Good day all. This story came out back in March, but with everything that has been going on, ended up on the back burner. Senator Charles \u201cUpChuck\u201d Schumer has once again said the quiet part out loud and admitted that all the Progressive judges he, Biden and Obama put on the bench are there only to stop President Trump.<\/p>\n

Since President Trump first came into office, both in his first term and now his second, judges, primarily Democrats, actively usurp authority they don\u2019t have and ignore the Constitutional Separation of Powers. I\u2019ve written about this any number of times that the United States Judicial Branch is fast becoming an active threat to the United States and the Constitution thereof.<\/p>\n
Now we have confirmation that this was the plan all along from none other then good old Senator UpChuck Schumer. Here are the details from Your News<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer acknowledged on PBS this week, (March 21st<\/sup>), that Democrats intentionally appointed 235 \u201cprogressive judges\u201d with the explicit aim of ruling against President Donald Trump. The admission came during an interview with PBS NewsHour\u2019s Geoff Bennett, who questioned Schumer about the current state of the nation\u2019s constitutional order. <\/b><\/p>\n Schumer responded affirmatively, asserting, \u201cYes. Our democracy is at risk because Donald Trump shows that he wishes to violate the laws in many, many different ways.\u201d He then added, \u201cThe good news here is, we did put 235 judges\u2014progressive judges, judges not under the control of Trump\u2014last year on the bench, and they are ruling against Trump time after time after time.\u201d <\/b><\/p>\n Schumer flat out stated that the Constitution means nothing and that Rule of Law is dead. All that matters is the Rule of Democrats.<\/p>\n Schumer\u2019s remarks appeared to confirm the strategic nature of these judicial appointments. In a clip<\/a> shared by Libs of TikTok, he stated, \u201cWe did put 235 judges, progressive judges, judges not under the control of Trump, last year on the bench, and they are ruling against Trump time after time\u2026\u201d Schumer\u2019s comments have sparked significant backlash among conservative leaders, who accuse Democrats of politicizing the judiciary. <\/b><\/p>\n This is just another element of the Lawfare that the Democrats have declared on their political enemies.<\/p>\n Senator Mike Lee (R-UT) condemned Schumer\u2019s admission, writing on X, \u201c\u2018Progressive judges\u2019 That doesn\u2019t mean \u2018judges who follow the law.\u2019 It means progressive activists wearing black robes.\u201d His post<\/a> quickly gained traction among supporters concerned about judicial impartiality. <\/b><\/p>\n The one thing every person expects is that judges will be impartial, at least to the best of their abilities. What we have been seeing over the decades is that the Democrat judges, by and large, are not even attempting to be impartial. (Yes, there are a few Republican judges who are the same, but they are far and few between) This can and will lead to \u201cBad things\u201d if this nonsense isn\u2019t shut down and hard.<\/p>\n Representative Eli Crane (R-AZ) also responded forcefully, stating, \u201cHere you have Schumer admitting that they put progressive judges in place for the explicit purpose of ruling against Trump. It\u2019s all coordinated and intentional. Congress must act.\u201d Crane\u2019s comments reflect a growing chorus of Republican lawmakers calling for oversight of the judiciary in light of what they view as deliberate political interference. <\/b><\/p>\n There are two ways to deal with these judges. One is to impeach them in the House and convict them in the Senate. With the Democrats holding the number of Senate seats they have, not to mention the general squishiness of a number of Republican senators, unless the judge has been convicted of a crime, that isn\u2019t happening. The other way is for congress to close down all the inferior, (Below the Supreme Court), and summarily retire all the judges. That will also take out a number of actual good judges. (Yes, there are a few)<\/p>\n Schumer\u2019s televised statements mark a rare moment of transparency regarding the Democratic Party\u2019s judicial strategy, which he framed as a defense of democracy. However, opponents see it as confirmation that the judiciary is being used as a tool to challenge and obstruct the Trump administration\u2019s policies. <\/b><\/p>\n Schumer is scum. Schumer has always been scum. He only cares about his own personal power and wealth, followed by making the Democrat Party the only party in the United States. His and pretty much all of the other Democrat\u2019s idea of \u201cDemocracy\u201d isn\u2019t what everyone else’s idea. For the Democrats, Democracy is all about the Democrats.<\/p>\n Thanks to Obama, Biden and Schumer, the judicial branch has been pretty much discredited in the eyes of many Americans. We are seeing the Obama and Biden judges actively subverting the Rule of Law and the Constitution. A few have decided that they should be the ones running the Military, not the Commander in Chief.<\/p>\n Things are starting to come to a head. Personally, I think it\u2019s time to start knocking these judges down a few pegs. Far to many consider themselves to be the ultimate law in the land. I hate to break it to them, but the ultimate law is the Constitution. These judges might actually try reading it. As for UpChuck Schumer and the Democrats?
