Good day all. This is going to be a long one, so sit down and get comfortable. Saturday, March 15th<\/sup>, President Trump invoked a very old law, literally going back to the foundation of this nation, to start deporting illegal alien criminals. The first target of this was the violent gang known as Tren de Aragua (TdA).<\/p>\n

I\u2019ve written about this pack of scum previously<\/a>. They are an exceptionally violent Venezuelan street and prison gang that took over several apartment complexes in Colorado. Not only did the Democrats in Colorado not do anything about it, they denied it happened even when presented with video proof. When President Trump took office, he unleashed Tom Homan. He has been busy rounding up these criminals and preparing to ship them out.<\/p>\n

However, as usual, the Obama and Biden judges decided to issue orders that they flat out can\u2019t to protect the new Democrat constituency. President Trump decided enough was enough and activated the Alien Enemies Act<\/a>. This allows the immediate deportation of illegal aliens and has been used by presidents for centuries. The most recent use was in World War II when Roosevelt interned Japanese and Japanese Americans after Pearl Harbor. Now a judge has issued an order stopping this and that any planes already in the air be turned around. Here are these details from the New York Post<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n

A federal judge temporarily blocked President Trump on Saturday from invoking the 18th century Alien Enemies Act<\/a> to swiftly deport alleged Venezuelan gang members without a hearing \u2013 ordering any flights carrying the supposed criminals to turn around. <\/b><\/p>\n

US District judge James Boasberg quickly ordered the Trump administration to halt all removals after the commander in chief signed off on a presidential action invoking the 1798 law \u2013 aimed at targeting Venezuelan prison gang Tren de Aragua, The Washington Post reported. <\/b><\/p>\n

That is yet another illegal order by a corrupt, tyrannical Leftard Obama judge.<\/p>\n

The chief judge in the District of Columbia said he heard that \u201cflights are actively departing\u201d and\u00a0directed\u00a0US officials to have planes in the air carrying migrants returned to the United States, the outlet reported. <\/b><\/p>\n

\u201cAny plane containing these folks that is going to take off or is in the air needs to be returned to the United States however that is accomplished,\u201d Boasberg reportedly wrote. <\/b><\/p>\n

\u201cMake sure it\u2019s complied with immediately.\u201d <\/b><\/p>\n

Apparently, the answer to this judge was \u201cNO!\u201d According to a Fox News story, the planes have already landed<\/b><\/a>.<\/p>\n

The president of El Salvador announced his country has accepted hundreds of Venezuelan gang members who were illegally living in the United States, as a U.S. judge moved to block deportations of illegal immigrants<\/a> under a wartime law invoked by President Donald Trump.\u00a0 <\/b><\/p>\n

“Today, the first 238 members of the Venezuelan criminal organization, Tren de Aragua, arrived in our country. They were immediately transferred to CECOT, the Terrorism Confinement Center, for a period of one year (renewable),” El Salvador President Nayib Bukele posted to X on Sunday morning, accompanied by video footage of planes on a tarmac.\u00a0 <\/b><\/p>\n

“On this occasion, the U.S. has also sent us 23 MS-13 members wanted by Salvadoran justice, including two ringleaders. One of them is a member of the criminal organization\u2019s highest structure,” he added.\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n

If I recall correctly, there was an agreement made between the Trump administration and El Salvador to handle the criminal illegal aliens until they could be shipped back to, in this case, Venezuela. The 23 MS-13 criminals were already wanted by El Salvador and we happily delivered them to Salvadoran justice. As for this corrupt, power mad black robed tyrant? As much as I like what Elon Musk is doing with DOGE, in this case, he has all the authority to call for an Impeachment of a commie judge that I do. None to speak of. We can contact our representatives of course. (In my case, that would be a waste of time. They\u2019re all Commies<\/i><\/span> Democrats) IN Musk\u2019s case, he can speak to them directly as well as President Trump. (And he should)<\/p>\n

Shortly after the judge\u2019s temporary order was issued, Rep. Brandon Gill (R-Texas) announced plans to file articles of impeachment against the judge, drawing praise from Musk. <\/b><\/p>\n

\u201cNecessary,\u201d Musk wrote on X<\/a> after Gill revealed his plans to introduce articles of impeachment against the judge. <\/b><\/p>\n

Yes, it most assuredly is. The last I heard, there were plans to impeach a number of Obama and Biden judges who have not just crossed the line, but climbed into a Lamborghini and floored it. The actions of these judges blatantly violate the separation of powers and violate Article II of the Constitution.<\/p>\n

Gill, 31 is a freshman congressman who recently championed a petition to deport Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-Minn.) \u2014 despite her being an American citizen \u2014 and introduced legislation<\/a> to put Trump\u2019s face on the $100 bill. <\/b><\/p>\n

In Omar\u2019s case, there appears to be credible information that she lied on her immigration forms and committed immigration fraud. If this is the case, then she could have her citizenship stripped and be shipped back to Somalia. Granted, that would be a major case and would take years…so let\u2019s get started!<\/p>\n

Boasberg\u2019s temporary pause on Trump\u2019s use of the Alien Enemies Act came after an emergency hearing Saturday over a lawsuit filed by the American Civil Liberties Union and Democracy Forward, which sued over the deportation of five Venezuelans. <\/b><\/p>\n

The American Civil Liberties Union is Anti-American, couldn\u2019t not care less about American\u2019s civil liberties and is actually anti-union. They want the Union of American States, aka The United States of America, dissolved and has always been that way.<\/p>\n

\u201cI do not believe I can wait any longer and am required to act,\u201d Boasber said Saturday.<\/b><\/p>\n

The Trump administration has already appealed Boasberg\u2019s order to the DC Circuit Court of Appeals.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Frankly, in my opinion, for what little it\u2019s worth, the time for impeaching these corrupt judges is past. It won\u2019t work in any case. While they could get this and the other corrupt Leftard judges impeached, there is no way to get them convicted in the Senate. The Democrats will not permit it.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

However, you don\u2019t always need to go through the impeachment and conviction process. The Congress could just dissolve the entire district court and forcibly retire the judges, basically stripping them of any authority. Finally, and I think this is what will eventually need to happen, sending in the United States Marshals and arresting these judges.<\/p>\n

The charges? Right off the top of my head, I think Seditious Conspiracy<\/a> might be a good place to start. In a couple of cases, you might even be able to charge a couple of these judges with treason as defined by the Constitution. (That would would be very hard to prove since it\u2019s designed that way) There may be other charges that I haven\u2019t thought of. (Not a lawyer after all)<\/p>\n

Dragging a few of these judges out of the courtroom in handcuffs and then treating them the same way some of them or their compatriots treated the J6 protesters would go a long way to reminding the other Obama and Biden judges that there are lines they can not cross. Thanks to these treasonous bastards, (Or bitches as the case may be), we are looking at a full blown constitutional crises. That may be the case, but the time has come to start reigning in these out of control judges like Judge James Boasberg.<\/p>\n
