The money apparently came from the Environmental Protection Agency as part of the Biden Maladministration\u2019s Green New Deal slush fund for Democrats. What is even more interesting is that the nonprofit had only just been set up. Here are the details from the Washington Free Beacon<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n DOGE discovered $2 billion in taxpayer funds set aside for a fledgling nonprofit linked to perennial Georgia Democratic candidate Stacey Abrams. <\/b><\/p>\n The Environmental Protection Agency under the Biden administration awarded<\/a> Power Forward Communities the grant in April 2024 as part of the agency’s Greenhouse Gas Reduction Fund program. Power Forward Communities received the green energy grant despite the fact that it was founded months earlier in late 2023 and never managed anywhere near the grant’s dollar figure\u2014it reported just $100 in total revenue during its first three months in operation, according to its latest tax filings<\/a>. <\/b><\/p>\n From what I heard on the podcast, and I do apologize that I don\u2019t recall which one it was or I would link it here, the nonprofit had only just been set up and had opened a checking account with the minimum amount needed. It doesn\u2019t look like they did any fund raising for private donations.<\/p>\n Power Forward Communities’ grant was one of just eight Greenhouse Gas Reduction Fund grants that the EPA doled out in April 2024 and that, altogether, totaled $20 billion. EPA administrator Lee Zeldin announced<\/a> on Feb. 13 that his staff and Department of Government Efficiency officials discovered that the Biden administration parked that same $20 billion at an outside financial institution before leaving office, limiting the federal government’s oversight of the program. <\/b><\/p>\n As I recall, the Trump administration has either recovered those funds or is in the process of doing so. Apparently, there was a lot of interesting discrepancies in how these funds were \u201cDisbursed.\u201d<\/p>\n The revelation that Power Forward Communities is among the beneficiaries of the funds Zeldin’s team located raises ethics questions about how the Biden administration selected recipients of such massive grants and whether it played favorites when doling those grants out. <\/b><\/p>\n Now why would you be concerned about the ethics of the Biden Maladministration? We all know that ethics was a word they had no understanding of.<\/p>\n Abrams was a vocal proponent<\/a> of the Biden administration’s green energy agenda and campaigned<\/a> for former vice president Kamala Harris. <\/b><\/p>\n It sounds like this was a payment for services rendered to me, but then I\u2019m a very conspiracy minded individual.<\/p>\n It also appears to validate concerns expressed for years<\/a> by Republicans that Biden administration allies would prop up organizations that were specifically designed to receive federal funding under programs like the Greenhouse Gas Reduction Fund, which was created to operate as a “green bank” by Democrats’ behemoth Inflation Reduction Act of 2022. <\/b><\/p>\n You mean the Massively Increase Inflation Act of 2022? That disaster was set up as nothing more then a massive raid on the Treasury by the Left for their own personal use. I have a sneaking suspicion that this was what was being done by and for Stacey Abrams. One of the things that Secretary Zeldin did once he and DOGE identified and located the $20 billion dollar slush fund, was to claw it back from the bak that had been holding it. They\u2019re also continuing the process of following the money to see whete and to whom it was going.<\/p>\n “As we continue to learn more about where some of this money went, it is even more apparent how far-reaching and widely accepted this waste and abuse has been,” the EPA administrator continued. “It\u2019s extremely concerning that an organization that reported just $100 in revenue in 2023 was chosen to receive $2 billion. That\u2019s 20 million times the organization\u2019s reported revenue.” <\/b><\/p>\n While Secretary Zeldin is referring to this as waste and abuse, I think a more accurate term would be Fraud and Embezzlement. Now that Kash Patel has been confirmed as the new Director of the FBI, and with Pam Bondi as the AG, it is now time to start attaching Federal agents who specialize in criminal forensic accounting to start looking into all these payments.<\/p>\n Elon Musk and the Department of Government Efficiency is not a criminal investigative group. They\u2019re simply identifying waste and fraud and closing down the payment channels, and clawing back any money they can.<\/p>\n Power Forward Communities and Abrams did not respond to requests for comment. <\/b><\/p>\n I\u2019m not at all surprised. After all, anything they say can and will be used against them in a court of law. Even Progressive Liberal Democrats have the right to remain silent and not incriminate themselves.<\/p>\n According to its website<\/a>, Power Forward Communities is the first nationwide program to finance home energy efficiency upgrades at scale. The group states that its mission is to assist homeowners, developers, and renters with home upgrades replacing gas-powered appliances like a traditional stovetop with electric appliances like an induction stovetop. <\/b><\/p>\n I find that very interesting, considering that the EPA has, or was, moving to outlaw all natural gas appliances. This is looking more and more like some sort of money laundering scheme to me. If it was real, then why weren\u2019t they reaching out to all those nice rich liberals who scream about climate change while flying around in their private jets?<\/p>\n In its only press release<\/a> to date, Power Forward Communities said that, in addition to induction stoves, it would use the $2 billion received from the EPA to help install heat pumps, heat pump water heaters, solar panels, home battery systems, EV chargers, and weatherization upgrades. <\/b><\/p>\n “For an organization that has no experience in this, that was literally just established, and had $100 in the bank to receive a $2 billion grant\u2014it doesn’t just fly in the face of common sense, it’s out and out fraud,” Daniel Turner, the executive director of energy advocacy group Power the Future, alleged in an interview with the <\/b>Free Beacon<\/b><\/em>. <\/b><\/p>\n Power Forward Communities lists a large number of partners on its website that it works with to implement its mission. Among its partners are the Southern Economic Advancement Project<\/a> and Fair Count<\/a>, two left-wing nonprofits founded by Abrams in the wake of her 2018 Georgia gubernatorial election defeat. <\/b><\/p>\n The Southern Economic Advancement Project, which seeks to boost racial equity and “economic power” in the South, is a fiscally sponsored project of the Tides Center, a group known for giving millions of dollars to left-wing environmental and social activist organizations, according to Influence Watch<\/a>. <\/b><\/p>\n Power Forward Communities’ list of partners also includes the American Federation of Teachers and the AFL-CIO, two powerful Democratic-aligned labor unions. <\/b><\/p>\n Yep, money laundering. This looks like they intended to be another clearing house for funding of Communist groups bent on the complete destruction of the United States as a free and sovereign nation, and they were going to use the taxpayer\u2019s own money to enslave them to the Progressive Liberal Democrat Elite. What a shame that President Trump was reelected and brought in Elon Musk to start auditing the Government.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Shortly before leaving office, Biden’s EPA parked the $20 billion located by Zeldin’s team and DOGE officials in an account at Citibank. While the eight recipients of the funding\u2014which, in addition to Power Forward Communities, includes groups like Climate United Fund, the Coalition for Green Capital, Inclusiv, and Justice Climate Fund\u2014have only tapped into a small slice of the funding so far, the arrangement restricts the Trump administration’s ability to claw the funds back, though Zeldin has made retrieving the funds a priority<\/a>. <\/b><\/p>\n Again, I\u2019m thinking that it\u2019s time to bring in the DoJ and the New FBI and start investigating how this money was appropriated and who arranged it to be deposited in Citibank. While Biden signed a number of \u201cPresumptive Pardons,\u201d not everyone in his administration got one.<\/p>\n As for those who did, and who have knowledge of that $20 billion? Put them in front of a Federal Grand Jury and a congressional oversight committee. They won\u2019t be able to claim the 5th<\/sup> Amendment against self incrimination since they would have been pardoned for all crimes going back to whenever. Make them testify and if they refuse or lie, crucify<\/i><\/span> prosecute them to the max. I would start with Stacey Abrams. Make her claim the 5th<\/sup> Amendment.
