Good day all. Among the things that President Trump has been working on is repairing and rebuilding the military. The damage done to the military by the Biden Maladministration should be considered borderline treason. This was due to all the Woke crap pushed by the Progressives infesting the maladministration.<\/p>\n

One of the things that the Biden Department of Defense did was to allow the enlistment of mentally ill people. These people were mostly men pretending to be women. Up until recently, these people would be discharged as unfit. This was one of the reasons recruitment had all but collapsed. (DEI crap was another reason)<\/p>\n

One of the orders issued by President Trump was to discharge all these \u201cTransgendered\u201d people from the military. This set off the Woke Progressives who promptly ran to a Biden Judge to stop the discharges. Here are the details from Newsmax<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n

A federal judge on Tuesday, March 18th<\/sup>, temporarily blocked the U.S. military from enforcing President Donald Trump’s executive order barring transgender people from military service while a lawsuit by 20 current and would-be service members challenging the measure goes forward. <\/b><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

U.S. District Judge Ana Reyes in Washington found that Trump’s January 27 order, one of a several issued by the Republican president impacting\u00a0legal rights for transgender Americans, likely violated the U.S. Constitution’s prohibition on sex discrimination. <\/b><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

We will get into Ana Reyes in a moment. Her order is flat out unconstitutional and clear violation of the Separation of Powers under the Constitution. Basically, Reyes has decided that she is in command of the United States Military. As for the Pentagon, they are moving to discharge all the nutcases from the military.<\/p>\n

In response to Trump’s order, the military said on Feb.\u00a011 that it would no longer allow transgender individuals to join the military and would stop performing or facilitating procedures associated with gender transition for service members. Later that month, the military said it would begin expelling transgender members. <\/b><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

There were many instances of people in the military doing things that would get the either discharged as psychologically unfit or flat out court martialed for violating good order and discipline. Instead, actual combat soldiers were booted out for refusing to take the experimental covid vaccines or complaining about the Biden bugout debacle.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Trump said in his order that “adoption of a gender identity inconsistent with an individual’s sex conflicts with a soldier’s commitment to an honorable, truthful, and disciplined lifestyle, even in one’s personal life.” <\/b><\/p>\n

I won\u2019t go into all the things in the Uniform Code of Military Justice on things like cheating on your spouse and stuff. I didn\u2019t serve and there are others who did who are far, far more knowledgeable then I will ever be.<\/p>\n

Trump issued a similar order during his first term, during which already-serving transgender members were allowed to remain. <\/b><\/p>\n

Not this time. President Trump learned from that mistake and isn\u2019t making it again. These mentally ill men are out. However, some people who flat out hate this country and everything it\u2019s stands for decided to go to court.<\/p>\n

Plaintiffs in the lawsuit argued that the order was illegal, pointing to a 2020 U.S. Supreme Court ruling that employment discrimination against transgender people is a form of illegal sex discrimination. <\/b><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

That decision has absolutely nothing to do with the United States Military, something this Woke Cow hasn\u2019t forgotten, but never bothered to learn in the first place.<\/p>\n

Lawyers for the government have argued in court that the military is entitled to bar people with certain conditions that make them unsuitable for service, also including bipolar disorder and eating disorders. <\/b><\/p>\n

You can always tell when the Military needs more people. The standards change a bit. However, they have always kept the crazies out and the so called Transgendered are about as nuts as it gets. They used to medically discharge them under Section 8<\/a>. This was even made a running gag on the old TV series MASH<\/b><\/a> where Corporal Maxwell Q. Klinger<\/a> was trying to be discharged as nuts by running around wearing a dress. (It didn\u2019t work for him because everyone knew it was a stunt and he was perfectly sane)<\/p>\n

At a March 12 hearing, they told Reyes that she should defer to the judgment of the current administration that transgender people are not fit for service. <\/b><\/p>\n

And they aren\u2019t. In fact, as recent history has shown, they are exceedingly unstable and prone to violence. Since the Nashville Nutjob shot up a school, they have been a number of other mass shootings, or attempted mass shooting, and all but one was a \u201cTransgender\u201d of some sort. (The one in Maine turned out to be suffering from a Traumatic Brain Injury due to repeated blast induced concussions)<\/p>\n

