Good day all. If you think you hate the Progressive Liberal Democrats, you don\u2019t hate them enough. Recently, a bill is starting to wind it\u2019s way through the Kalifornistan legislature that if passed and signed into law, will basically make defending yourself against criminals illegal.<\/p>\n

Most of the country allows people to use lethal force to protect themselves and others under certain circumstances. A number, including New Hampshire have what are known as \u201cStand your ground\u201d laws. These laws basically say that if you are someplace where you have the legal right to be, you do not have to withdraw if threatened. Finally there is what is known as the \u201cCastle\u201d laws. These laws allow you to defend your home from criminals illegally entering them.<\/p>\n
This wasn\u2019t always the case. There used to be laws in many states that required people to flee there homes or otherwise run away if they are threatened by criminals or if their home was invaded. Most of the states with these old \u201cDuty to retreat\u201d laws repealed them as the crime rates increased and people started demanding that they be allowed to protect themselves.<\/p>\n As states, primarily those managed by the Republicans, began removing all these archaic, and in many instances, flat out unconstitutional laws and letting people, when required, to use lethal force, a funny thing happened. The crime rates in those states plummeted. However, states mismanaged by the Progressive Liberal Democrats have been slow to restore the rights of self defense to the citizens and generally have done so only after being raked over the coals by the courts.<\/p>\n Then we have the People\u2019s Democratic Republic of Kalifornistan. Thanks to the levels of stupidity, incompetence and corruption by the Progressive Liberal Democrat Ruling Elites, the crime rates are skyrocketing. Because of this, people have been forced to use lethal force to defend themselves, their families, their neighbors and on rare occasions, police officers.<\/p>\n Since the natural constituency of the Democrats is not the actual taxpaying citizens, but the criminals who want to rob, rape and murder them, they have decided that people daring to blow away a criminal to protect themselves must be jailed. There is now a bill to force people being threatened by criminals to retreat. Here are the details from the Populist Times<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n A California Democrat has introduced a law that would criminalize self-defense during a home invasion by armed criminals. California has more than enough antigun laws that make it almost impossible for law-abiding citizens to defend themselves while doing nothing to stop criminals who do not respect a piece of paper. <\/b><\/p>\n California Assemblyman Rich Chavez Zbur introduced Assembly Bill 1333 to limit a homeowner\u2019s ability to use force during a home invasion, putting them at a disadvantage in the hands of criminals. <\/b><\/p>\n I looked up this clown and found an entry on Wikipedia<\/a>. Granted it is Wikipedia, however it does give a basic overview on this person. It\u2019s about what you would expect.<\/p>\n \u201cThis bill would eliminate certain circumstances under which homicide is justifiable, including, among others, in defense of a habitation or property. The bill would additionally clarify circumstances in which homicide is not justifiable, including, among others, when a person uses more force than necessary to defend against a danger,\u201d reads<\/a> the bill. <\/b><\/p>\n Basically, it declares open season on decent people. Washington Gun Law, which is a channel run by a Washington State lawyer dealing primarily with 2nd<\/sup> Amendment cases, posted a video on this stupidity.
