Good day all. This story is a couple of weeks old, but like a fine wine, it has only gotten better. Fulton County District Attorney and all around corrupt dingbat just got hit with a $54,000 fine. It seems that she thinks the law doesn\u2019t actually apply to her.<\/p>\n


\n<\/p>\n

For those of you living in a cave in Tora Bora, Fani Willis spent the last three years trying to jail President Trump and anyone who worked with him on bogus charges. This cow indicted President Trump and had him stand for a mug shot. That idea, designed to humiliate President Trump and alienate him from the voters blew up spectacularly in her face. President Trump took that picture and used it against all those out to get him.<\/p>\n

Things went from bad to worse for Willis as it came out that she had put her boy toy in the payroll and was using him to basically game the taxpayers for her personal pleasures. The case pretty much collapsed against President Trump and the others Willis went after. Now people are trying to get all the records regarding her investigation<\/i><\/span> witch hunt. The problem here is that Willis has been refusing to hand over the records. Now she has to cough up $54K. Here are the details from Fox News<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n

Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis has been ordered to pay more than $54,000 for violating the state\u2019s open records laws in relation to the prosecution of President Donald Trump. <\/b><\/p>\n

The county\u2019s Superior Court Judge Rachel Krause formalized her ruling Friday and ordered Willis to pay $54,264 in attorneys’ fees and litigation costs after “intentionally” failing to provide records requested by Ashleigh Merchant,\u00a0the attorney who filed the motion to disqualify Willis from prosecuting Trump on charges of allegedly interfering with the 2020 presidential election. <\/b><\/p>\n

Apparently, the records that Willis buried are tied into the kickback scheme between her and her now, allegedly, ex-boy toy Nathan Wade.<\/p>\n

Krause stated that Willis\u2019 office failed to provide documents related to the employment of Nathan Wade, the former special assistant district attorney forced to resign from the Trump case<\/a> due to his romantic relationship with Willis.\u00a0<\/b>Merchant believed that Willis and Wade may have financially benefited from Wade\u2019s appointment as the special prosecutor in the case. <\/b><\/p>\n

From what I recall, those two were definitely up to something besides the Horizontal Tango. There were records of payments for hours billed that, if I recall correctly, exceeded the hours of the day. Then there were things like vacations that appeared to have been charged back to the Trump case and a few other interesting items, Perhaps Georgia would consider contracting with Elon Musk and DOGE to dig into the records?<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

“Defendants \u2014 through the Open Records custodian, Dexter Bond \u2014 were\u00a0openly hostile to counsel for Plaintiff, Ms. Merchant, and testified that Ms. Merchant’s requests were handled differently than other requests,” the court order<\/a> said. <\/b><\/p>\n

The Fox News article goes on to detail all the fun and games that Fatass Fani Willis engaged in to keep the records from ever seeing the light of day.<\/p>\n

“While there is no\u00a0requirement under the ORA for Mr. Bond to call any requestor about a particular request, Mr. Bond’s handling of Ms. Merchant’s requests in this manner indicates a\u00a0lack of good faith,” the order said. “Defendants\u2019 failures were intentional, not done in good faith,\u00a0and were substantially groundless and vexatious.” <\/b><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

The DA\u2019s office has 30 days from the court\u2019s order to pay the penalty. The plaintiff also received injunctive relief directing Willis to finally provide the requested documents.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Now this is something I\u2019m curious about. Is it the office of the District Attorney or is it Fatass Fani herself who has to write the check? If it\u2019s the former, then the taxpayers are going to get shafted…again.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

In any case, this is just another nail in the coffin for Fatass Fani Willis. She may have been reelected, but that won\u2019t do her any good if the State determines that she broke the law, and I\u2019m not talking little things like this. With any luck, Willis will be the one facing a jury.<\/p>\n