The judge repeatedly pressed them to justify their stance with evidence, and at times expressed open outrage at the order’s language denigrating the character of transgender people. <\/b><\/p>\n

In other words, this cow already had made up her mind and was just going through the motions while attacking the government lawyers. How typical of many of these Obama\/Biden judges. Apparently, Reyes went out looking for anything that would back up what SHE wanted, the law and the Constitution be damned. Here are some of those details from RedState<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n

Another day, another activist judge. This time it’s Judge Ana Reyes, of the United States District Court for the District of Columbia, who has issued a preliminary injunction barring the Trump administration’s new rules on transgender individuals serving in the armed forces. <\/b>There’s a problem, though; the injunction relies on objectively false information and independent “research” done by Judge Reyes. Civil liberties attorney Laura Powell has details<\/a>. <\/b><\/p>\n

The information by Laura Powell is on TwitterX. RedState quotes from it and I\u2019m quoting from both. She reviewed the 79 accompanying memorandum and promptly tore it to shreds.<\/p>\n

According to Ms. Powell, the judge not only relied on bad information, but she broke the rules. <\/b><\/p>\n

Judge Reyes\u2019s opinion relies in part on her independent research into disorders of sexual development (DSD), which is not part of the record. Judges are not allowed to do this.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Not surprisingly, her information is wrong. For example, she cites the erroneous figure that 1.7% of Americans are intersex.<\/strong><\/p>\n

She also makes assertions about where people with DSDs would be housed, based on no evidence whatsoever. (She asked the DOJ attorney the answer to that question, and he said he did not know.) This case has nothing to do with people with DSDs, many of whom were banned from serving in the military for years after the ban on trans people was lifted, which was never challenged.<\/b><\/p>\n

I would recommend going to TwitterX and reading all the tweets on this subject by Ms. Powell. She basically tears this judge a new one. The United States military is not a jobs program, no matter what the Progressive Liberal Democrats might think. It is an organization that is designed to protect the United States from attack by hostile powers.<\/p>\n

Their job is, at the most basic level, to break things and kill people. Because of this, military personnel do not have all the constitutional rights your average citizen does. (They can\u2019t insult an officer in public for instance and they can literally be told to go do something they will not survive)<\/p>\n

The issue that Reyes is flat out ignoring is Article II of the Constitution of the United States. (She\u2019s not alone in this, all the Obama\/Biden judges trying to stop President Trump are ignoring it) The Constitution is quite specific about this.<\/p>\n

The President shall be Commander in Chief of the Army and Navy of the United States, and of the Militia of the several States, when called into the actual Service of the United States; he may require the Opinion, in writing, of the principal Officer in each of the executive Departments, upon any Subject relating to the Duties of their respective Offices, and he shall have Power to grant Reprieves and Pardons for Offences against the United States, except in Cases of Impeachment. <\/b><\/em><\/p>\n

With her order, Ana Reyes has usurped the powers of the President as the Commander in Chief of the United States Army and Navy. (This also includes the United States Marines and the United States Air Force)<\/p>\n

This decision is wrong, not only legally but in essence. It will doubtlessly be appealed, and if there is any sanity left in the legal system, overturned. <\/b><\/p>\n

It damn well better be or really bad things are going to happen. Bad things of a legal sort should be happening even as I type this to Judge Ana Reyes. First, while this travesty is being appealed, President Trump and Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth should just ignore it. Additionally, President Trump needs to speak with Attorney General Bondi, (quietly), regarding potential criminal charges against Ana Reyes. At best, she could be charged with Sedition and Insurrection.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Considering the damage her actions could cause if allowed to stand, you might even be able to charge her with Treason. In any case, this judge needs to be removed from the bench. Normally this would mean impeachment and then a trial and conviction in the Senate. The problem is the Democrats.<\/p>\n

Short term non-thinkers that they are, they aren\u2019t going to consider what will happen when the positions switch as they always do and the Democrats are back in power. They always pull things like this, never considering that it will come back and blow up in their faces. While it\u2019s a microscopic chance, there might be a enough Democrats who understand how bad this is that they will agree to remove Reyes and the other out of control judges.<\/p>\n
