During President Trump\u2019s first term, he began the \u201cStay in Mexico\u201d policy for asylum seekers. One of the first things the Biden Maladministration did was end this successful policy. When President Trump was sworn back in, he restarted this and other policies. Once again, an Obama judge has decided that he is running the United States and not the president, and has issued an illegal injunction. Here are the details from Fox News<\/b><\/a>:<\/p>\n A federal judge on Wednesday blocked President Donald Trump<\/a>\u2019s executive order that sought to prevent migrants crossing the border from seeking asylum or applying for withholding of removal in the U.S., a major blow to Trump as he looks to further enforce his broad immigration crackdown. <\/b><\/p>\n U.S. District Judge Randolph Daniel Moss, an Obama appointee, said Wednesday that Trump\u2019s Jan. 20 proclamation, which sought to block all migrants “engaged in the invasion across the southern border” from claiming asylum or seeking withholding of removal, exceeds his authority \u2014 siding with the ACLU, who brought the suit on behalf of several migrants groups and 13 asylum-seekers earlier this year.\u00a0 <\/b><\/p>\n Once again we have one of Obama\u2019s political judges trying to thwart the voters. We also have the American Civil Liberties Union that is UnAmerican, could not care less about civil liberties and who\u2019s goal has always been the dissolution of the Union. (The United States) It also appears to go against the recent Supreme Court decision regarding nationwide injunctions.<\/p>\n Moss stayed the order for a 14-day period to allow the Trump administration to appeal the case to a higher court.\u00a0 <\/b><\/p>\n My response to that is more along the lines of telling the judge to pound sand and ignoring him.<\/p>\n The judge also granted plaintiffs’ request to certify a class of migrants who would were either subject to Trump’s proclamation heard by the court or would be subject to it in the future. <\/b><\/p>\n The class certification also allows the lawsuit to proceed under the new limitations set forth by the Supreme Court last week in Trump v. CASA. That ruling limited the scope of injunctive relief that lower courts can provide to plaintiffs, except in certain cases, including challenges brought by a certified class.\u00a0 <\/b><\/p>\n The White House immediately blasted the ruling, which it said circumvented the intent of the Supreme Court’s ruling last week. The Trump administration is almost certain to quickly appeal the ruling to a higher court for emergency relief. <\/b><\/p>\n I would think so, but I still say the only answer now is to flat out ignore these tyrannical judges and offer them a simple choice. Resign or be prosecuted.<\/p>\n Moss acknowledged Wednesday that the executive branch faces “enormous challenges in preventing and deterring unlawful entry” into the U.S, “and in adjudicating the overwhelming backlog” of asylum claims. \u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n Well that was nice of him. However, that traitor, yes, I am now going to use that term in the generally accepted definition if not the Constitutional definition, (Yet), when referring to these Democrat Judges.<\/p>\n ACLU attorney Lee Gelernt, who represented the plaintiffs in the April court proceedings, praised the decision as a “hugely important” victory for asylum seekers in the U.S. <\/b><\/p>\n Wrong again. All you\u2019ve done is push things one step closer to a full blown crises.<\/p>\n “Not only will it save the lives of families fleeing grave danger, it reaffirms that the president cannot ignore the laws Congress has passed and the most basic premise of our country\u2019s separation of powers,” Gelernt said. <\/b><\/p>\n Considering how all the Democrat judges have been ignoring the separation of powers for the last few months, I found your comment laughable.<\/p>\n The judge’s decision was blasted by Trump adviser Stephen Miller, who described Moss as a “marxist” judge in a post <\/a>on X. <\/b><\/p>\n “To try to circumvent the Supreme Court ruling on nationwide injunctions a marxist judge has declared that all potential FUTURE illegal aliens on foreign soil (eg a large portion of planet earth) are part of a protected global “class” entitled to admission into the United States,” Miller said. <\/b><\/p>\n Pretty much, which is why it\u2019s far past time to make a few of these black robed tyrants examples. Indict them on everything that is applicable and can be proven in a court of law, then send Federal Agents into their courtrooms, slap the cuffs on them, read them their rights and then take them down and book them.<\/p>\n While I was reading a post on another forum, someone posted a link to a web site showing the cases being brought by the Democrats to thwart President Trump and the will of the American voters. The web site, The Judicial Insurrection Against the Trump Mandate<\/a> pretty much does nothing more then provide a list of cases and who appointed the judge.<\/p>\n The judges are almost all Obama or Biden judges. It shows just how far the Deep State, the Democrats and the Progressive Elites hold the American people in contempt and how far they will go to destroy the United States.
