Good day all. For the last few weeks, the usual suspects on the Federal Bench, Obama and Biden judges, have decided that they are the ones running the United States and not President Trump. One of these judges decided that President Trump deporting the criminal gang Tren de Aragua was wrong and ordered the Administration to stop any deportations. He also ordered planes already in the air to turn around.<\/p>\n

The planes didn\u2019t and the criminals and terrorists are now in a nice El Salvadoran prison set up for just these type of scum. However, the Judge, one James Boasberg continues his assault on the Constitutional separation of powers. Now a member of Congress has started the process of impeaching this judge from he bench. Here are the details from Fox News<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n

A House GOP lawmaker has filed impeachment articles against the federal judge who ordered the Trump administration to stop deportation flights being conducted under the Alien Enemies Act. <\/b><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

“For the past several weeks, we’ve seen several rogue activist judges try to impede the president from exercising, not only the mandate voters gave him, but his democratic and constitutional authority to keep the American people safe,” Rep. Brandon Gill, R-Texas, told Fox News Digital. “This is another example of a rogue judge overstepping his\u2026authority.” <\/b><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Every single one of the judges issuing these blatantly unconstitutional orders is either an Obama judge or a Biden judge. They are also issuing orders that are nationwide even though they are only district judges. They are literally causing a Constitutional Crises and they don\u2019t care.<\/p>\n

Gill’s resolution, first obtained by Fox News Digital, accused U.S. District Court Judge James Boasberg of abusing his power in levying an emergency pause on the Trump administration’s plans to deport illegal immigrants under a wartime authority first issued in 1798, which President Donald Trump<\/a> recently invoked to get members of the criminal Venezuelan gang Tren de Aragua out of the U.S. <\/b><\/p>\n

“Chief Judge Boasberg required President Trump to turn around planes midair that had aliens associated with Tren De Aragua, a designated Foreign Terrorist Organization,” the resolution said. “This\u00a0conduct\u00a0jeopardizes the safety of the nation, represents an abuse of judicial power,\u00a0and is detrimental to the orderly\u00a0functioning\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0judiciary.\u00a0Using the powers of his office, Chief\u00a0Judge\u00a0Boasberg has attempted to seize power from the\u00a0Executive Branch and interfere with the will of the American people.” <\/b><\/p>\n

I\u2019m now wondering if that attempt could lead to criminal charges of Boasberg and the other Obama and Biden judges? I\u2019m thinking of 18 U.S. Code \u00a7 2383 – Rebellion or insurrection<\/a>. It does appear that these judges are crossing a line legally. In any case, you can add that to the charges for the impeachment.<\/p>\n

In a brief interview with Fox News Digital shortly before filing his resolution, Gill suggested he wanted the matter to go through the House in traditional form \u2013 which would first put the resolution in front of the House Judiciary Committee, where Gill is a member. <\/b><\/p>\n

“I’ll be talking to [Chairman Jim Jordan, R-Ohio] about it,” Gill said. “I think the best way to do this\u2026is to go through the judiciary committee, which is where impeachment of judges runs through. I think the more we can stick with that plan, the better.” <\/b><\/p>\n

This differs significantly from how San Fran Nan did things when she was speaker of the house. She simply told the Democrats to impeach President Trump on that second bogus accusation and not bother with all the little details like hearings and whatnot. She wanted to \u201cGet Trump! Before he left office and rendered the whole exercise moot. As usual, she failed.<\/p>\n

Gill accused Boasberg of knowingly “tying the president’s hands so that Trump and his team, instead of executing on the mandate the voters gave him, are litigating every single action that the president is taking.” <\/b><\/p>\n

He said it was “unconstitutional” and a “usurpation of executive authority.” <\/b><\/p>\n

Which it is. There is also a ton of new information that has come out about this fraud in judicial robes. He flat out hates President Trump and was the FISA judge<\/a> who renewed all the actions by the FBI to \u201cGet Trump!\u201d during the bogus Russiagate \u201cInvestigation.\u201d There is also another apparent conflict of interest for this judge.<\/p>\n

Laura Loomer posted on TwitterX<\/a> that Boasberg\u2019s daughter works for 501c3 called \u201cPartners For Justice<\/a>.\u201d This organization is opposed to things like prisons and deporting illegal aliens. Now it is Laura Loomer, so she does tend to go a bit over the top. Still, if Ms. Loomer is accurate, then there is another reason that this judge should have recused himself at the very least.<\/p>\n

Regarding the order to turn the planes around, that too, was blatantly unconstitutional and a usurpation of authority. This order was ignored and the planes landed in El Salvador. This didn\u2019t sit well with that judge.<\/p>\n

Boasberg pushed back in a court hearing later that day, according to The Associated Press, saying at one point to the Trump administration’s lawyer, “I\u2019m just asking how you think my equitable powers do not attach to a plane that has departed the U.S., even if it\u2019s in international airspace.” <\/b><\/p>\n

The arrogance of this tyrannical Communist has to be seen to be believed. Leaving aside the order to turn the planes around, once they left American airspace, his authority, questionable that it is, ended completely. I suspect he thought the planes were heading to Venezuela, not El Salvador and that he had more time to bring these terrorists back into the warm embrace of the Democrat Party.<\/p>\n

They were either on the ground or beyond the point of no return. Still, I wouldn\u2019t have put it past this thug to order the planes refueled and the criminals returned to the United States if he could. (Actually, I’m surprised he didn’t) Of course, the President of El Salvadore, Nayib Bukele, had the perfect response:<\/p>\n

“Fed judge orders deportation flights carrying alleged Venezuelan gangbangers to return to the U.S., blocks Trump from invoking Alien Enemies Act,” the El Salvadoran president tweeted, including a link to a New York Post article. “Oopsie … Too late.” he wrote with a laughing-crying emoji. <\/b><\/p>\n

Now as to the actual impeachment, there is a fair to good chance that it will pass the House. However, no matter what the evidence that is brought to the Senate, the Democrats will, without question do what they always do. Protect their own. This is why I think we\u2019re heading for a full blown Constitutional Crises. There may come a time where President Trump, when faced with yet another illegal order by an out of control judge simply responds, \u201cThat was a very nice ruling you have issued. Good luck enforcing it.\u201d<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

We need a mechanism to deal with judges like this who issue blatant rulings that violate the constitution. I\u2019m not talking about a misjudgment or a really subtle mistake. Judges are human, sort of, and mistakes happen. However, when it\u2019s so obvious what they are doing, and they don\u2019t care, then they need to be removed from the bench. I suspect this will require a constitutional amendment of some sort, and it will need to be very carefully written. Stay tuned.<\/p>\n
