Pretty much all of these Temporary Restraining Orders and rulings are flat out unconstitutional, but it\u2019s going to take time to get this resolved. This is exactly what UpChuck Schumer admitted was the plan. He, and before him Dingy Harry Reid packed the courts with judges who would ignore the Constitution in order to protect the Democrat\u2019s agenda. Here are the details from the National Review<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n During Senator Chuck Schumer\u2019s last days as majority leader, he spoke bluntly about his m.o. with respect to pushing as many judicial nominees through the Senate as possible. In an interview with <\/b>Politico<\/b><\/a><\/em>, he said, \u201cI don\u2019t know exactly what [Trump will] do. But I can tell you this:<\/b>\u00a0<\/b><\/strong>The judiciary will be one of our strongest\u2014if not our strongest\u2014barrier against what he does.\u201d <\/b><\/p>\n \u201cWe knew that getting more judges\u00a0on the bench would help protect our legislative record,\u201d Schumer admitted. \u201cThe two did go hand in hand. If you asked me which one was more important, I wouldn\u2019t want to pick among my children.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n I went and took a look at the Politico<\/a> story. It\u2019s a bit to convoluted to properly rip to shreds here. Basically, it claims that the idea for packing the courts came from George W. Bush.<\/p>\n Republicans \u201ccame up with a strategy in the GEORGE W. BUSH [years]: \u2018We\u2019ve got to control the bench\u2019 and they made every effort to do it,\u201d Schumer told Playbook. \u201cWhen I became majority leader, I said, \u2018This is something we have to work on, we have to focus on.\u2019 <\/b><\/p>\n That is patently untrue. In fact, it\u2019s a flat out lie, but then the Truth is an alien concept with UpChuck Schumer and the Democrats. The idea for packing the courts with judges came from Democrat Franklin Delano Roosevelt. His idea was to add more justices to the Supreme Court. The reason for this was that the current Supreme Court was looking at what FDR\u2019s New Deal was doing to the Constitutional rights of the American People and stopping it.<\/p>\n This, of course, pissed of FDR who was, to put it bluntly, just another of the fascist dictators in power during the 30\u2019s and 40\u2019s. Granted, he wasn\u2019t in the same league as Adolph Hitler, but Benito Mussolini actually admired some of the things FDR was doing and moved to implement them in Fascist Italy. Like all dictators, FDR decided that he should remain in office indefinitely. He was able to con most of the voters and died in office during his 4th<\/sup> term. (It was his 4 terms that brought about the 22nd<\/sup> Amendment)<\/p>\n With his New Deal plans being shot down in flames, he came up with the idea to add an additional 6 justices under the laughable Judicial Procedures Reform Bill of 1937<\/a>. The legislation failed in Congress since they saw it for what it was. A plan to put judges into place who would tear up the Constitution of the United States. In the end, it didn\u2019t matter. One of the justices caved into the pressure and started supporting all the New Deal cases that came up before SCOTUS.<\/p>\n We\u2019re still dealing with that mess to this day and this is one of the reasons that President Trump was reelected to his second, nonconsecutive term. It was to basically restore the United States to a nation governed by the Constitution as written, none of this \u201cLiving\u201d Constitution nonsense.<\/p>\n He was also elected to remove the millions of criminals and terrorists that the Biden Maladministration allowed into the United States, and to put an end to all the mentally ill people pretending that they are not the gender they were born to. All of this is directly opposite of the goals of the Democrat Party. Those goals can be boiled down very simply. Get the courts to rule the Constitution as unconstitutional and institute single party rule by the Democrats.<\/p>\n With UpChuck\u2019s comments on packing the courts with judges who will not abide by the Constitution, (Unless a gun is held to their heads, virtually speaking), we now know just how treacherous the times have become. President Trump was able to put a lot of good people on the bench in his first term, (One of the few things that Cocaine Mitch McConnell actually did right), but with the Tainted Election of 2020, and the venality of Cocaine Mitch in backing only Republicans In Name Only who would support him, we ended up with the worst president in American History.<\/p>\n Right now there is a fight underway in the Democrat Party. The recent passage of the Clean Continuing Resolution, and the cave in by UpChuck in not letting the Government run out of money and shut down has created a rift. Many of the Democrats are demanding he step aside. That won\u2019t happen of course.<\/p>\n What will happen is a ramping up of the lawfare we saw under Dementia Joe Biden and Merrick Garland. In this case, since the Democrats lost the presidency and President Trump has his team in place, it will be hard left Progressive Democrat supporting lawyers and law firms filing cases in courts with the Biden and Obama judges presiding. We\u2019re already seeing the effects of this. At the rate things are going, President Trump and his administration will have no choice but to start ignoring the orders issued by the Democrat Judges. That will trigger a constitutional crises. While it may seem like a conspiracy theory, I wouldn\u2019t put it past people like Schumer and Pelosi to try it.<\/p>\n If that is their plan, expect things to come to a head next summer. We\u2019re already seeing the Democrat\u2019s \u201cStorm troopers\u201d attacking anyone driving a Tesla or wearing a MAGA hat.
