Good day all. Well, it seems that another judge has been fucking around and is now finding out that protecting illegal aliens is a really bad idea. First we had one in New Mexico<\/a>, and now a judge in Wisconsin is being fitted with an orange jump suit.<\/p>\n

I recently wrote about a judge<\/a> in New Mexico who was harboring an illegal alien. The illegal was picked up by ICE and the judge resigned from the bench. Then the New Mexico supreme court told him, \u201cYeah, you can\u2019t ever be a judge again.\u201d This was followed up by Federal Agents arresting him and his wife.<\/p>\n

Now another judge, this one in Wisconsin, has been arrested for harboring an illegal alien. Here are the details from Fox News<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n

The FBI arrested a Wisconsin judge Friday morning for allegedly hiding a previously deported\u00a0illegal immigrant<\/a>\u00a0in her jury room in order to stop him from being arrested by ICE, Fox News has learned.\u00a0 <\/b><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Milwaukee County Circuit Court Judge Hannah Dugan was arrested and charged with obstruction of an official proceeding after evidence came to light that she had shielded the migrant from ICE agents. She was also charged with concealing an individual to prevent discovery and arrest, according to a criminal complaint.<\/b><\/p>\n

Oooh! I think this moonbat judge is being hit with a violation of 8 U.S. Code \u00a7 1324 – Bringing in and harboring certain aliens<\/a>. According this law, Dugan could be looking at some serious prison time, up to 10 years in a federal slammer. Now, as to what happened?<\/p>\n

Federal agents from ICE, FBI, CBP and DEA attempted to arrest the undocumented male \u2013 Mexican national Eduardo Flores-Ruiz — following his scheduled criminal court appearance before Dugan on April 18 to face three misdemeanor battery charges. <\/b><\/p>\n

I believe they may have gone into her courtroom to inform her that they were there to pick up the illegal and duly process him out of the United States.<\/p>\n

Dugan demanded that the officers proceed to the chief judge\u2019s office and \u2013 after his hearing ended – escorted Flores-Ruiz and his attorney out a restricted jury door, bypassing the public area where agents were waiting, per the complaint.\u00a0 <\/b><\/p>\n

So if I understand this correctly, she told the agents to wait out of the courtroom and then escorted the illegal out through an entrance that is restricted. Yeah, it\u2019s not looking good for this judge. The phrase running through my head is \u201cOpen and Shut.\u201d Soon to be former judge Dugan was arraigned in Federal court and all the usual legal maneuvering took place.<\/p>\n

Her attorney, Craig Mastantuono, told the court: “Judge Dugan wholeheartedly regrets and protests her arrest. It was not made in the interest of public safety.” Her next court appearance is May 15. <\/b><\/p>\n

Of course she protests her arrest. She\u2019s one of the \u201cSpecial People\u201d and the rules for everyone else simply do not apply to her. She isn\u2019t alone in this sort of protest either.<\/p>\n

In a statement, Wisconsin Gov. Tony Evers, a Democrat, accused the Trump administration of removing judges who don’t rule in its favor and of repeatedly using “dangerous rhetoric to attack and attempt to undermine our judiciary at every level, including disobeying the highest court in the land.” <\/b><\/p>\n

“I will continue to put my faith in our justice system as this situation plays out in the court of law,” he said.\u00a0 <\/b><\/p>\n

Comrade Govno Evers wasn\u2019t the only one who thinks that actually holding crooked Democrat judges to the same standards as everyone else is a bad idea. We also have Senator Tammy Baldwin. (Commie-Wisconsin) Here\u2019s what she had to say from The Hill<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n

Sen. <\/b>Tammy Baldwin <\/b><\/a>(D-Wis.) says the Trump administration\u2019s arrest of a Wisconsin county judge for allegedly helping an immigrant avoid law enforcement is a \u201cgravely serious and drastic move\u201d that threatens to \u201cbreach\u201d the separation of powers between the branches of government. <\/b><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

\u201cMake no mistake, we do not have kings in this country and we are a democracy governed by laws that everyone must abide by,\u201d Baldwin said. \u201cBy relentlessly attacking the judicial system, flouting court orders and arresting a sitting judge, this president is putting those basic democratic values that Wisconsinites hold dear on the line. <\/b><\/p>\n

\u201cWhile details of this exact case remain minimal, this action fits into the deeply concerning pattern of this president\u2019s lawless behavior and undermining courts and Congress\u2019s checks on his power,\u201d she said. <\/b><\/p>\n

Baldwin, like all the Democrats these days, absolutely despise President Trump, The Republican Party and anyone who supports the Idea of Making America Great Again. When it comes to lawless and unconstitutional behavior, the Democrats have been engaged in it for decades.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

We now have two judges under arrest for harboring or aiding illegal aliens. We also have a number of Democrat Federal Judges who have literally torn up the constitution and the separation of powers and have issued rulings that are literally designed to wreck the United States as a constitutional republic.<\/p>\n

Now they Democrats have someone who won\u2019t kowtow to them any longer and is ready to unleash every legal and constitutional trick in the book on them. They like to claim that President Trump is acting like a dictator, yet they\u2019re the ones who seem hellbent on turning the United States into a totalitarian slave state ruled by the Democrats. I hope we see more Democrats finally being held accountable. As for those who claim no one voted for this?<\/p>\n
