We have already seen two local Democrat judges actively interfere with Immigration and Customs Enforcement and both are now under arrest. However, it looks like Wisconsin has decided to go into full rebellion against the Federal Government over aiding illegal aliens. Here are the details from Lifezette<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n Wisconsin state employees have been instructed to refuse cooperation with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents, according<\/a> to a Department of Administration (DOA) memo dated April 18 and obtained by conservative radio host Dan O\u2019Donnell. <\/b><\/p>\n As I mentioned above, there is no requirement that States assist the Federal government in rounding up illegals. What this memo seems to indicate is that state employees are being told to actively interfere with Federal Agents.<\/p>\n The memo outlines detailed procedures for government workers to follow if ICE agents appear at state facilities. <\/b><\/p>\n Instead of assisting federal immigration authorities, employees are directed to withhold information, block access to files and offices, and restrict agents\u2019 movements inside government buildings unless specific legal conditions are met. <\/b><\/p>\n The memo provides the following guidance to state workers: <\/b><\/p>\n Refuse to answer any questions from ICE agents, even regarding individuals known to be sought by federal authorities. <\/b><\/p>\n This one is questionable. I\u2019m not sure if this is legally actionable by the DoJ.<\/p>\n Deny agents access to paper records and electronic files, even if the agents present a warrant. <\/b><\/p>\n Now this one is actionable. If a warrant is presented and these bozos refuse access, they can be arrested right then and there.<\/p>\n Prevent agents from entering any non-public areas of state buildings unless they produce a judicial warrant. <\/b><\/p>\n Again, not sure on the legality of this.<\/p>\n Instruct agents to sit in public waiting areas and delay any interactions until a state attorney can be contacted. <\/b><\/p>\n That won\u2019t work. Recently, I wrote a post on an incident<\/a> in Nashua NH recently. Two agents, one of them an ATF agent grabbed an illegal in the Nashua courthouse and shipped him to a holding center in Texas pending deportation. The local prosecutor wasn\u2019t aware the illegal, who was a defendant in a DUI case, had been picked up.<\/p>\n Order ICE agents to leave and return at a later time if legal counsel is not immediately available. <\/b><\/p>\n That won\u2019t happen at all. If they are pursuing an illegal alien, who is an active criminal after all, and these local lunkheads try to block the agents, they\u2019re going to be cuffed and arrested before the know what\u2019s happened.<\/p>\n An email from Deputy Secretary Kathy Hanson circulated with the memo acknowledged that the directive was created in response to concerns raised by state employees over encounters with federal agents. <\/b><\/p>\n Hanson wrote, \u201cWe have received questions from state employees regarding what to do in case of an encounter with federal agents at work. Similar to other public entities that have issued guidance, we are providing the enclosed information.\u201d<\/b><\/p>\n Hanson added, \u201cWhile we hope it won\u2019t be necessary to put this guidance into practice, please do your part to be prepared and have contact information for your agency Office of Legal Counsel readily available.\u201d<\/b><\/p>\n I wonder if these morons actually understand what they are proposing? This is a classic violation of 8 U.S. Code \u00a7 1324<\/a>, and you can also add a conspiracy charge to it as well. You would think that the arrests of two local judges in the last week for aiding or harboring illegal aliens would make them consider that the administration isn\u2019t playing games.<\/p>\n The outlined procedures effectively instruct government employees to delay or obstruct federal immigration enforcement efforts, even in cases involving individuals with outstanding warrants or criminal backgrounds. <\/b><\/p>\n I think it\u2019s time for the United States Attorney General, Pam Bondi, to quietly inform these morons, starting with Govno Evers, that if they actually try any of this, they will be indicted, arrested and put on trial. I would not make anything public, yet, since we don\u2019t want to push these idiots into a corner where they will do something even dumber.<\/p>\n The newly uncovered Wisconsin directive raises concerns about the extent to which some state governments may be willing to challenge or undermine federal immigration enforcement.<\/b><\/p>\n This is where we see the beginning stages of rebellion by a state government. We saw this happen back in the 50\u2019s and 60\u2019s when the civil rights movement and laws were kicking in. At one point, federal troops were sent into a state when they refused to allow children with skin that has a dark pigmentation to go to school. That ended peacefully. Prior to that, we had a little something called the American Civil War. (Started by the Democrats of course)<\/p>\n It also highlights potential legal risks for employees who choose to follow guidance that could conflict with federal law. <\/b><\/p>\n If these employees think that the state government is going to back them, they need to reconsider. Following the instructions in that memo will get state employees arrested. Further, if these same employees state that they were \u201cJust following orders,\u201d (Gee where did we last hear THAT excuse?), the DoJ is going to follow this right up the chain. If this leads to the Govno\u2019s office and that it was per the guidance of Govno Tony Evers? Yeah, we might just see a significant portion of the Wisconsin State Government arrested. They might even be charged under 18 U.S. Code \u00a7 2383<\/a>.<\/p>\n Federal officials have not yet commented on the leaked memo, but legal experts note that states and their employees could face consequences for actively obstructing federal law enforcement actions.<\/strong><\/p>\n No, they wouldn\u2019t. At best, the Feds are quietly talking to Evers and his pack of insurrectionists and trying to pull them back in off the ledge. At worst, they are preparing to send in ICE agents and force their hands. They either comply with the Federal agents within the law and constitution, or they obstruct them and get arrested.<\/p>\n The situation continues to unfold as immigration enforcement remains a central issue nationally, particularly as President Donald Trump\u2019s administration continues efforts to strengthen federal authority over immigration policy. <\/b><\/p>\n Strengthen Federal authority? Excuse me, but I was under the impression that immigration policy was a federal responsibility, not a state responsibility. In any case, we are seeing just how far gone the Democrat Party is. They have chosen this hill do die on politically and the Trump administration is more then happy to call in the airstrikes and unload napalm all over them.<\/p>\n An overwhelming majority of the American people, both citizens and Legal Resident Aliens are cheering the Trump Administration on as Tom Homan and ICE conduct raid after raid on illegal aliens. Yes, the Democrats are running to their pet judges to try and obstruct President Trump, but in the end, that too will fail.
