelmayer, and there is certainly enough data to do so, the Senate can\u2019t convict and remove him. Why? The Democrats. They will protect Engelmayer even if he dropped a baby into a wood chipper on national television. The Democrat Party is nothing more then a Continuing Criminal Enterprise.<\/p>\n

Rep. Andrew Clyde (R-Ga.) is working on articles of impeachment against U.S. District Court Judge John J. McConnell Jr.<\/a>, who ordered the administration to lift its federal spending freeze, Clyde’s office confirmed to Axios. <\/b><\/p>\n

Rep. Eli Crane (R-Ariz.) has said<\/a> he plans to introduce articles of impeachment against District Court Judge Paul Engelmayer<\/a>, who blocked DOGE from accessing Treasury records, on similar grounds. <\/b><\/p>\n

These two judges flat out exceeded their authority and are attempting to seize authority they do not have under the constitution. This is exactly what the process of impeachment is for. However, there is another way to remove these judges. Criminal charges. Now this one would be very difficult, but if it could be shown that a judge was in some way benefiting from a decision, and didn\u2019t disclose it, that might work. However, the reality of the situation is that these crooked judges are going to remain.<\/p>\n

The next thing that could happen would be President Trump going the Andrew Jackson route. He could simply ignore the court order. He could say that the orders are unconstitutional and flat out illegal. The Democrats would immediately start screaming about that of course. However, if President Trump lays out his reasoning, referring to the relevant sections of the Constitution, it will blow up in the faces of the Democrats, again.<\/p>\n

In any case, President Trump\u2019s team is appealing these orders and the district court justices are going to be slapped down hard. Currently, I think President Trump is doing both. Appealing and ignoring these unlawful orders.<\/p>\n
