Good day all. One of the things that President Trump promised to do, and which is actually very popular, was instituting systems to make sure that only United States Citizens vote in our elections.<\/p>\n

Of course, the Democrats are utterly opposed to anything that can and will interfere with their Voter Fraud and Election Theft programs. They promptly went to one of the more corrupt Progressive Judges to get an injunction. Here are the details from the Daily Wire<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n

A federal judge on Thursday blocked President Donald Trump from implementing an executive order that requires voters to show documentation proving their U.S. citizenship to cast a ballot in federal elections. <\/b><\/p>\n

U.S. District Judge Colleen Kollar-Kotelly, a Bill Clinton appointee, granted a preliminary injunction stopping the Trump administration from going forward with the proof-of-citizenship requirements as a lawsuit plays out, the Associated Press reported<\/a>. The lawsuit<\/a>, filed by the Democratic National Committee and leftist voting rights groups, claims that Trump\u2019s order is \u201can unlawful action that threatens to uproot our tried-and-tested election systems and silence potentially millions of Americans.\u201d <\/b><\/p>\n

There is a lot to unwind here. I\u2019ll start with Kollar-Kotelly. She is a classic doctrinaire Deep State Democrat. She has a long history of going after people she perceives as enemies of the Democrat Party. Her contempt for the Constitution is well known. It\u2019s no surprise that Democrats would run to her for their injunction. That was the reason the Clintons put her on the bench in the first place.<\/p>\n

As to that section claiming that having voters show prove they\u2019re citizens and that it would stop millions of Americans from voting? Bull. The Democrats have pulled that chestnut out every time a state passes a law tightening up voter security. The most recent one was Georgia where they flat out stated that Georgia\u2019s new election laws would keep Black Americans from voting. There was just one small problem with this. Black voting numbers actually increased after the laws went into effect.<\/p>\n

Trump\u2019s executive order<\/a>, which he signed in March, aims to eliminate voter fraud in U.S. elections. <\/b><\/p>\n

\u201cUnder the Constitution, State governments must safeguard American elections in compliance with Federal laws that protect Americans\u2019 voting rights and guard against dilution by illegal voting, discrimination, fraud, and other forms of malfeasance and error. Yet the United States has not adequately enforced Federal election requirements that, for example, prohibit States from counting ballots received after Election Day or prohibit non-citizens from registering to vote,\u201d the order states. <\/b><\/p>\n

We have seen over the last few elections, (Actually, in some states, last century or so), that VFET is a serious problem. This all came to a head during the \u201cTainted Election of 2020.\u201d There were so many irregularities that a number of people questioned the results. (And still do) Every attempt to gather evidence and present it was blocked by the Judicial Branch. Not one single case made it to court where evidence was presented on both sides. This is why many states began working to correct problems.<\/p>\n

On the flip side, you also have a number of states, (Blue, Democrat controlled states), that are refusing to fix obvious problems. In some cases, (Kalifornistan), that have actually gone in the opposite direction. One of the main things most voters favor is requiring the voter to produce a valid ID. Kalifornistan has passed a law not only preventing election authorities from asking for ID, they made it illegal to even ask.<\/p>\n

Another part of Trump\u2019s order \u2014 requiring those enrolled in public assistance to have their citizenship assessed before receiving a voter registration form \u2014 was also blocked by Judge Kollar-Kotelly. The judge denied the plaintiff\u2019s request to block the part of Trump\u2019s order that tightens deadlines on mail ballots, according to the AP. <\/b><\/p>\n

This judge needs to go and soon. We are seeing just how dangerous these leftist judges are to the United States, The Rule of Law and Constitution. The Constitution guarantees all American citizens the right to vote and making sure citizens are not prevented from doing so is a federal duty. What this clown is doing is preventing the Federal Government from ensuring that elections are fair, honest and above board.<\/p>\n

The one part this thug in black robes allowed was the deadline on mail in ballots. As I recall, the order said that ballots received after election day can not be counted. One of the issues we\u2019ve seen over the last few election cycles, especially in Kalifornistan, were delays in vote tallies going on for weeks after election day as they waited for additional ballots to come in by mail. Kollar-Kotex really didn\u2019t have a choice on that one.<\/p>\n

Opponents of the executive order argue that states can establish their own election processes and that only Congress can take action to override state laws related to federal elections. <\/b><\/p>\n

That is accurate to some extent. However, we\u2019ve seen several states and a few cities trying to let legal immigrants cast ballots. There have also been a number of issues with the actual voting systems. When there is a question regarding voting, the Feds can and do step in. It sounds like Kollar-Kotex is going to try and stop this in order to protect the Democrats VFET machine.<\/p>\n

Because of the actions of this and other Democrat judges, the United States is heading for a full blown Constitutional Crises. It won\u2019t be President Trump who initiates it. The Democrats and their pet judges are already doing this. We\u2019ve already seen a couple of local judges arrested for harboring illegal aliens. I won\u2019t be at all surprised of we don\u2019t see a few of these Federal District judges being fitted with handcuffs in the near future.<\/p>\n
