Good day all. This is a breaking story. As you all know, President Trump brought in National Guard troops to back up federal agents in Los Angeles. Govno Hair Gel Newsom didn\u2019t like that and promptly ran off to a Democrat judge to get a TRO to remove the Guard.<\/p>\n


\n<\/p>\n

The judge, Charles Breyer, who is the brother of former Supreme Court Justice Stephen Breyer, rejected the TRO. However, in what we have come to expect from Democrat judges, has issued a blatantly illegal order to the Trump administration to remove the guard and return them to Numbnuts Newsom\u2019s control. Here are the details from Fox News<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n

A federal judge has ruled that President Donald Trump<\/a> acted illegally when he seized control of California\u2019s National Guard during ICE-related riots in Los Angeles. <\/b><\/p>\n

U.S. District Judge Charles R. Breyer issued the decision Thursday, siding with Governor Gavin Newsom<\/a> and ordering Trump to return control of the Guard to the state “forthwith.” <\/b><\/p>\n

“His actions were illegal\u2014both exceeding the scope of his statutory authority and violating the Tenth Amendment to the United States Constitution,” Breyer wrote. “He must therefore return control of the California National Guard to the Governor of the State of California forthwith.” <\/b><\/p>\n

“Federalism is not optional,” the ruling states. “Even the president cannot legislate by fiat.” <\/b><\/p>\n

Funny how Democrat judges suddenly find the 10th<\/sup> amendment when it suits their purposes. However, in this case, Judge Breyer is not only dead wrong, he has crossed a major constitutional line. The Trump administration immediately went to the 9th<\/sup> circus and Breyer\u2019s illegal order has been stayed.<\/p>\n

In his order, U.S. District Judge Charles R. Breyer granted the plaintiffs\u2019 request for a temporary restraining order and took immediate action to halt federal control of the California National Guard<\/a>. <\/b><\/p>\n

Action he has no authority to take.<\/p>\n

“Defendants are temporarily ENJOINED from deploying members of the California National Guard in Los Angeles,” the ruling states. “Defendants are DIRECTED to return control of the California National Guard to Governor Newsom.” <\/b><\/p>\n

As I mentioned before, the order has been stayed by the 9th<\/sup> circus<\/i><\/span> Circuit Court of nonsense<\/i><\/span> Appeals pending a hearing. Of course, this is the 9th<\/sup> Circus so it is a near certainty they will uphold the order. Then this goes to the Supreme Court. At that point Roberts will put in yet another order for Pepto Bismal<\/b><\/a> and try to figure a way to avoid doing anything at all.<\/p>\n

California Attorney General Rob Bonta praised the ruling Thursday night, calling it “an important step forward in protecting our communities and our rights while we continue to make our case in court.” <\/b><\/p>\n

Bonta is a flat out traitor. Yes, I know what a traitor is under the Constitution of the United States and I will grant you, for now, that his seditious activities and his complete contempt for the Constitution doesn\u2019t reach the constitutional level of treason. However, under the general meaning of the term?<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

As to his laughable comment about protecting communities, has he been watching the live streams on what\u2019s been happening? His party is engaging in a repeat of the Summer of Fiery love from 2020. We are, in my opinion, way to close to a full blown insurrection and civil war, all due to the Democrat Party\u2019s desire for absolute power. (Yes, I know how that sounds.)<\/p>\n

Bonta also stressed that the situation in Los Angeles did not justify a military response. “We aren’t in the throes of a rebellion. We are not under threat of an invasion. Nothing is preventing the federal government from enforcing federal law,” he said. <\/b><\/p>\n

President Trump called in the National Guard and later on, the United States Marines because the situation was out of control and the Los Angeles city and County law enforcement were nowhere to be found. The Guard troops were used to secure federal buildings which allowed Federal Law Enforcement to, you know, enforce the law.<\/p>\n

He cited support from top retired military officials. “Just yesterday, a group of former secretaries of the Army and Navy and retired four-star admirals and generals joined together to publicly support our lawsuit,” Bonta noted. They warned against unlawful domestic deployments that “threaten core national security and disaster relief missions.” <\/b><\/p>\n

I don\u2019t have the list of these retired flag officers and secretaries. I have a sneaking suspicion that they\u2019re all former Obama, Biden and a few Bush Neocon types. I wouldn\u2019t trust their judgment as far as I can throw a tank.<\/p>\n

“We’d rather we have a president who follows the law and complies with the Constitution,” he said. “It’s not a good thing for the great United States of America to have a president, the most powerful elected official on the face of the Earth, to violate the law so frequently, to have such contempt for the U.S. Constitution and the rule of law.” <\/b><\/p>\n

And here we have the classic skill of the Progressive. Projection. Bonta and his predecessor have both demonstrated nothing but contempt for the Constitution. I seem to recall Govno Hair Gel Newsom having people arrested for being on the beach, alone after he declared martial law and locked down the state during the Great Panicdemic of 2020. Do I need to go into the utter contempt you have for the 2nd<\/sup> Amendment? Pull the other finger. It has a bell on it.<\/p>\n

The Trump administration, however, disagrees and says that the court’s decision puts many federal officials in danger. <\/b><\/p>\n

“The court\u2019s order is unprecedented and puts our brave federal officials in danger. The district court has no authority to usurp the President’s authority as Commander in Chief. The President exercised his lawful authority to mobilize the National Guard to protect federal buildings and personnel in Gavin Newsom\u2019s lawless Los Angeles. The Trump Administration will immediately appeal this abuse of power and looks forward to ultimate victory on the issue,” White House spokesperson Anna Kelly said. <\/b><\/p>\n

To date, we have been lucky that no Federal agents, especially ICE agents, have been really hurt. However, at the rate things are going, it\u2019s only a matter of time before one or more agents, surrounded and being attacked by a mob of Leftards, draws his or her weapon and open fires. What will be the response of these judges who put them at risk then? I know what should happen. Removal from the bench and potentially prosecution.<\/p>\n

I think that in the next few years, we are going to see some sort of legislation or even a proposed constitutional amendment that is going to shock the Judicial branch. Congress does have the power to disband all the inferior courts, (The ones below the Supreme Court), and rebuild them with new judges. We may have just reached the point where this will be required. We shall see what happens next.<\/p>\n

***UPDATE***<\/strong><\/em><\/h2>\n

The 9th<\/sup> Circus court of appeals heard the appeal to the TRO and basically canceled it. In fact, they ruled, before sending this back to that treasonous idiot, Judge Breyer, that Kalifornistan was going to lose the case. Surprising everyone, they literally tore the lawyers for Kalifornistan several new ones and, for all intents and purposes, laughed their case out of court. Stay tuned. I’m sure NumbNuts Newsom is going to try something else to remove all doubt that he is a moron.<\/p>\n
