Good day all. The New York Attorney General, the ever so corrupt Letitia James, is potentially looking at federal fraud charges due to some games she played with mortgage financing. (Basically doing what she accused President Trump of doing)<\/p>\n

We also have what amounts to a conspiracy by the Democrat State Attorneys General to basically overthrow the elected government of the United States. It appears that James has hitched her wagon to one of these suits in an attempt to save her own fat ass. Here are the details from Fox News<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n New York Attorney General Letitia James<\/a> on Monday said she is leading a coalition of 20 states in suing the Trump administration over its cuts to public health funding and the Department of Health and Human Services, describing the efforts in a press conference as the most “sweeping and unlawful assault on public health” in U.S. history. <\/b><\/p>\n The lawsuit, filed by James and other state attorneys general, accuses the Trump administration of violating “hundreds” of laws and regulations in attempting to dismantle the Department of Health and Human Services, both by firing thousands of HHS employees in an effort to slash its overall workforce by 20,000 people and shuttering crucial health programs across the U.S. <\/b><\/p>\n “This administration is not streamlining the federal government; they are sabotaging it,”\u00a0James said Monday<\/a>.\u00a0 <\/b><\/p>\n This should be an amusing case. First, James and the other crooked AG\u2019s are trying to usurp federal authority. The states have no say in any of this whatsoever. Of course, they will go to one of the Obama or Biden judges to get a ruling to reinstate all the fired workers and restart all the fraud and graft that the Department of Government Efficiency has been finding.<\/p>\n She used a press conference to highlight the risks these cuts pose for Americans in New York and across the country. <\/b><\/p>\n “When you fire the scientists who research infectious diseases, silence the doctors who care for pregnant people and shut down the programs that help firefighters and miners breathe or children thrive, you are not making America healthy; you are putting countless lives at risk,” James said.\u00a0 <\/b><\/p>\n “This is not how government is supposed to work. These actions are dangerous, cruel and illegal. They defy Congress’s authority and they violate federal law. And that is why today I am leading a lawsuit joined by Democratic attorneys general across the country to stop this administration from tearing down our public health infrastructure.” <\/b><\/p>\n Yeah good luck with that. There is so much wrong with this that I can\u2019t keep up with it. The short version is that James and the other criminals masquerading as upholders of the law are trying to get the courts to usurp the administrative functions of the Executive Branch under Article II of the Constitution. I have no doubt that they will go judge shopping for one of the Democrat judges who have been ignoring the Constitutional separation of powers to get what they want.<\/p>\n The plaintiffs, who filed the lawsuit Monday in the U.S. District Court in Rhode Island<\/a>, are asking the court “to halt the unlawful dismantling of HHS, to stop the mass firings, and to restore the life-saving programs that millions of Americans depend on,” James said. <\/b><\/p>\n Yep, just as I thought. It\u2019s the states attempting to run the Federal Government. Obviously, they all slept through their civics classes on who is responsible for what. The article then goes into all the complaints, which amounts to the Administration cleaning house and streamlining the Department of Health and Human Services.<\/p>\n Her remarks come after HHS announced thousands of layoffs in March and April, including at the FDA, the CDC and NIH. The reductions were in keeping with a Department of Government Efficiency-led push for agencies to slash the size of the federal workforce and trim government spending, prompting criticism from Democrats and some Republicans. <\/b><\/p>\n These layoffs have been initiated for many reasons. In the case of the NIH, they are the ones who gave us the Great Panicdemic of 2020 and then flat out lied about it. A lot of the cuts at the CDC were for areas that were literally just giving fake jobs to Deep State lackeys. Their \u201cResearch\u201d was a load of manure. The FDA has been failing at their job for decades and needs a full overhaul. DOGE also found a lot of flat out featherbedding<\/a> in these agencies.<\/p>\n Plaintiffs in the lawsuit asked to halt HHS efforts<\/a> to dismantle the HHS-led agencies and programs that were cut as a result of the reorganization. States are also seeking declaratory and injunctive relief to prevent what they described as the “unconstitutional and illegal dismantling of the Department.” <\/b><\/p>\n These \u201cPlaintiffs\u201d have been using the Constitution for toilet paper for their entire careers. Need I remind them of their suppression of things like the 2nd<\/sup> Amendment? How about the 1st<\/sup> Amendment?
