It now looks like that the refusal of a questionable order is happening. However, it isn\u2019t President Trump or is administration that\u2019s doing this. Here are the details from Fox News<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n Florida<\/a> officials are pushing back after a federal judge temporarily blocked the enforcement of a new state law targeting undocumented immigrants. <\/b><\/p>\n State Attorney General James Uthmeier was held in civil contempt earlier this year after sending a memo arguing that the judge\u2019s order was legally flawed and did not prevent law enforcement from upholding the law, which was signed by Governor Ron DeSantis<\/a>. <\/b><\/p>\n “She wanted me to direct all of our state law enforcement to stand down on enforcing Florida’s new state immigration law, and I was not [going to] do that,” Uthmeier said Thursday during an appearance on “America Reports<\/a>.” <\/b><\/p>\n I wrote about this in May<\/a> when this idiot Obama judge issued her order. The judge, U.S. District Judge Kathleen Williams, was told that the State Attorney General couldn\u2019t follow her demand to order the local and state police to not enforce the law. He cited the reasons for this, primarily due to Williams being an incompetent moonbat who doesn\u2019t seem to understand the law and the constitutional limits on the Federal judiciary.<\/p>\n The DeSantis-signed statute<\/a> makes it a misdemeanor for anyone in the U.S. illegally to enter or re-enter Florida. U.S. District Judge Kathleen Williams previously issued<\/a> a temporary restraining order blocking enforcement of the policy after a lawsuit was filed by the Florida Immigrant Coalition and other concerned groups.\u00a0 <\/b><\/p>\n While I am not a lawyer, this moonbat judge doesn\u2019t seem to understand the separation of powers or the 10th<\/sup> Amendment<\/a>. The law was passed by the State of Florida which doesn\u2019t usurp federal law, but actually is a state level statute that relies on Federal law allowing state LEO\u2019s to deal with illegal aliens. Part of the law also allows the death penalty to be imposed if an illegal alien is convicted of murder or raping a child. The section that is upsetting the usual suspects and this clown of a judge is the part making it a misdemeanor for anyone in the U.S. illegally to enter or re-enter Florida.<\/p>\n Judge Williams claims Uthmeier violated that order when he sent out a message telling members of law enforcement that the judicial order did not restrain them from enforcing the immigration law<\/a>. <\/b>Uthmeier claims the judge has “overstepped her bounds,” and he has not walked back his actions.\u00a0 <\/b><\/p>\n “If being held in contempt is the price to pay for standing on principle and standing on the law, then so be it,” he said.\u00a0 <\/b><\/p>\n So, basically, he told the judge to go take a long walk off a short pier.<\/p>\n The state AG also framed the dispute as part of a broader pattern of judicial interference with the Trump administration\u2019s immigration agenda, particularly on the national level.\u00a0 <\/b><\/p>\n According to Uthmeier, judges across the country are overreaching their role, something he says would send the nation\u2019s founding fathers “rolling over in their graves.”\u00a0 <\/b><\/p>\n The actions by the Democrat judges, and almost all of these rulings have been by Democrat appointed judges, have gone to the very core of the Constitutional separation of powers. Recently, a federal judge in California decided he was the Commander in Chief and ordered the national guard troops that President Trump deployed to back up Federal Agents who were trying to deal with paid rioters to be sent back to base and returned to the authority of Govno Newsom. That order was slapped down hard by the 9th<\/sup> Circus. Now, that idiot is looking at using Posse Comitatus to force President Trump to remove the Guard troops.<\/p>\n “So many of these judges across the country that start pushing policy and legislation, and that’s not the role of the judiciary,<\/i>” he said. “The federal government, the Trump administration, they’ve delegated authority to all of our state law enforcement officers to go out and use federal authorities to detain and deport, and we’re [going to] continue to do that.” <\/b><\/p>\n This has always been a problem with Far to many judges. Generally it\u2019s the Leftard ones, but on occasion, you will have a \u201cConservative\u201d judge who goes to far and basically legislates from the bench. Now we have a State Attorney General who is pushing back and that judge doesn\u2019t like it.<\/p>\n The court has ordered Uthmeier to submit bi-weekly reports detailing any arrests, detentions, or other law enforcement actions taken under the contested law. He must also immediately notify the court of any arrests under the law and provide full details. <\/b><\/p>\n “We believe the state should have its own law. For another era, where we might have a Biden or Obama administration, where there’s an open border, a state should be able to protect its sovereignty,” he said. “So, we will appeal the state law case up to the Supreme Court.”<\/b><\/p>\n These Obama and Biden judges, once cases make it to SCOTUS, have been getting slapped down. However, there is a far more insidious issue that many of these power mad black robed tyrants are not seeing. Judicial credibility. People are seeing these judges not upholding the law or applying the constitution. They are trying to take power they do not have and the average person sees this, and they are not happy about it.<\/p>\n If the courts lose their credibility, then people will stop paying any attention to these judges and seek alternative ways of dealing with issues. The Republicans see this and are trying to find a way to reign in these idiots without resorting to the various \u201cNuclear\u201d options. Those would be impeachment, or just disbanding a district circuit court.<\/p>\n Thanks to people like Obama and Biden, along with Dingy Harry Reid and now UpChuck Schumer, far to many judges have been appointed, and Schumer has admitted this, that were put in place solely to protect the Democrat Party and their agenda. Now the push back has started. Where this all leads, I have no idea.
