Good day all. I saw this story initially on PJ Media<\/a>. I considered writing a post on it, but since it was a single source I held off. However, Fox News has also published a version of the story. What is the story? That Joe Biden wasn\u2019t the one actually signing all the bills, executive orders and pardons.<\/p>\n


\n<\/p>\n

This all came about due to the existence and use of something called an \u201cAutopen.\u201d This is something used when the President has a large number of documents to sign. The Autopen has been around in one form or another for over 200 years. Wikipedia has an article<\/a> on it that device that provides some basic information. Now there is some question on whether or not Biden used an autopen or if it was used without his knowledge or authorization. Here are the details from Fox News<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n

The majority of official documents signed by President Joe Biden<\/a> allegedly used the same autopen signature, reinvigorating concerns over the former president\u2019s mental acuity and if he “actually ordered the signature of relevant legal documents,” a report published by an arm of the Heritage Foundation found.\u00a0 <\/b><\/p>\n

“WHOEVER CONTROLLED THE AUTOPEN CONTROLLED THE PRESIDENCY,” the Oversight Project, which is an initiative within the conservative Heritage Foundation that investigates the government to bolster transparency, posted to X on Thursday.\u00a0 <\/b><\/p>\n

“We gathered every document we could find with Biden’s signature over the course of his presidency. All used the same autopen signature except for the announcement that the former President was dropping out of the race last year.\u00a0Here is the autopen signature,” the group claimed on X, accompanied by photo examples.\u00a0 <\/b><\/p>\n

From my reading on Wikipedia, (Yes, I know, but for a technical issue, it isn\u2019t to off the wall), the autopens used today take a signature that is programmed into it and is then used to sign a document. This could be an issue for things like signing a bill into law. Theoretically, it is the President who initiates the use of the autopen. The question being raised now, how can you prove that Joe Biden actually authorized it\u2019s use?<\/p>\n

The Oversight Project posted three examples showing Biden\u2019s signature, including two executive orders and the president\u2019s announcement he was bowing out of the 2024 presidential race. The signature on the two executive orders, one of which was signed in 2022 and the other in 2024, showed the same signature that included what appeared to be a line, followed by “R. Biden Jr.” <\/b><\/p>\n

Biden\u2019s signature on the document announcing his departure from the 2024 race varied from the other two posted by the Oversight Project, showing a signature that wasn\u2019t as clear as the one on the executive orders.\u00a0 <\/b><\/p>\n

Ok, I can see how that might seem to say \u201cOMG! FRAUD!!!\u201d Normally a person\u2019s signature varies, especially if you are signing a lot of documents. Your hand gets tired and you might be rushing things. This is how Law Enforcement determines if a signature is genuine or not. If it is identical across several documents, then it\u2019s likely that someone carefully copied a signature.<\/p>\n

As to whether or not Biden made a habit of using an autopen for his day to day work, I can\u2019t say. (He shouldn\u2019t have for just this reason. Who knows who was using it?) With his signature on the letter announcing his withdrawal from the election, I can see someone putting a piece of paper in front of him, handing him a pen and saying \u201cNow sign this here Joe, then you can have more ice cream and watch the latest episode of Murder She Wrote.\u201d<\/p>\n

Fox News Digital, at random, examined more than 20 Biden-era executive orders documented on the Federal Register\u2019s office between 2021 and 2024 and found each had the same signature.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Fox News Digital also examined the signatures on President Donald Trump\u2019s<\/a> executive orders, which are often signed in public or in front of the media, during his first administration and second administration and found the signatures were also the same.\u00a0 <\/b><\/p>\n

In President Trump\u2019s case, his signatures were witnessed. Also, President Trump is used to signing legal documents and may have perfected his signature style. I would wager that a handwriting expert would be able to tell that they weren\u2019t identical. (There is a difference between being the same and being identical. It\u2019s a small difference, but it\u2019s there)<\/p>\n

Biden and his administration, however, came under fierce concern and scrutiny over his mental acuity last year.\u00a0 <\/b><\/p>\n

Special counsel Robert Hur, who was investigating Biden\u2019s alleged mishandling of classified documents as vice president, announced he would not recommend criminal charges against Biden for possessing classified materials after his vice presidency, calling Biden “a sympathetic, well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory.” <\/b><\/p>\n

