Roberts turned out to be a complete squish. Anything that smacked of controversy and he could be counted on to do whatever he could to not hear the case. In many cases, he had to be dragged kicking and screaming, in a judicial sort of way, to actually hear a case that would be controversial. Even then he has a tendency to rule in favor of things that increase power to the government.<\/p>\n
It was his switch on the constitutionality of Obamacare that sealed people\u2019s opinion of him as RINO squish. The case was rather solid and due to the failure of Congress to put a severability clause in the legislation, would have killed Obamacare. Roberts actions during the hearing indicated that he was going to kill Obamacare. Then he changed his mind and upheld Obamacare and helped wreck he American Healthcare system.<\/p>\n
Many people thought, and still think, that the Democrats have something on John Roberts and that he\u2019s being blackmailed to rule favorably on certain cases. Obviously, that\u2019s just a conspiracy theory and there is nothing indicating that he is being extorted.<\/p>\n Now we come to the latest bit of stupidity from Roberts. Recently, the Obama and Biden judges have, as expected, begun issuing ruling on things President Trump was elected to do that are pretty blatant in their violation of the Constitution\u2019s Separation of Powers. One Obama judge has been so blatant in his power grab that he tried to order planes on their way to El Salvador loaded with TdA criminal terrorists being deported, to turn around. (That order was ignored)<\/p>\n His actions have led a member of Congress to initiate the process to impeach this, and a number of other Obama and Biden judges from the bench. Roberts, who should have remained silent on the issue to preserve neutrality and impartiality, decided to shoot his big mouth off. Here are the details from Newsmax<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n Chief Justice John Roberts issued a rare public statement Tuesday, March 18th<\/sup>, after President Donald Trump suggested the way to resolve a court dispute over deportations was by impeaching the judge who ruled against the president. <\/b><\/p>\n “For more than two centuries, it has been established that impeachment is not an appropriate response to disagreement concerning a judicial decision,” Roberts said in a statement issued by the court. “The normal appellate review process exists for that purpose.” <\/b><\/p>\n As usual, Roberts completely missed the elephant in the room. That elephant is district judges issuing orders and rulings that are clear violations of the Constitution of the United States and usurping authority they do not have. Additionally, besides the constitutionality of these restraining orders, there is the threats to public safety and national security that these orders are putting at risk.<\/p>\n Now every judge can and will make a mistake. They are human, allegedly. The problem with the Obama and Biden judges is that they were put on bench to protect the Democrat\u2019s agenda. This was confirmed by UpChuck Schumer<\/a> the other day. Since these judges are ignoring the Constitution and are literally putting this country at risk, they have shown that they are unfit to be on the bench and must be removed.<\/p>\n Roberts’ statement followed Trump’s call in a social media post on Tuesday for the impeachment of Washington-based U.S. District Judge James Boasberg, who ordered the administration on Saturday to halt the removal of alleged Venezuelan gang members, which Trump has argued is authorized by an 18th-century law historically used only in wartime. <\/b><\/p>\n “I\u2019m just doing what the VOTERS wanted me to do. This judge, like many of the Crooked Judges\u2019 I am forced to appear before, should be IMPEACHED!!!” Trump wrote. <\/b><\/p>\n President Trump and his people have every right to be angry at these corrupt judges, both state and federal. They are ignoring the law and the Constitution in order to \u201cGet Trump!\u201d President Trump also has the right to demand that Congress impeach and removes these idiots. Of course, Congress doesn\u2019t have to actually do this if they don\u2019t want to. (And the Democrats most certainly do not)<\/p>\n Roberts has always been concerned with the \u201cStanding of the Court\u201d and how SCOTUS is seen. What he is failing to understand is that his constant refusal do actually DO HIS JOB has actually lowered peoples opinion of the Supreme Court. He\u2019s also failing to consider what may happen next. President Trump may decide to flat out ignore the court\u2019s illegal and unconstitutional orders.<\/p>\n Another possibility, and frankly, one I think should be considered, is arresting these judicial tyrants on criminal charges. I\u2019ve been debating this with a few people and the statute that might apply is 18 U.S. Code \u00a7 2383 – Rebellion or insurrection<\/a>. This one deals with Sedition and Insurrection.<\/p>\n Whoever incites, sets on foot, assists, or engages in any rebellion or insurrection against the authority of the United States or the laws thereof, or gives aid or comfort thereto, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States. <\/b><\/p>\n Considering the orders these clods have been issuing, and the admission by UpChuck Schumer, it\u2019s not beyond the realm of possibility, even if it\u2019s unlikely, that one of more of these knotheads could be indicted and arrested. Some knowledgeable people might say that this would cross a line regarding judicial independence and immunity.
