Good day all. This is a breaking story. Last night, (June 21st<\/sup>), the United State Air Force dropped a number of deep penetration \u201cBunker Busters\u201d on three Iranian nuclear facilities. It appears that Iran\u2019s ability to develop and produce nuclear weapons has been destroyed.<\/p>\n

There is a lot going on over this. The Left is, as usual, losing their shit. You also have a few idiots in the GOP who are upset with President Trump once again neutralizing a threat against the United States. The Legacy Media is claiming that the Republican base is up in arms over this. There may be a few, but at first glance, I don\u2019t think so.<\/p>\n

As I understand it 12 MOP\u2019s, (GBU-57A\/B<\/a>), carried by 6 B-2 bombers were deployed against three sites in Iran, Isfahan, Natanz and Fordow. These targets were buried deep underground and Israel, which has spent the last week or so blowing the crap out of Iran\u2019s nuclear weapons facilities, couldn\u2019t hit them.<\/p>\n

I first heard about this in the middle of the night when I woke up due to the heat and turned the A\/C on for a few minutes. I checked Faceplant and saw people saying we had dropped bunker busters on Iran. My response?<\/p>\n

It appears that we used 6 of the 12 weapons on Fordow alone. That facility was about 300 feet underground and was alleged to be to deep for even our MOP\u2019s to reach. The United States has a long history of understating the capabilities of our weapon systems, where our potential adversaries like to brag about their systems capabilities. The destruction of the Fordow facility does appear to be one of our understatements. I\u2019ve also seen reports that the weapons were dropped down ventilation shafts. We also sent in a number of TLAM\u2019s, (Tomahawk Land Attack Missiles), to hit surface targets.<\/p>\n

Recently, there have been a few Republicans and all of the Democrats who were looking to protect Iran by preventing President Trump from doing what he has always said he would do. Take whatever steps necessary to keep nuclear weapons out of the hands of the Iranians. Kentucky\u2019s Thomas Massie was teaming up with one of the Democrats to submit and pass a bill for this very purpose. I\u2019ve been getting the feeling that Massie is now looking at being retired in the 2026 midterm primaries.<\/p>\n

We\u2019ve also seen a few others, such as Marjorie Taylor Greene, who are worried that Iran will now commit terrorist attacks in the United States. Is this a possibility? Considering how insane the Iranian regime is, I have no doubt they\u2019ve been ready to do this for literally years. (Made easier by the open borders under the Biden maladministration) Will they try this? They might but that wouldn\u2019t be advisable for a number of reasons. The big one is America\u2019s tendency to overreact to attacks. Still, the best advice is to be prepared and check your ammo.<\/p>\n

Taylor Greene and other Republicans are afraid that we will be going to war now with Iran. This is not the case. To begin with, we are already at war with Iran and have been since 1979 when they declared war on the U.S. and Israel. They also stormed our embassy and began the 444 days of humiliation under the failed presidency of Jimmy Carter.<\/p>\n

Since then, Iran has killed over 1000 American servicemen in Iraq and Afghanistan, either directly or through their proxies. They have also attacked and damaged American warships. That didn\u2019t work out to well after we instructed them why attacking America\u2019s boats is a really bad idea. (We sank half the Iranian navy, then went home and had a beer)<\/p>\n

President Trump has made no secret that Iran having nukes was never going to be tolerated. He has been saying this since 2015 when he announced he was running for President. In his first term, he ended the \u201cObama Deal\u201d that basically paid for their nuclear program, terrorist attacks against America and Israel. And the Hamas October 7th<\/sup> attack. At the time, Israel wasn\u2019t close to actually constructing nuclear weapons. President Trump applied diplomatic and financial pressure on Iran. He also didn\u2019t hesitate to deal with Iran\u2019s actions when he needed to.<\/p>\n

After the Tainted Election of 2020 and the installation of the Worst President* in American history, the Biden maladministration promptly started helping Iran again. Now that President Trump is back, he looked at the intelligence, threw out the garbage that the Deep State was providing, and made a decision. He gave Iran 60 days to come to a deal. Iran ignored him. On day 61, Israel began going after the Iranian command structure, the nuclear facilities they could get at and anything else that was a threat to Israel and others. During this, President Trump told Iran what they needed to do. Iran continued not listening. Last night, Iran finally got the message.<\/p>\n

Now we\u2019re seeing the \u201cUsual Suspects\u201d screaming that President Trump is getting us into a war. This is not the case. President Trump does not want a war and he has no plans to send in American Troops, no matter how much people like the coward Lindsey Graham wants it. This was just a simple raid. It\u2019s not likely that we will need to do any followup raids. It\u2019s not impossible of course. New information may come out that needs to be actioned on. Troops on the ground? I don\u2019t see that happening.<\/p>\n

As of now, it looks like Iran\u2019s goal of attaining nuclear weapons is not just degraded, but, for all intents and purposes, is ended. It\u2019s going to take another 20-30 years to get back to the point they were at just a week ago. While Iran might try some terrorism, even that won\u2019t work. President Trump has said that we\u2019re done, for now, and it\u2019s time for Iran to look \u201cSeeking other opportunities..elsewhere, otherwise,<\/p>\n
