When President Trump returned to his rightful place as the 47th<\/sup> President of the United States, he moved to end this garbage. A very large majority of people, something like 70% or so, support keeping men out of women\u2019s sports. One group that is opposed to this is the Democrat Party. Sine Maine is currently being ruined by Democrats, they are now looking to amend the state\u2019s constitution to allow men to compete in women\u2019s sports. Here are the details from Fox News<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n The Democrat majority in the Maine House of Representatives voted to pass a bill that would codify the Maine Human Rights Act<\/a> (MHRA) in the state’s constitution on Thursday. <\/b>The MHRA has been the state’s tent pole legislation in allowing trans athletes in girls’ sports during an ongoing feud<\/a> with President Donald Trump’s administration over the issue.\u00a0 <\/b><\/p>\n There is a small problem with this. From my reading and understanding, this is not something the majority of people in Maine support. I\u2019ve heard that their downright furious. Still, my sympathy levels are not very high for them. They did vote for these people after all.<\/p>\n The law was amended four years ago to add gender identity as a protected class and specifically stated that denying a person an equal opportunity to participate in sports is discrimination against education. Last year, the Maine Principals\u2019 Association updated its policy to allow athletes to compete against the gender they identify as. <\/b><\/p>\n Parents have been furious over this. When children are under the age of about 10-11, there isn\u2019t that much difference in muscle and bone structure. Once they hit puberty, that changes. I don\u2019t need to go into all this, since we all did. An adolescent girl and adult woman is going to be shorter on average with far less upper body strength to an adolescent boy or grown man. That\u2019s basic biology.<\/p>\n Letting these men compete against women is always going to result in the women losing to the men and badly. Worse, because the boys\/men won\u2019t hold back, they have accidentally injured, sometimes critically, the girls\/women they have been competing against. It\u2019s reached the point that when a woman is put up against a man, she will walk off and refuse to compete.<\/p>\n The proposed bill to constitutionalize the MHRA passed with a slim simple majority in the House on Thursday but will need a two-thirds majority in both chambers before it can go before voters.<\/strong><\/p>\n I suspect that this is going to go down to defeat then. If they need a two-thirds majority in both chambers, it won\u2019t make it on to the ballot. Even if it does, it will probably be crushed at the polls.<\/p>\n The vote came one day after the U.S. Department of Justice filed a lawsuit<\/a> against the state for its ongoing defiance of Trump’s “Keeping Men Out of Women’s Sports” executive order. <\/b><\/p>\n Maine has faced immense federal pressure in the last two months over its refusal to comply, including two federal investigations, a funding freeze by the U.S. Department of Agriculture and now an official lawsuit.\u00a0 <\/b><\/p>\n You can add Illinois to the list. They\u2019re looking to emulate Maine\u2019s stupid idea.<\/p>\n The Democrat leadership in the state, led by Governor Janet Mills, has remained steadfast in its commitment to defy Trump and ensure biologically male trans athletes can still participate in girls’ sports and enter girls’ locker rooms. <\/b><\/p>\n Teen girls do not want teen boys in their bathrooms or locker rooms. Do you want to know who else is opposed to this? The fathers of these teen girls. There have been some pretty loud and heated \u201cDiscussions\u201d with the powers that be, (Democrats, Liberals, Progressives and Perverts), and to be honest, I\u2019m very surprised it hasn\u2019t reached the point of violence. At the rate things are going, it\u2019s only a matter of time before something really bad happens. Fathers tend to be overly protective of their daughters.<\/p>\n Maine Attorney General Aaron Frey justified his state’s noncompliance with Trump by citing the MHRA in an interview on CNN Wednesday.\u00a0 <\/b><\/p>\n “Our position is that Title IX, consistent with the Maine Human Rights Act, so both federal and state law, supports that trans girls will be able to participate in high school sports consistent with their gender identity,” Frey said. “So my contention is Maine is following Title IX, Maine is following the Maine Human Rights Act.”\u00a0 <\/b><\/p>\n The Fox article goes on to quote a number of school boards who claim their hands are tied. Of course, these are the same school boards who when questioned by irate parents on other issues, tried to have them declared terrorists.<\/p>\n However, the majority of Maine residents disagree with allowing trans athletes to compete in girls’ sports.\u00a0<\/b>A <\/b>survey by<\/b><\/u><\/a> the American Parents Coalition found that out of about 600 registered Maine voters, 63% said school sports participation should be based on biological sex, and 66% agreed that it is “only fair to restrict women\u2019s sports to biological women.” <\/b><\/p>\n The poll also found that 60% of residents would support a ballot measure limiting participation<\/b> <\/b>in<\/b> <\/b>women\u2019s and girls’ sports to<\/b> <\/b>biological females. This included 64% of independents and 66% of parents with kids under age 18. <\/b><\/p>\n Even in the People\u2019s Democratic Republic of Kalifornistan, the average serf is opposed to letting boys play in girls sports or letting them into the girls locker\/bathrooms. The good news is that not every school district is managed by cowards and perverts.<\/p>\n And while Maine’s Democrat leadership refuses to comply with Trump’s executive order, one school district is taking matters into its own hands and defying the state anyway. <\/b><\/p>\n The MSAD #70 School Board<\/a> voted unanimously on Monday night to comply with Title IX, “recognizing only two sexes – biological male and biological female and that all private spaces be separated by biological sex.” <\/b><\/p>\n It appears that the school superintendent may not be totally on board with the school board\u2019s decision, however he will follow it.<\/p>\n MSAD #70 superintendent Tyler Putnam told Fox News Digital that, due to this vote, he is now directed to amend the district’s policies to prevent trans athletes from competing in girls’ sports.\u00a0 <\/b><\/p>\n “Our board, similar to many people in Maine, have been following the back-and-forth communication between the federal government and the\u00a0state. We are hoping for both sides to work together to help support local school districts like ourselves,” Putnam said.\u00a0 <\/b><\/p>\n There is no work together on this. Each and every day we see, despite the attempts of the Legacy Media and the perverts in the Democrat Party, just how dangerously unstable these \u201cTransgender\u201d people are. If you look at the mass casualty events since the nutcase in Nashville, you will see that almost all of them have been transgender. These are mentally ill people and they need treatment.<\/p>\n Of course, you have some who aren\u2019t mentally ill, they\u2019re just perverts who want to wave their junk in girls faces and check them out when they\u2019re in the showers. You also have those who are just plain losers who put on a dress and claim to be female so they can actually win at sports.<\/p>\n The problem with all this is that the Democrats have decided that backing the crazies is the way to win elections. (That and cheating) What\u2019s actually been happening is that they\u2019re driving more and more people who traditionally supported the Democrat Party out. They are also so dead set on pushing this transgender nonsense that they might trigger something really bad. Thankfully, it looks like the people of Maine might just decide that the Democrats are the true threat to their daughters and remove them from office in the next election.
