Good day all. Since the inauguration of the Greatest President of the 21st<\/sup> Century, Donald Trump, to his second, nonconsecutive term, we have seen the judicial branch decide that they were the ones in charge and not President Trump. One of the areas these black robed tyrants have been interfering is removing illegal aliens from the United States.<\/p>\n

Recently, two state judges, one in New Mexico<\/a> and one in Wisconsin<\/a>, have been arrested for aiding and harboring illegal aliens. This has set off the Democrats who are saying that judges of all stripes are \u201cAbove the law!\u201d<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Now the law is that states are not under any duty to aid in rounding up illegal aliens. However, states are not permitted to interfere with Federal Agents in the performance of their duties, in this case, arresting and deporting illegal aliens. This is just what happened with the two leftard buffoons. What wasn\u2019t expected, (Although it should have been), were other judges flat out saying they will obstruct ICE. Here are the details from Fox News<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n

A Wisconsin judge is threatening not to hold court in protest of federal authorities arresting her fellow judge Hannah Dugan<\/a> last week. <\/b><\/p>\n

Judge Monica Isham made the announcement in an email to judges across the state on Saturday. Her email, titled “Guidance Requested or I Refuse to Hold Court,” made clear she had no intention of working with Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). <\/b><\/p>\n

“If there is no guidance for us and no support for us, I will refuse to hold court in Branch 2 in Sawyer County. I will not put myself or my staff who may feel compelled to help me or my community in harms way,” Isham wrote, according to a copy of the email obtained by Wisconsin Right Now. <\/b><\/p>\n

“I have no intention of allowing anyone to be taken out of my courtroom by ICE and sent to a concentration camp, especially without due process, as BOTH of the constitutions we swore to support require. Should I start raising bail money?” Isham wrote, referring to the Wisconsin state constitution as well. <\/b><\/p>\n

Dear Moonbat Judge. No, you do not have to assist ICE in rounding up illegal aliens. However, you may not interfere with ICE and other Federal agents when they come in to arrest illegals and deport them. This is what the other judge did and now she\u2019s facing at least 5 years in a federal prison. If you intend to interfere with Federal Agents, then yes, you will need bail money. (Although I hope they deny you bail and let you rot in prison waiting for your trial)<\/p>\n

“If this costs me my job or gets me arrested then at least I know I did the right thing,” she added. <\/b><\/p>\n

No, you aren\u2019t \u201cDoing the right thing.\u201d In fact, you have just demonstrated that you are not fit to be a judge. I don\u2019t know the process for removing judges in Wisconsin, but that process should be initiated against you as soon as possible.<\/p>\n

Dugan was arrested and charged with obstruction of an official proceeding on Friday after evidence came to light that she had shielded the migrant from ICE agents, according to a criminal complaint. She was also charged with concealing an individual to prevent discovery and arrest. <\/b><\/p>\n

And how did she accomplish this? I\u2019m glad you asked. The illegal was in her court in battery charges when ICE showed up to collect him. Dugan\u2019s response?<\/p>\n

Dugan demanded that the officers proceed to the chief judge\u2019s office and \u2013 after his hearing ended \u2013 escorted Flores-Ruiz and his attorney out a restricted jury door, bypassing the public area where agents were waiting in order to help him avoid arrest, per the complaint. <\/b><\/p>\n

That didn\u2019t work out to well. ICE has been dealing with a few idiot local judges recently and apparently had all the exits covered. The picked up the illegal very quickly. Then they rounded up Dugan. Now the question is, what is going to happen to this Leftard Moonbat judge, Monica Isham? Sadly, in my opinion, nothing. Wisconsin will not remove her if she carries through with her threat to close the court. However, if she decided to aid an illegal alien, she too will be arrested. Perhaps if this happens, she can share a cell with Dugan after she\u2019s convicted.<\/p>\n