The truth finally came out when Biden debated President Trump. People finally saw what many already knew. Biden was unfit to hold office and probably had been for most of his maladministration. People are already blasting the Legacy Media, aka the main Stream Media, aka The Democrat Propaganda Corps, for covering up just how bad Biden was.<\/p>\n

Some have suggested that a criminal investigation of Biden\u2019s staff needs to be conducted. With this business concerning Biden\u2019s signature and the Autopen, along with Biden claiming no knowledge of some of the executive orders that went out under his name? Well, right now, this might be nothing more then a conspiracy theory.<\/p>\n

Republican Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey sent a letter to the Department of Justice on Wednesday of last week demanding an investigation be opened into whether Biden\u2019s “cognitive decline allowed unelected staff to push through radical policy without his knowing approval.” <\/b><\/p>\n

“There are profound reasons to suspect that Biden’s staff and political allies exploited his mental decline to issue purported presidential orders without his knowing approval,” the letter read.\u00a0 <\/b><\/p>\n

“Speaker Johnson, for example, reported that staff and elected officials \u2013 including former Vice President Kamala Harris and former Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer \u2013 tried to prevent Johnson from meeting with Biden,” it continued.\u00a0 <\/b><\/p>\n

When Johnson was finally able to meet with Biden, he was, if I recall correctly, shocked at how bad he was. By this time, it was clear that Biden should have stepped down, or if he refused, been removed from officer under the 25th<\/sup> Amendment. That this wasn\u2019t done, activating the 25th<\/sup> Amendment, is something that is going to be looked at for decades to come regardless of any potential criminal investigations.<\/p>\n

“Though presidents always have gatekeepers, in Biden’s case, the walls around him were higher and the controls greater, according to Democratic lawmakers, donors and aides who worked for Biden and other administrations. Staff limited Biden’s ability to speak with others and limited the sources of information he consumed.” <\/b><\/p>\n

This is exactly the opposite of what needs to be done. A president requires information in order to make policy and administer the United States government. If Biden was basically put into a closet, who was actually running things? For instances, when Speaker Johnson finally met with Biden he asked him about an executive order stopping new natural gas exports. Biden had no idea what Johnson was talking about.<\/p>\n

“I didn\u2019t do that,” the president said, Johnson recounted during an interview with the Free Press\u2019 Bari Weiss in January.\u00a0 <\/b><\/p>\n

“Sir, you paused it, I know. I have the export terminals in my state. I talked to those people in my state, I\u2019ve talked to those people this morning, this is doing massive damage to our economy, national security,” Johnson said he told the president at the time.\u00a0 <\/b><\/p>\n

“I walked out of that meeting with fear and loathing because I thought, \u2018We are in serious trouble \u2013 who is running the country?\u2019” Johnson said of the 2024 meeting. <\/b><\/p>\n

“Like, I don\u2019t know who put the paper in front of him, but he didn\u2019t know,” he added.\u00a0 <\/b><\/p>\n

Oh I think it may be even worse then that. His handlers might not even have bothered putting a document in front of him. He might have read it and had an attack of rationality and refused to sign it. This is where the question of who had actual control of the autopen comes from.<\/p>\n

The Oversight Project continued in its findings that investigators should determine “who controlled the autopen” during the Biden administration.\u00a0 <\/b><\/p>\n

“For investigators to determine whether then-President Biden actually ordered the signature of relevant legal documents, or if he even had the mental capacity to, they must first determine who controlled the autopen and what checks there were in place. Given President Biden’s decision to revoke Executive Privilege for individuals advising Trump during his first Presidency<\/a>, this is a knowable fact that can be determined with the correct legal process?” the Oversight Project posted to X.\u00a0 <\/b><\/p>\n

I honestly don\u2019t know how this will go. Will Pam Bondi actually open an investigation? I know that Kash Patel would be happy to dig into all this. What if Biden didn\u2019t actually authorize all those presumptive pardons? What if it was some staffer, Jill Biden or even Hunter \u201cHoovernose\u201d Biden who signed them all? Consider what that would mean.<\/p>\n
