Good day all. If it\u2019s a day ending in a \u201cY\u201d, then the Democrats are trying to impeach President Trump for…being President Trump.<\/p>\n

The latest attempt was initiated by raving lunatic and disgrace to the State of Texas, Representative Al Green (Commie-TX). Green, who is suffering from stage 4 terminal Trump Derangement Syndrome, disgraced himself during the State of the Union address and got himself ejected. A few days later he filed a bill of impeachment against President Trump and forced a vote in the House of Representatives. It didn\u2019t go the way he anticipated. Here are the details from Fox News<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n

The House of Representatives voted along bipartisan lines to quash a lone progressive lawmaker’s bid to impeach President Donald Trump<\/a> Tuesday, June 24th<\/sup>, afternoon.<\/strong><\/p>\n

And how did the vote go? Well, the Republicans do, nominally, control the House of Representatives. Still it is close. The vote? Let\u2019s just say that Green has been humiliated yet again.<\/p>\n

Lawmakers agreed to table the measure in a 344\u201379 vote. A vote to table is a procedural mechanism allowing House members to vote against consideration of a bill without having to vote on the bill itself. <\/b><\/p>\n

Tabling the bill basically kills it. This vote also shows that most of the Democrats might actually beginning to get a clue and are looking to save their own political asses. I found a site with a breakdown of the vote<\/a>. Glancing at it, it shows all the \u201cUsual Suspects\u201d voting in opposition to tabling the impeachment.<\/p>\n

A majority of House Democrats joined Republican lawmakers to kill Green’s resolution, a sign of how politically caustic the effort appears to be. Just 79 Democrats voted to proceed with the impeachment vote, while 128 voted to halt it in its tracks. <\/b><\/p>\n

Green, who has threatened to impeach Trump before, said his latest bid is aimed at the president’s strikes on Iran from over the weekend. <\/b><\/p>\n

Green threatened to impeach President Trump the day after the election. It\u2019s the only words he knows. \u201cImpeach Trump!\u201d<\/p>\n

“I did not come to Congress to be a bystander while a president abuses power and devolves American democracy into authoritarianism with himself as an authoritarian president,” Green said in a statement Tuesday morning. <\/b><\/p>\n

No, you came to congress to make an ass of yourself and to continue stripping the constitutional rights away from the American people. Basically, you are indulging in that favorite of Democrat pastimes, projection.<\/p>\n

“President Trump\u2019s unauthorized bombing of Iran constitutes a de facto declaration of war. No president has the right to drag this nation into war without the authorization of the people\u2019s representatives.” <\/b><\/p>\n

So, do you want Barack Obama arrested? How about Joe Biden? Bill Clinton? As to \u201cDragging America into a war,\u201d Iran has already packed it in. Of course, if you had your way, Iran would develop and then deploy nuclear weapons against Israel and the United States. Assuming that Washington wasn\u2019t targeted and you survived, how long do you think it would take for the rope to be tied around your neck after the drum head tribunal?<\/p>\n

Other progressives, including Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, D-N.Y., called for Trump’s impeachment over the strikes in Iran. <\/b><\/p>\n

AOC is both stupid and a traitor. Currently, she isn\u2019t a traitor as defined by the Constitution, but under the generally accepted definition? Oh yeah.<\/p>\n

The push has put House Democratic leaders in a difficult spot as well. Jeffries sidestepped questions on progressives calling to oust Trump during a press conference Monday.<\/strong><\/p>\n

“A tool that’s on the table right now is to continue to demand that the administration present itself before the United States Congress and make the case to the American people as to why this extraordinary step has been taken. That’s step one,” Jeffries said. <\/b><\/p>\n

And what tool is that you moron?<\/p>\n

“Step two is for the War Powers Resolution, whether that’s the one that has already been introduced or others that may subsequently be introduced, for those resolutions to be debated on the House floor, as should have occurred already. And then we’ll see where we’re at thereafter.” <\/b><\/p>\n

That resolution is already a dead letter in case you hadn\u2019t noticed numbskull. In point of fact, if the Democrats were to actually try and push this, it would blow up even bigger then the GBU-57\u2019s used at Fordow. All President Trump needs to do is remind America that the United States has technically been at war with Iran since 1979-1980 after Iran declared war on the United States.<\/p>\n

Pressed again on whether he was taking calls for Trump’s impeachment<\/a> seriously, Jeffries said, “This is a dangerous moment that we’re in, and we’ve got to get through what’s in front of us. And what’s in front of us right now is the Trump administration has a responsibility to come to Congress, justify actions for which we’ve seen no evidence to justify its offensive strength in Iran.” <\/b><\/p>\n

Jeffries knows that attempting to Impeach President Trump again was doomed to failure. Even if the Democrats had control of the House, it would still be doomed. Why? The Democrats have shown their hand over the last 4+ years and the American People have had it with them. I suspect Jeffries might have read the real polls and not the garbage they put out through the Legacy Media.<\/p>\n

There is a fair chance that the Democrats are going to be buried in the 2026 midterms. It might even be worse then the political slaughter the Democrats suffered in 2010. Even his attempt to try and hit President Trump on Iran is failing miserably. Now the best thing the Democrats could do is put a muzzle on the likes of Al Green and AOC. Will they?<\/p>\n
