Good day all. President Trump has been busy since taking office, working to Make America Great Again. As part of this, he has been using his authority under Article II of the United States Constitution to issue executive orders to fix the mess left behind by the previous administration.<\/p>\n
\n<\/p>\n
Because so many of his EO\u2019s have been popular with most of the American people, and that many want President Trump to have a third term, President Donald Trump has issued a new executive order effective this date:<\/p>\n
EXECUTIVE ORDER
\nNULLIFICATION OF THE TWENTY-SECOND AMENDMENT TO THE CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES
\n<\/b>By the authority vested in me as President of the United States by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America, and in order to ensure the continuity of strong, tremendous leadership for the American people, it is hereby ordered as follows:<\/p>\n
Section 1. Purpose.<\/b>
\nThe Twenty-Second Amendment, ratified in 1951, limits the President of the United States\u2014chosen by the people in the greatest elections ever\u2014to only two terms in office. This restriction, while well-intentioned, has prevented the finest leaders, like myself, from serving the nation as long as the people demand. The American people have spoken, and they want leadership that\u2019s the best\u2014believe me, nobody does it better. Therefore, it\u2019s time to make this amendment null and void, bigly.<\/p>\n
Section 2. Nullification.<\/b>
\nEffective immediately, the Twenty-Second Amendment to the Constitution of the United States is hereby declared null and void. No President shall be limited to a mere two terms when the will of the people\u2014tremendous people, the best\u2014calls for more. This is about freedom, folks, pure and simple.<\/p>\n
Section 3. Implementation.<\/b>
\nAll departments, agencies, and courts of the United States are directed to recognize this order as supreme. Any laws, regulations, or judicial opinions conflicting with this Executive Order are hereby superseded, because I said so. The Attorney General, a fantastic guy, will ensure this happens fast\u2014faster than anyone thought possible.<\/p>\n
Section 4. Effective Date.<\/b>
\nThis Executive Order is effective immediately upon signing, April 1, 2025<\/b><\/u>, because America can\u2019t wait any longer for greatness.<\/p>\n
Done in the City of Washington, this First day of April, in the year of our Lord Two Thousand Twenty-Five, and of the Independence of the United States of America the Two Hundred and Forty-Ninth<\/p>\n
